Consistently clean bottle room during Covid - a good sign. Fantastic selection of international foods. Would like to see more employees try harder to give customers a little more right of way in the aisles during this pandemic and its commonly courteous social distancing. Good habits do last a lifetime...

I used to really like shopping at this particular Kroger. I just cant any more. It takes so long to be checked out. Hire more cashiers. Its sad to me, since I really enjoy their Asian section, as well as their organic and gluten-free sections of the store. On a recent trip, I went to an open checkout lane and the cashier suddenly left for 5 minutes without explanation.Ive tried the self-checkout and found the one attendant to be impatient with me. I accidentally moved some items in the checkout area and I was told rudely to not move stuff. Im a small woman and was doing my best with a big amount of groceries.I had been trying to use self-checkout to help them ease their stores lack of human cashiers. Ive been kind and patient to staff, but this isnt reciprocated.I now see this location as a convenience store for me of sorts. I would only run in here to get 10 or less items, not a full grocery shopping trip. On my full shopping trips, I used to spend $150-200 here every 2 weeks or so. Ive decided Id rather give my money to other companies such as Trader Joes who have better customer service and treat their employees more fairly.

The floral attendant was so rude to me that she made me cry when I was simply trying to get some balloons blown up for my son‘s fifth birthday. He wanted a space theme so I brought some balloons into the store that I had bought online because I have always had Kroger fill up my balloons for me. She was frustrated that she kept popping my balloons and took it out on me. I told her that she was not being kind to me and she said that she was just trying to help me understand the quality of my balloons. I said she could do that in a kind way. She said I am trying to be kind. She must not know how. I was appalled and I will never go to this store again. There are two other Kroger‘s in town that I prefer over this one.

The worst part of this location is the setup. They no longer staff cashiers according to store volume, and the USCANs are absolutely outrageous with grocery shoppers lined up to the meat department. The decision to remove registers for primarily USCANs was a poor decision. Many of the cashiers never seem unhappy to be there, they look as though they are under a lot of stress; which makes sense. The employees do an incredible job keeping up and keeping the store clean, but its poorly ran.Theyre often out of produce bags and inventory. Its become a true nightmare to shop at this store. Despite the higher prices, we prefer the Buschs on Green.

Rude staff. Simple trip to the bottle return became interesting. They close from 2-3 for cleaning, understandable. But when you let the person that arrived seconds before you in and not you, something must be off. Seems suspect that the person that is NOT of color was allowed to go in during the clean up time but not me. Hmmm… Avoid this location at all cost. Never going to a Kroger ever again.

My wife and children shopped this store while I had an appoint with the U.Upon picking me up she told me that she had the worst experience she ever had in a Kroger or for that matter in any supper market. The shelves where bare of goods, the store was dirty, the produce was infested by fly’s.What she told me next actually made me mad; there where several clerks that where rude. One especially at the self check out.He rudely ordere my white to step back when the screen was asking for assistance on 3 different occasions until while trying to resolve the final screen prompt he stormed off yelling “I can’t help you”.The fact that this is taking place in front of my kids makes me steam!!We usually shop the Kroger in Brighton and the store is clean and the employees are very pleasant. What’s going on with this location.I will be in contact with regional management in regard to this utmost disgrace. I think that the health department should also be made aware.

Ive been shopping at this Kroger for 6 years and love it--both the staff and the food selections/prices. I am thrilled that Kroger is going to lose their plastic bags--but not for a number of years. I stopped in for the first time with a lot of produce on my shopping list. Overall the produce section is large but the freshness varies dramatically. The sight of the green beans turned my stomach, (the white mold is hard to see in the photo.) I told 2 employees they needed to pull the green beans, but neither did anything while I was there. This left an overall negative impression on me. Like they want to sell me stuff no matter what the quality is.Guess were not having green beans for dinner tonight. For reference I usually get produce at Meijer.

I like this store and its selection, but I’m done with Clicklist at this location. I used to love it because I could drive up, give them a call, and get my groceries. It saved me a lot of time and effort because I hate grocery shopping and it was totally worth the $5 fee to me. But the past few times I’ve used the service I’ve experienced delays, waited up to an hour in my car for my groceries, or called the main number repeatedly with no answer. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what, but I’m so disappointed that a service I used to love is now just a waste of time, money, and plastic.

We love grocery shopping at Kroger on Plymouth Rd in Ann Arbor. They have organic produce and a nice deli. Their bakery regularly has lovely cakes for low prices; and I just found out today that we can order custom-made cakes online and then pick them up when we go shopping there! They have a good selection of Asian products, including my favorite Chinese preserved plums and the frozen red bean buns that we all love. They often have good sales on meat, and their cheese selection is great.

Convenient location, however as others had pointed out, produce are not always fresh. In fact, almost everytime when I go there, I found food that went bad, start to grow mold, or sometimes I realized the fruit I bought contains mold right after I bought them. Sadly there isnt another close by grocery store that residents (mostly students) here can easily walk to, so there isnt much competition to force Kroger to take action.
