Fantastic staff! Bought a Chevy Suburban there and was very pleased. Never once felt pressured. Once we closed the deal I found a defect in the radio controls. Criswell staff sent the car to the dealer to get fixed at no charge. Would purchase from them again in a heart beat.

On Saturday June 1, my wife and I bought a certified pre-owned Mercedes CLS550 from this dealership and it was a great experience. Ive purchased many cars during my lifetime in state and out and can say this was by far the best experience when car buying.I had done my own research on the comps for this vehicle however the staff worked with us to ensure they validated my detailed research by providing the carfax history and additional documentation by ensuring I understood the history on the vehicle. The staff was very professional, informative and went above and beyond to ensure we knew everything about the vehicle past and current, they actually provided us lunch as we waited too. Special Kudos to our sales consultant Michael Benso who was recovering from back pain, however he did not hesitate to climb in and demo the vehicle in many forms in order to satisfy our request, all of our demands were met without hesitation and with a smile, he earned our confidents and appreciation. I would highly recommend friends, family, neighbors, co-workers or anyone seeking a quality certified/used vehicle to seek his service without a doubt. Dont not buy a car from here. I bought a used Audi with low miles from the Chriswell used dealership . Worst car buying decision Ive ever made. The car had a small problem and the second I brought it up with the manager at the time he immediately became adversarial. They never resolved the problem and because of the treatment I received from those clowns I will never deal with or recommend any Chriswell dealership or service to anyone again.
