Were on our third Mini and have been here for all service / repairs and purchase. Never once had an issue with service or sales. I would recommend them to anyone, theyre even dropping the car off at our house for us after oil change / tire rotation. Nothing to complain about, we will always use Mini of the Fox Valley.
Took my Mini in for check engine light repair. Live in Kohler. Not only was the repair found to be under exteneded warranty, but they also found some wiring repairs that were also needed and handled that under the extended warranty as well. I was provided a loaner without question and they delivered vehicle back to my home that was over an hour away. Geoff and the staff at Bergstrom Mini made me say wow. As a person in the auto business myself I know its hard to do. Great Job and I will failthfully recommend this store and department to all who need MINI service. Great job and I thank you!
I had a major problem that I didn’t even know about on my car. And once they showed me the tire tread and some bare spots, I immediately bought new tires because there was a safety concern. I would not have known about this if it had not been for and Geoff and Brett and their excellent service. They took good care of me from that moment all the way till the time I paid.Every time I come, in it’s always a good experience and I appreciate that fellas.
I have family in the Fox Valley area and I called last Minute on a Saturday to see if I could get in for an oil change even tho it was almost closing time they said if I could get there soon I could get the oil change. Once we got there the service department was great very nice and helpful with questions we had. We walked around the dealer and all the sales people were outstanding and we ended up purchasing several items for the car. When out car was done we got a free Mini T-shirt. By far one of the best experiences I have had at a Mini dealer. I recommend taking you car here for great customer service.Jerome Hansen
I purchased my Mini about a year ago. Absolutely the best auto purchasing experience to date, which I attribute to this new dealerships philosophy of getting auto enthusiasts behind the wheel of a Mini to experience it themselves.Sales staff is very knowledgeable and the service department members know their stuff. The whole team works very hard at pleasing the customer, the dealership is spotless, and even the coffee is good! I wish the dealership was closer to my home, but despite that, I know that when/if I were to need warranty or other routine work I could get it done in a timely manner, and I would be treated right. It also doesnt hurt to have a quality product. Wish I could afford a different model/color for each day of the week.**** Almost 3 years downstream and still have a great deal of respect for the service department. Fast, efficient, competent. Whats not to like?
I love my MINI! Brandon was very helpful throughout the process. He helped me design my MINI and patiently put up with all my emails while I was waiting for my car to be built and delivered. I brought my car in to see the service department with some concerns and they squeezed me in before my appointment and gave me my car very quickly and much cleaner!! My Experience at MINI of the Fox Valley was great. The service was exceptional and the entire process was simple, yet in depth. Not Good. Still have not received my Michigan plate. Its been almost five weeks. The state of Michigan has no record of receipt of paperwork. Dealership throwing up excuses. BUT - the dealership collected all of the fees that are company policy. I will drive to Detroit, Chicago or Milwaukee before I will ever buy another car from this dealership. They give you a lot of company policy BS however this was our third out of state car purchase and we had NO issues with the other Wisconsin dealerships. Beware of the hidden fees....its money in their pocket.
My experience at Bergstrom MINI of the Fox Valley has been amazing! I have bought other new and used cars before and have never felt so welcome and valued as a customer ever before!! My sales associate was Cory and he communicated via email with me answering all of my questions prior to the test drive. Once I drove my MINI, I was sure that it was what I wanted to buy. I purchased a certified 2012 MINI hardtop and could not be happier! I went through their finance department and Jason did an awesome job with getting me an incredible interest rate! Everyone was friendly without being pushy, knowledgeable without being arrogant and helpful showing genuine regard to make this car purchase work for me. I would not hesitate to tell anyone to purchase or lease a MINI from this dealership.

We just purchased a Cooper S. Jason Amo is our sales rep, and he was very helpful. Unlike many car salesmen, Jason was not pushy and when we decided we wanted to buy, he made a very fair offer.The dealership is clean and well maintained, (I even checked out the restroom) and very pleasing. I believe it is an indication of the kind of service we can expect in the future.

We have taken out 2011 Mini Cooper Convertible to Bergstrom MINI for service exclusively since it was new. My contact with service department personnel has been exceptional, in particular Brandon, who consistently goes above and beyond to insure satisfaction. The other day while bringing the vehicle for a service clinic check-up I had the real pleasure of interaction with Jordan in the sales dept. as I was killing time looking at new models. Despite me making it clear I was not on the verge of a purchase, she showed me and demonstrated the new products. I was extremely impressed with her level of product knowledge and overall enthusiasm,not only for MINI Cooper, but for autos in general. Her love and knowledge of the automobile is impressive!
We have been very pleased with our JCW MINI, we are on our second one. In every case Bergstrom has provided expert service and have gone out of their way to accommodate our schedules. There MINI rally events are a big hit with MINI owners.
Car still not fixed after months of trying. They just dont seem to care anymore. Theyve gone from being great to not even trying. Theyre currently trying to get me to pay for plugs that they replaced a couple months ago yet claim they didnt.Update: April 2017 - I doubt Ill buy another Mini, but not because of Bergstrom. Theyve done a very good job of trying to keep this car running and me happy, both of which theyve mostly done. I cant say enough good things about their service department.

The service department did a great job telling me what my car needed to have serviced and got it done in now time. All the people were very friendly I would recommend taking your Mini to Bergstrom Mini in appleton.
Top notch service and easy to work with. Not your typical dealer, they care more about your experience with them than selling you things you dont need/want. Sure their job is still sales, the way they do it however is why people keep coming back.
Bought a mini from here. Wish I didnt. Over payed for it. Have had problems since I bought it. They over change for fixing it. Will never buy from a bergstrom again. Very disappointed...
Best car buying and selling experience I have ever had, and I am approaching 20 vehicles now. Whereas most dealerships only smile and wave until the papers are signed, the sales team at Bergstrom MINI was genuine. When we came back a year later with a flat tire, it seemed everyone remembered my first name. I was taken aback and was trying to keep my stern dealing-with-car salesmen demeanor but by the time they had me in a brand new loaner car and were putting me back the next day into my freshly repaired cleaned and vacuumed car with a cold drink in my hand I couldnt stop smiling. When it came time to upgrade to a larger vehicle, dealing with finance manager Justin was hands down the best experience Ive had with car sales: smart, genuine, easy going individual who made me feel more like an ambassador than average Joe off the streets who needs bigger wheels. It was so quick and easy that I almost regretted not being able to sit in the clean air conditioned comfortable sales floor longer. And when I found myself stranded without a ride? No problem. They didnt even make me wait for the Bergstrom shuttle and gave me a ride home on the spot. Up until now all Ive looked for is the best deal in dollar signs but from here on out the Bergstrom level of service is something I wont be able to not factor in to my next auto purchase.
The personal service at this location is so amazing! The Sales staff is always so nice and informative and the service guys really go the extra mile! They even service all makes and models i take my Acura there.
The staff we interacted with very knowledgeable and very friendly. We were not sure we were ready to buy a vehicle yet so with the information we had left with them in order to do a test drive they continue to call and call and call and call. This was a little less appealing.
Always able to get in when I want and my car always gets fixed right the first time. The employees are always cheery and fun to deal with.

Not Happy at All! Bought a 2004 Saturn Vue with 77,000 Miles. Which looked to be in mint condition. Had a clean carfax report, and supposedly a 68 year old lady drove this vehicle. Looks arent always what they seem. After having the vehicle for a little over a week now. Im going down the road at about 20 mph and I hear a pop in the left rear of the vehicle. I get out of the vehicle and notice my rear driver side tire is inverted about 45 and rubbing on my shock absorber. Now this vehicle supposedly had a 120 point inspection. BS no way they looked this vehicle over. Should have never even been put on the lot. So far what has been found is the Sub-frame has about a 7 crack that was rusted (which means its been there for awhile) Also the Bolt that holds the control arm was broken and rusted which Im surprised I even lasted a week. Thats just a section of the vehicle that been inspected. Thank god I wasnt on the highway when it decided to all fall apart. I had my pregnant wife and 2 kids in the vehicle with me. When I called the dealership they said they would only pay $50 of the tow. Which I live about 100 miles away. So it would have cost me about 250$ to tow after road side assistance. Then they said they would only cover the damage if I didnt do it. Which Ive only had the vehicle for about 600 miles which were mainly highway, and had pictures to prove the damage. So obviously I didnt do anything. They never seemed comforting that they would fix the problem. They always kept saying that I hit a bump and that may have did it. Which was turned around on me, since I told the salesman that all it took was one of those little cracks on the road which feel like a little bump to wreck my whole back end (The ones on the highway that you drive over thousands of them and it makes your vehicle move a little bit) Seems like a scam dealership. After finally leaving a message with management they finally said they would pay for the tow. But Im still unsure if there going to cover my damages. Will update more as soon as I find out. They are picking it up tomorrow morning.
Great communication, very transparent and reasonable pricing, and most importantly, the friendliest staff!! Although I am moving away to Milwaukee, I will for sure drive back just to get service from them as they earned my trust.

Whenever my husband and I had a question about my Mini Brandon Kiefer was very quick to get back to us with an answer. He has been extremely helpful.
I have spent 5 months trying to get a reimbursement for a an air bag sensor recall. My sensor failed in January 2011 and I had it repaired then the recall was dated October 2015. I was told by the dealership that they cant reimburse, and told by corporate that dealership reimburses. I was told on multiple occasions by service personnel that they would coordinate with Mini corporate - but nothing was ever done. Finally went to Jason Amo (dealership manager) who told me he spoke with corporate and took care of the problem and a check would be coming. Now a month later I call to check on the refund and corporate had no record of the dealership contacting them, and no check was ever cut. I will drive to Milwaukee for service before I give these people my business. I love the cars (bought my second one used last fall - passed on the first to my daughter) but hate the service - or lack of it - from this dealership.
