Tough to find but they obligated my Infinity coupons, were honest and efficient. Will be bringing the Q60 here for service needs.

After purchasing a 2017 Yukon from Bergstrom the vehicle began to have issues around a month into ownership. After bringing it in they found a large engine issue that needed to be fix. Rather than lose a long time customer they found a way to work with me so we were both happy with the result. If it hadnt been for the hard work of Nick Plamann, Luke VanNuland, Jason Amo and my service tech Daniel I may have never come back. Their customer service was all you could ask for when it comes to a business being trustworthy company. Thanks again guys!

Was very disappointed with Bens lack of communication while having my vehicle repaired. Although he seems to be a very pleasant person, to get him to call me back in a timely manner seemed non existent. I had to consistently call to get any updates. When I asked for a ride to pick up my vehicle...he gave me the impression it was a chore to arrange. I feel there is a disconnect with this department.

As important as the sales experience is (great job Tim), I believe the follow up service is even more so. After purchasing a used 2010 GX37, I had a very minor issue with the license plate attachment. I returned to the dealership and they fixed the problem in twenty minutes, washed the car and filled the tank, all at no charge. I have purchased two other vehicles from Bergstrom and have received equally great service. Plus, no dealer stickers on the trunk! Bergstrom has made me a customer for life. Thanks!

Had a nail in tire repaired at this dealer and on my way home, the tire came of the rim! Ridiculous!! Hassle to deal with for reimbursement.Services technicians are not credible. Skimmed through multi point inspection which the next dealer I took the vehicle to identified the dirty filters. (see pictures)As far as service is concerned, avoid this dealer!
