Stopped in on a week night to see what they had to offer. Was surprised at the amount and variety of potatoes they had, along with a large offering of farm to freezer meals from pork to beef and whole chickens. They also offered a small selection of Michigan sourced small batch pops. The place is bright and well maintained. They also have a decent selection of of coffee and baked goods and an area where you can sit and kids can play

A nice spot for this location, nothing like it for a ways. Fresh vegetables and fruits, great tasting prepared foods and coffees; personally, I do like that they offer special teas and coffees.Parking is a no go for this spot, you can park in the tiny parking lot or on Packard, not on the side street - thats where they get you.

Came into grab some food me and my 5 year old and was denied service because of no mask. 99% of Ann Arbor bussiness follow CDC guidelines however they make up there own rules. Ridiculously even with Vaccines you have to wear a mask. Wont be surprized when they are out of bussiness soon like most small businesses that have used covid19 for a reason to have bad hours and bad service. Covid19 is an a poor excuse to have poor service. Then they cry when they are out of bussiness.

Such a lovely place to have in Ann Arbor.Tones of goods products - The pain au chocolat and others pastries are delich and must have.Recently they extended their offers in the type of coffee and other drinks ... So many interesting and unique flavors.Price for the produce are very fair. They did a wonderful job adapting to the Covid 19 problematic.

This is a great, cozy place to stop by for coffee or a quick bite. I got a mocha, and my fiancee got a matcha latte. They were both perfect and had the requisite latte art on top. We also ordered two curry chicken wraps with hummus and cucumbers on the side. Even though the wraps were premade (there is no kitchen), they were easily one of the most unique and best tasting wraps Ive had. The hummus and cucumbers were equally delicious and very fresh. I cant comment on their produce or other items, as we only stopped in for lunch, but it all looked like it was good quality. The only downside is that there isnt a large selection -- whether thats premade food or grocery items -- but thats to be expected given that everything is sourced locally. Argus Farm Stop is definitely worth a stop.

Cute store to pick up veggies and odds and ends especially since there are no traditional grocery stores within walking distance of the south end of campus. I forgot my credit card one time I was in and the staff were really kind and let me pay it later with an IOU, which was so nice! Will be back to study and enjoy their nice searing space and coffee as well

Cool products, cool store, very overpriced. Placed an online order, got a message that it was ready for pickup, and when I drove in to pick it up, waited 30 minutes, store had no record of my order. Separately purchased one of my items, when I opened it when I got home I was given the wrong item. No offers of help or assistance, nice workers but not helpful. Confusing descriptions of products online.

A nice addition to the neighborhood. If you cannot make it to a farmers market this is your next best option. The location also offers espresso based drinks and some prepared food for sale. I love this locally owned store. Both locations have a unique vibe featuring super friendly staff. I had to post a review after this morning’s episode. I drove by at 6:30 AM, and with the lights on and people inside, I assumed they were open. Alas, they were not (until 7); but I was met at the door by their employees who insisted on taking care of my needs - while declining what should have been at least a couple bucks’ payment, mind you - and then cheerfully sent me on my way. I will be back, again and again. Thanks Argus!

This place is a gem and definitely the business Ill miss the most if/when I move out of the area. The staff and owners are friendly and genuinely care about their mission/values, which is reflected in their business model. The farmers set the prices and have stakes in the management of the place, which is definitely a more collaborative & ethical structure than most other bougie-health-market-cafe type places Ive seen. Its really unfortunate how uncommon this business model is, but its encouraging to see their dedication to wanting to make it more common in the industry and help similar businesses succeed! I learned that they had a direct hand in helping Farmers Hand (in Detroit) open, which is another one of my favorite markets - so I wasnt surprised to hear it had ties with Argus. :)I no longer live next door so I unfortunately dont get the opportunity to stop by as often, but I truly loved getting to know the baristas and regularly fueling my caffeine addiction here. Highly recommend trying their homemade soups and breads (even their butter is just so freaking good). Hearty and comforting during the long Michigan winters!
