First of all, I have bought and sold a lot of luxury cars in my lifetime. I have owned Mercedes, Audis, BMWs, Lexuses etc. Lets just say that all luxury car dealers are not created equal... For the most part, my experiences with these various dealers has been good overall. I have bought from Bergstrom before. From the BMW dealership. I had a great experience there. I have also had the Lexuses I have owned serviced by Bergstrom and they have treated me like I bought the Lexuses from them. Just outstanding.I recently purchased my first ever Jaguar from Bergstrom Premier Jaguar. (Its the Sapphire Blue F-Pace S in the photo. Gorgeous, aint it?). Nick Halfman was my sales professional (and I emphasize professional). He went way above and beyond not only delivering probably the best luxury car buying experience I have ever had, but literally delivering my Jaguar to our home on a Saturday morning because my wife had a reaction to her Covid vaccination. (BTW, we live in Rib Mountain which is 90 minutes from the dealership. Like I said, hes a pro.) He also patiently sat in my driveway with me going over all the fantastic tech stuff that came with my F-Pace. My wife and I are car enthusiasts and, so is Nick. We had a great time just talking about cars as well. Nick gets that selling luxury cars is all about quickly building a relationship. Lets face it, us luxury car buyers expect more than a transaction. We expect an amazing buying experience. Nick hit it out of the park there as well. It took about a week to finalize the deal and during that entire time Nick kept me informed on where everything was at including sending me pictures as the deal progressed. All I can say is, if you are looking to buy a Jaguar, ask for Nick Halfman at Bergstrom Premier Motorcars. You wont be disappointed.

Bought a certified Jag from out of state that came off three year lease. Three year service should have been performed on car - especially a certified car - at that time. But after several phone calls from me and later from Jaguar Corporate, there is no record of what service was done on the car at that time. Jaguar corporate records indicate that required service was NOT done but Jaguar Fox Valley says that it probably was done Wow!

Nick Halfman and the staff did a great job as my wife drove 5 vehicles to determine what she wanted. Funny,She ended up with the car that Nick and I suggested first. Thanks to all the staff at Premier Motor Cars Fox Valley for their professionalism and patience.

I sent them an email Sunday about a vehicle I was interested in and expected to wait for a response on Monday or Tuesday. Bergstrom replied to me a few hours later on Sunday! Needless to I got my car Monday and already having a good time! Thanks to Mike and Anthony.

I recently purchased a 2017 Alfa Romeo giulia from this dealership. This is my second vehicle from this dealer and salesman believe me it wont be my last. My salesman Brian Gostinger made it easy for me to browse threw many vehicles as I am particular in which vehicle I would choose to purchase. Theres no hassle or pressure to purchase a vehicle that Wasnt of my liking. After a bad experience at bergstrom Mercedes service department I vowed never to purchase another vehicle from any bergstrom dealership again . I decide to go back to the guys at the premier dealership because they are the best in the business ! I am so happy that I decided to purchase my new Alfa from these guys !
