Awful customer service. Called in to ask about bringing a dryer to them for someone, with the intention of also buying one from them (which i told them immediately) They asked a question about the one i have now and i needed to go check (i was just in the other room) I instead of allowing me the second to check i was belittled for not knowing the answer immediately. Ill spend my money somewhere that at least respects their customers.And since i see the gracious reply i will just say and i never will be. You cant give respectful service for less than 5 mins over the phone, u wont be able to give it in store. I see the pattern continues 😘 bless ur own heart

Honest with a side of old-fashioned integrity. Ken didnt need to come out to my house and charge me a diagnostic fee to tell me what was probably wrong with my dryer...he just walked me through what I, personally, needed to do to get it fixed, without me even asking him to. I was prepared to pay for an in-person diagnosis, and instead I got a free fix over the phone. For a business that makes its money selling appliances, Ken didnt feel the need to sell me even his time. Five Stars all day.Oh, but I HAVE gotten actual repair work done from A1 in the past, and they were professional, fast, and reasonably-priced for my repair a few years back, as well.

Really great customer service. The guy really knows what hes talking about when it comes to washer and dryers goes above and beyond anyone else that I have been to. Would highly recommend him to anyone if youre needing a washer and dryer.

Ken is very informative and guarantees his product for a year thats what caught my attention. I hadnt had any issues with washer or dryer. The prices are reasonable too. Ken is a honest businessman, which is seldom seen.

I just contacted this service due to me having an issue with my washer. He was VERY RUDE he argued with me telling me what the issue was as I was telling him “I called for your assistance” cause I couldn’t fix it myself! I told him prior issues and he says “well that’s not going to fix it” as I kept say “well that’s why I’m calling you” I wish I got the nice helpful person everyone else got. I’m sure this was an easy fix wouldn’t have taken more then 10 mins.

Found a good clean washing machine made before 2010 that I could put in my garage laundry area. Researched for 1 month for a machine I could chose the water level with an agitator . Had brand new GE washer delivered after 30 days research. Then read in the manual about install that this new machine would not operate correctly under 60 degrees farenheit . The one year warranty would be void. After returning it to the store where they were not aware of that restriction obviously since I told them our laundry area was in the garage. If you are planning a purchase of a new washing machine to put in your garage laundry area be sure to check with manufacturer. None can be placed in the garage. Another 30 days later I found my washer at A1 appliance in Keller Tx. Bill Cunningham the owner answered all my questions. Tyce was so nice and helpful. Such nice people and if you are looking for a good machine at a great price that you can put in the garage this is the place.

If I could find a way to give half of a star, I would.When I responded to an ad for a washer/dryer set for $275 Jason was very quick to respond and set up a day for delivery. I man who delivered them to my home was very nice and professional. He handed me a business card and said that if there was any problem with the set that there was a 30 warrenty.A few days later I hooked up the washer and dryer. The dryer would only work on one setting and then would only run for about 15 minutes before shutting off and showing an error code.I called right away. Jason told me that hed call me back in about 2 hours and let me know if he would either fix this dryer or just bring me another unit. Im not picky, just need a set that works! Its now been almost 3 weeks and Ive still gotten not return call from him. Now he has stopped replying to my text messages all together. I will be calling my lawyer to pursue the matter in small claims court.

Mr karr was great we called him to repair our washing machine. He was polite, prompt, and knowledge. He repair the machine for less than 100. 00 dollars, and save me from having to replace it. Would highly recommend.

Bought a dryer from him today and Im already drying my 3rd load VERY nice and knowledgeable I traded in my old dryer and he gave me credit for it and showed me how I messed it up originally lol and gave me tips on how to properly dry so I wont mess up another dryer highly recommend such a nice guy👍

Dryer not working properly

Called to request a quote and was given an attitude. Maybe a bad day? Regardless there are a lot more repair companies that would love to have business, this one doesn’t or didn’t today.
