They listen to your concerns and found me the perfect car for my budget…. I just took my youngest son back for his first car, Ryan and Dustin were the kindest and most helpful people! The car is perfect.. we are going back for my next two children and have already referred my friends! The service representative was professional and knowledgeable. The work was performed quickly. The entire service department has a welcoming atmosphere, they take a personalized approach to each customer, genuinely listen and address the issues. Always a great experience knowing that they only suggest repairs that are needed and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Even when it was not obvious what was causing the issue they kept digging till they found it and fixed it. Highly recommend.

Anthony went up above and beyond for me and was always so polite and professional. My car was having intermittent AC issues and they were never able to replicate the issue so I had to bring the car in 4 different times. Anthony always made sure I had a shuttle to work and even had my car dropped off to me one time so I didnt have to leave work. He displayed amazing customer service and you can tell he truly cares about his job and helping people out. Give this man a raise!

The Service Department is top notch, Ive never had any issues in dealing wit them. Service writers never try to sell unnecessary work and my car is always done when promised. Zeek is my go to person but everyone in the department is always helpful.
I went in for an oil change, I arrived early so I can beat the rush. As soon as the service department opened they took my car in and complete them out oil change quickly and efficiently. I was extremely happy because I had the rest of the day to myself without sitting in the dealership.

Its a wonderful dealership. There are closer Nissan dealers to me but I chose this one for my initial purchase of a 2017 model. I like the professionalism and friendliness, so when I decided to go with a 2021 model there was no question but that I would do business with Bayside Nissan once again. My salesperson, Mike, was extremely helpful and will provide continuing help in getting my manual controls switched from my current truck to the new one.
Had my appointment first thing the morning. The valet greeted me kindly and Anthony got me checked in swiftly and work on my vehicle was started. I had a recall notice that was causing some confusion but Dennis was able to figure it out and let me know what the situation was, and no extra work needed to be done. Generally a great experience. Even adding on a front brake job to my 15k service, I was in and out in a little less than 3 hours.

This couldnt have been any easier for me. I was able to schedule and select my own appointment time online, and I made use of the shuttle service both to and from my office further down Riva Road. My shuttle driver was super friendly and professional. I even took advantage of the courtesy car wash. All in all, an excellent experience!

The easiest car purchase I have ever made and they gave me a great deal. My salesperson (Luciano Luongo) was not only courteous but very solicitous of my comments. The sales manager was very accommodating. I have been doing business with the Nissan dealership at this location for many years and Bayside has continued to meet my high expectations for service and sales.
I purchased 4 new tires from them a week and a half ago and one of the tires went flat so I took my truck in with a donut on it to be repaired. The tire had a metal blade in it but I didnt know that at first. Tires were still under warranty so the repair or replacement would be free. I arrived at the service dept around 8:50 for a 9:00 appointment. The service waiting area was pretty crowded. At 10:15, the waiting room was completely empty, everyone who was there with me had their cars repaired and were gone. No one told me anything about my truck so I walked around the back of the dealership to find it sitting with the donut still on it. I go to the service tech Zeke and ask him whats going on and he said let him go check. He came back and said they will be looking at it in 5 minutes. I said why is it taking so long, I have been here an hour and 15 minutes and havent heard a thing. He said they have other cars that they were working on. I was the only person left in the waiting area, the other 6 or so people got their cars repaired and were gone. A couple did come in a little after 10 and their car was seen immediately, I heard the service tech tell them so. Zeke came back in 15 minutes and told me that I needed a new tire and would have to come back the next day. It took them 15 minutes to look at my car and yet I waited 1.5 hours for something that took 15 minutes. I was treated horribly so I asked for the service manager Dennis and he was not there but Zeke would give him my number to call me. Dennis did call, apologized and said he would call me as soon as the new tire came in the next day. He never called, I called the parts department at 1 pm the next day and they told me the tire was there. I firmly believe that since my repair would be free that I was treated indifferent. Also, the receptionist in the service department has a very nasty attitude, is rude and needs training on how to speak to customers. Find somewhere else to take your car if you have a warranty because you will be treated unfair and made to wait. They are only very friendly if you are spending money.

The service was performed as requested. The service department doesnt notify customers over the PA, so my wife sat there until I got the e-mail that it was ready. I had requested a 15K service, that was completed and then got an e-mail asking if I wanted to schedule a 15K service, since my vehicle showed 15K at the recent service time. Someone needs to look at their service system and fix it, so it shows what services were complete during the last service.
Saw the car online and was able to get all the ‘buying’ business done on line. Basically drove there and picked up vehicle! Everyone was very kind and the whole experience was quite pleasant!
I just had my car serviced at Bayside Nissan after my transmission failed. The guys here, especially Dennis and Anthony, were extremely helpful and communicated with me almost daily on what was going on and expected completion dates for each item. They let me know some other things that I should have repaired/replaced, and were honest with me about which of those items should be done now vs later on down the road. They also signed me up for the free Nissan rewards program to earn points for future services. Im overall very satisfied with the work and crew there, and will definitely be taking my car in here for future work.

Every time I have work done here I leave the dealership with a new issue. The first time I had my 50 thousand mile filters changed and left my ac was broke. They told me for 300 dollars they could run dye through the lines. It also sounded like a jet engine when I turn the air on. This time I got new tires I left with a air bag light on and bought new tires and my rims was damaged.
I took my 2009 Altima into Bayside for service. To make a long story short, a steering lock issue that wouldn’t allow the car start and a general inspection. When the necessary repairs came back much higher than expected, I was in a bind. The service department were outstanding with communication and it was clear this was the higher MD standards. So I decided to get a new car.I work 11 hour days, meaning I wasn’t even available to go in until 8Pm. And I needed a car to go back into the office in 5 days. Jose and Brian were on it. They stayed late, accommodated my price range, found me the exact vehicle I was looking for - a very well treated 2016 Nissan Rogue. Jose took me for a test drive and was extremely helpful and informative. In two visits, I was able to drive my new car off the lot. Brian got me a great deal and I am a week in, still very happy. I would recommend them to anyone!Thank you guys!

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought my car from here last year with Jose. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! I should have gone to another dealer... DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Legit only offered me 1 warranty but somehow ended up circling different extended warrantees and contracts knowing dam well I was tired from being there! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WHEN I TRIED TO ARGUE ABOUT FREIGHT CHARGE HE TRIED TO ARGUE BACK!!! REGRET COMING HERE AND BEST BELIEVE I WILL TELL ALL FAMILIES AND FRIENDS NOT TO COME HERE!!! Just before 6 am on the way to work atcAnne Arundel hospital I ran over a large shard of manhole cover which destroyed my tire. William Golden and my service technician Mr. Ireland, had my vehicle ready for pickup and my upcoming drive home to Florida( Im a travel nurse) before the end of my shift. Amanda also facilitated payment. Mr. Golden personally ensured I was picked up at the hospital which helped me then in turn get adequate rest for my next long shift. I am very grateful

Lack of courtesy. I had set up an appointment to come test drive a vehicle and had taken off a half day of work to drive all the way to Annapolis and do so, only to find out that they had sold the vehicle the morning of but couldn’t call or email me so I didn’t waste my time. Although, the lady I dealt with was very nice but this was still very annoying.I guess in a way I learned my lesson to still call first. I just thought that with having an appointment that they’d let me know if they were selling it to not waste my time.

Buyer Beware- Nissan posted a payment to our account that belonged to someone else. They retracted the payment. But with only 2 payments to go they stopped the auto debit, sent me a refund for the difference in payment then stopped the payment on the check. No letter as to why. They also issued the lien release for the car. When calling got a run around and no one seemed to be able to fix it. When they retracted the miss-posted check then they issued a late payment to my credit history.Five years of payments and never a missed or late payment. When I finally talked to someone in customer service and made the last payment of $463, customer service did not remove the late notice on my credit report. This problem was due to their mistake and my credit should be restored. Their customer service sucks. I purchased 3 cars and my husband purchased one all Nissan cars. but I can guarantee this family will NEVER purchase another Nissan until this is fixed.
EDIT: Okie Townsend of Bayside NIssan reached out to me after I left this review and did his best to make me a happy customer. Someone from Bayside dropped a loaner car off to me, while my car was taken to have a second key cut - free of charge. My car was returned the same day, clean and with a full tank of gas. I am happy with the way Bayside Nissan resolved my issues. Hopefully the next person wont have to go through what I did. While I probably still wont purchase another vehicle there, I do plan to continue being a customer of the service department, at least while I own my Nissan.Would Not Recommend.Ray Hayes the sales manager pressured me into purachasing a vehicle, after the purchase I had to follow up to make sure that the things I was promised during my negotiation actually were followed through on. Darnell, the associate that assisted Ray is completely unknowledgeable about Nissans or sellling cars in general. I never received a second copy of my key, when I followed up I got the run-around for almost 2 months. Whe I finally spoke to Ray Hayes, the sales manager he told me he Wasnt with the drama...Drama - being me asking for the second copy of a key from a car I purchased brand new. I still dont have a a second key.Overall, my experience with the service department was better than the sales department, but still not great. Bayside Nissan doesnt care about that customer, just the money....big surprise. I will NOT be spending another $25K of my hard earned money there EVER AGAIN.

I want to say that my experience with this company was great. I had my reservation at first due to an unpleasant experience at another dealership. The customer service was excellent. The finance department really did an excellent job working with me and getting me affordable payments. I had several questions and concerns. They were all answered and my concerns were addressed. The sales representive pick me up because I was unable to make it there without having a vehicle. I really appreciated that and the followup to check how things were going with my new car purchase. The sale lot had many different varieties of vehicles to chose from. I was happy to get a vehicle that was within my budget range. The bathroom was very clean and had soap and paper towels!🙂 The service area was clean and the staff working were friendly. Water,coffee, or soda was also avaiable without charge with was also a nice touch! The detail staff address my concerns and clean my car which made me feel like I had a brand new car even though it was used. I hope they take my suggestions about products. Overall I give 2👍🏽up to my experience. They made me feel comfortable and happy I made my purchase. Looking forward to continuing service in the future. So if your looking to buy a vechile, Bayside Nissan is the place!
I had been looking at cars online and decided that bayside had a good deal for a 2018 Altima. I went Saturday to go check it out. Before even approaching the front door a man said what you looking for, I can help you. I told Dustin what I was looking for and he escorted me to the car and we looked at it as he beamingly described the aspects and features of the car. I then asked could I take it for a test drive, he eagerly went and got the keys. The car drove smooth and I felt very comfortable in it. Once arriving back to the lot it was time to talk numbers. Dustin raved how bayside has the best numbers within a 300 mile radius, cheapest I found. The filling out the paperwork was easy the hard part is the waiting. One of the reasons I am giving a 4 rating because of the long wait....I was literally there for hours and because other than Dustin the salesperson I did not feel like a welcomed customer. So advice I would make it a more friendlier/welcoming atmosphere that would want to make customers come and buy there.Dustin you really earned your “sales champ” trophy.

Great team from sales to service. I bought a used car a month ago. I wanted a few things taken care of as a condition for the transaction. They made a list in the contract. Service took care of it a week later and more. They returned the care in pristine conditions. Last night we left the car in contact and lights on while waiting for someone. Had to jump-start the car, but the engine light came on, with my daughters driving test scheduled for tomorrow. Heads up, your engine light cannot be on for your driving test. Called their service department this morning, explained the situation, and they took the car in today. Checked in at 1:15pm and was out by 2pm fully operational. Kudos to Kelvin in sales, Brady and Zeek in service. If youre looking to buy a car, pay them a visit.

I visited online Bayside Auto and saw a used 2016 Nissan Rogue which had low mileage (Car Fact history) so I decided to go see for myself. I was greeted by salesperson Mr. Kelvin B, who took the time to show me the entire inventory online and then he showed me the Nissan Rogue and we test drove that vehicle and also the blank. Kelvin kept saying you will be driving this vehicle so you have to make sure its what you want. Kelvin provided me a copy of the Truck Car Fact history. I was so relieved, I was not feeling pressured into making a decision at that very moment. So many places tell you this deal is only good while you are here now.Mr. Kelvin said heres my card and told me he would contact me in a couple of days however feel free to call anytime if you have any questions. Well the next day I had several questions and he answered most and directed me to the person which could answer the rest and he followed up to make sure I was clear. In my observation from when I first arrived, their was the warmth of the entire staff such in effort to please the customer of course they trying to sale the car. Well I have purchased the Rogue and that loyalty hasnt changed. I was able to get a deal for a great vehicle, I am enjoying my new Truck. I would highly recommend my Salesperson Kelvin B, Bryan (Finance), Zeek (Service) and the dealerships entire team they seem to care about their performance, product and great customer service.

He has a lot of knowledge and most importantly made my wife and I feel comfortable the entire time. Service department is terrible. Damaged my vehicle twice and refused any appropriate compensation. Fool me once Shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Never again.
My sales person Christine Watkowski was excellent she explained everything about the vehicle and allowed me to try different models and explained the differences. The sales manager was also very friendly and kept true to his word regarding pricing of the vehicle I purchased. It was the best experience I have had buying a car.
