I brought my motorhome here for an oil change, which went well. I took it back because it was leaking oil, I do not necessarily think the cause of the leak was anything they did. However, when I took it back to them to possibly get it fixed it was an utter disaster. First, they told me there was no leak at all. Implying I must have just imagined it I guess? Then after proving to them that it was indeed leaking (there was fresh oil under it), they told me they would look at it again. Came back with a quote of $500 and then when I decided against having them do the work they charged me over $100 just for having them look at it for less than an hour. I did the work myself and it took no time at all, without a doubt would have been a rip off to pay $500 for it. The female mechanic I spoke to was nice. However, I will not be giving this business anymore of my money and will actively discourage anyone I know from going here.

I had asked for a comparable quote for some repairs another local shop had prepared for us on our RV, in which I was asked to drop it off so they can look over and confirm which I get for the power steering leak but not the other items that were already found to be in need of repair. It took over a week to have it looked over beyond the scheduled day in which I was charged for the inspection of it which was more than that of the original shop after I told them what I wanted to be priced out. It took just under two added weeks to the formal quote, of which they only had 2 of the 5 items listed and I had to call or e-mail to get any feedback from Kurt. I have been to L&S for over a year and around 4 prior visits and I cant say that I can plan on working them on any future work or references given our recent experience with their service department.

400 to tell me my truck engine was siezed after my roadside insurance had towed there. After questioning them was told they did things they never did. 2.5 hrs before putting wrench on shaft and finding out its seized. id be careful having work done here.

They were very helpful in an emergency situation I had with my work truck.

Man, I was in a time of need and L&S stepped up to the plate and literally did everything they could to help me get back on the road. We race all over the country, but on the morning of a scheduled trip to Pennsylvania we ran into some truck issues. L&S made our problem their problem too, prioritizing us and pulling all the strings to get us back on the road promptly. They know their stuff, they treated me like royalty throughout, and they couldve just as easily told us hey it isnt going to happen today man – but they didnt. Thank goodness we went to L&S, they got us back up and running and we went on to win that weekend in PA – now were on the brink of clinching another National Championship....thanks to L&S. I will never take my truck anywhere else ever again, if I could give L&S Truck a higher rating than 5 stars I would. Thanks so much guys!

Buddy had a rear seal go out in his truck. No one had the parts for it so he called L&S Truck Center & they had it in stock. They pulled it off the shelf & tagged it with his name. Even though we where like 3 hrs away.

They don’t stand behind their work. Had a repair done which was done incorrectly resulting in more costly problems. Went back to L&S with the issue and they took zero ownership.

I had a terrible experience with L&S Service and Parts Departments. After first saying they would match other Certified Ford Dealer part prices, they reneged when the repairs were finished and even refused to credit core charges. The bill was much higher than what was discussed!

L and S Truck has been servicing our vehicles for years. Rich in service makes sure that our business trucks are in and out immediately. We just purchased a new vehicle through them and love it! Cant wait to get it lettered and show it off.

The salesman Mark is awesome. Great to deal with. Will come back.

They were very accommodating, I I was 2 hours early for a oil change and service, I called they work their schedule around me to get me in and back on the road!

I just think they are overpriced and Ill leave it at that. Keith was a nice guy when talking to him after my complaint.

Very poor experience with this dealer. Was working out a deal with Mark - one of the sales people. We were close on a price but was told he had to check on the availability of one option I had requested. Waited days for a reply only to find out almost a week later that he made a mistake on the quote to the tune of $2000 and would not honor his original quote. Asked to speak with his manager and requested a call back. The manager did not even bother to return my call. I found another Ford dealer that beat my best offer by a thousand dollars and delivered my new truck the SAME DAY. I would never recommend using this dealer as they do not keep their word and cant even be bothered to return phone calls.

Fixed my truck up nicely! Even stayed longer to get it done!

The transmission on my RV started slipping. Calling L&S, they said certainly, they could service it. After doing a visual diagnostic, they then informed me that they dont service GM transmissions: $150 please.
