I have been coming here every oil change since 2013 the staff and service department were (key word) amazing. I havent had to drive much in the last 2 years due to COVID and working from home but when I went in for service the entire staff has turned over. I didnt think anything of it its been so long since I was there but I the work that they had to do on my car was under recall but they didnt even ask if I wanted to replace other things while they had everything apart then got a You should do these things email NOT EVEN them telling me in person, but an email with over $2000 of repairs that I needed that are all in the same location of the parts that they just replaced. So instead of asking me if I wanted to replace the parts (then just charge for the parts and install labor - what they could reimburse Nissan for the recall) they chose to not even talk to me.I brought my car in @ 7:45AM for an 8AM oil change and Recall work and never heard another word until they were Done at 4PM. When I went to ask if they had finished because I had left for a dentist appointment. They just said NO! I would have called you! Very rude.So I will never be going back and will never buy another Nissan. Good job Fox of Ann Arbor (sarcasm), you have lost another customer.

Sent a text for 8 thousand dollars worth of repairs and never received a phone call explaining anything. Denyed all repairs via text. The only call we received was the dealership saying our car was ready for pickup. I cant believe no one called to personally explain any of the repairs. Will be taking the car across the state to a mechanic we trust.

I tried to change my previous rating but was unable. After my less than stellar rating Joe the GM reached out. He assured me my experience was unacceptable and would not happen again. He also offered to detail my mothers car as an apology. He had the car nicely detailed and again offered apologies for his staff. I cant bring myself to give a 5 star rating, but Joe did the professional thing and that is very appreciated.

This is the first time Ive ever been ghosted by a service center.Last year, I came for an oil change and to check my A/C - which turned out to be problematic. I was told a part had to be ordered, would take a month, and I would receive a call later on with the details.I do not know if it was the pandemic, but I never received that call, or details on what exactly the issue was.With summer here, I needed to get the A/C taken care of - so I contacted Fox again - explained the situation, the gentleman seemed confused given the length of time, but he told me he would look into the matter, and I would be receiving a call later today, or tomorrow.A week later, Ive called my final time. Explained the situation, and requested to speak with a supervisor or manager. I was told he was out but would return in the hour, but that they could order the part for next week. No explanation on why service lapsed, or why they never contacted me, no apology on the matter, nothing.Well, I requested that their service manager, Luke, reach out to me on my phone - before the end of the day.Well, its 6:16, so I guess Im going to be searching for a new service location.No, I will not be emailing or calling anymore. I can take a hint when Im not wanted as a customer.
I bought my car here 6 years ago and have been exclusively coming here for maintenance. The service was excellent until the pandemic started. I was willing to be patient in the beginning, but the service hasnt gotten better. Last time I was here it was recommended I buy 4 new tires-around $800. When I asked why there were double the price of what I could get at Belle Tire next door, I was told because they were name brand, and then was offered the generic brand and half the price. I came back for an oil change (this time the person I worked with (Lawrence?) was very helpful and gave excellent customer service). While waiting I noticed none of the technicians had their masks over their mouths. They had them pulled down while they were working and then would pull them up to come inside. Some werent even pretending to wear a mask, didnt even have one around their neck. I also noticed at least one manager not wearing a mask inside the showroom. Im not sure what happened to this place but I will not be back and if you care about your safety you wont come here.

Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. I added on a service with a part I purchased separately and also managed to get a quote for selling my vehicle while I waited for my oil change. Everyone made sure all of my needs and wants were tended to and I was very happy with my experience!
I had broken down in ann arbor and had to have my car towed here. The next day, on Friday, my car was scanned and I was told that it was my mass air flow sensor. I was told that it was cleaned and that it drove fine afterwards and I was charged 130.00 for 1 hour of labor. When I picked up the car on Wednesday, I had started my way back towards where I live, when my car was doing the same thing it was towed there for. I called fox nissan and they told me to bring it back but by this time I was already on the left side of the highway where it splits and I was closer to a different nissan dealership by the time the highway came together again. My car was scanned at the other nissan dealership after limping it the rest of the way there. My car was throwing a transmission code, which is covered under warranty. The service manager there had told me this is most likely my problem after he had test drove my car. Ive been waiting for the manager at fox nissan to call me all day and I have not yet received a call about getting a refund. My car should have been test drove when it arrived there on Friday. I was also never quoted on a replacement mass air flow sensor in which the other dealership said they should have just replaced it instead of cleaning it. The moral of the story is do NOT bring your car here, it is not worth the headache.
I wish I had the experience that the rest of you have had. My mother wished to buy her car from lease and not release it. I have made multiple calls to Fox only to be told someone would call me back. I have yet to receive a call back. I was able to reach one salesperson who I had left a voice message with the week before who stated I received your call but you are Brads client, he then explained that he would make no money from working with me. When I asked to speak to his supervisor or manager I was then told he could assist me, he had obviously made the offer only to avoid a complaint and was rude, so I told him not to bother. I then called back and asked to speak with the finance dept and was promised they would call back...two days later still waiting. I reached the Nissan dealer in Jackson and the very first person I spoke with directed me on what was needed offered to assist if I wanted to stop in ......WOW that was awesome and the lease wasnt even thru him. I will never use Fox again if this is the best they have to offer.
Went in just thinking there was a nail in my tire and I needed new ones. Well turned out to be a lot more than I expected. Lawrence my service advisor did a great job explaining each of the services I needed for safety and let me add on service during my appointment. He also updated me on time frame because I was there waiting longer than expected. Great customer service.

I was waiting to write this review I thought things would change but not anymore!I brought a CPO Nissan from them last year.Don’t get fooled by the term CPO as it doesn’t guarantee that the car is smooth!I had two complementary maintenance from them which I used them to find out now that the car has so much of maintenance issues that I’m paying almost couple of grand. I didn’t took this beast even off the trail and now you might wonder what went wrong!Yeah even I’m thinking the same that means it reflects the quality at Fox Ann Arbor and certification from Nissan as CPO both are not up to mark!So be wise making any decisions from dealershipI wished somebody had told me this, before buying make a thorough examination of the used car you are getting from them!Don’t TRUST their words🙂

All 3 of my previous cars have been Honda’s so it was sad to be leaving them after more than 2 decades. With all that being said I was very pleased with my experience at Fox Ann Arbor Nissan and especially with my salesman Umer. First service on brand new car not impressed. Oil change and tire rotation taking more than 2 hours. Thought I was getting tire rotation, not noted on service statement. Service department expressed annoyance when I asked to make sure it had been done. I will never stay and wait for service to be complete again.
My sales person was very helpful and attentive during my purchase. It was a pressure free experience. Trayan was thorough with going over my paperwork and the features of the vehicle.
If you see a car labeled AS IS... RUN or atleadt take it to get an inspection before you buy.. bought a car from them and not even a month later, suspension sensor goes out. Car Fax shows no accidents reported because the damage was fixed in house or overlooked. Both front and rear bumper covers have support brackets broken or out of place. Had to have them fix the headliner twice before it was fixed properly.. was given a loaner...with bald tires and badly worn Wiper blades...
I worked with Terra from here, and she was great. I was purchasing a car from Colorado, so its really important to trust someone whos more than 1,000 miles away. She was very diligent, trustworthy and fair. Solid dealership and great salesperson.

I just had the best experience I have ever had leasing a new car, and I have leased 8 of them prior to this. I was offered the top of the line model 2020 Leaf for less money than other dealerships had offered for the midrange model. I drove an hour to pick the car up, the process was simple and I was on the road in my 2020 Leaf SL Plus shortly after. It was hassle free, no hard sell, no complicated numbers that had to be explained, just the way it should be! Thanks Brad, Brandon and Shannon for making it such a good buying experience. Will definitely be considering another car from you when I need one again.
Terrible. Went to look and knew exactly what we wanted. Browsing outside- no help. Inside- no help.Sales people not wearing masks, playing on their phones and not even a hello. We would’ve likely bought a 2020 or 2021 but the service was terrible.The person to help us barely knew anything and took forever. He was the only one willing to help! Everyone else was too busy on their phone (massless) to even look our way. Will never come back to this terrible dealership. The financing we were looking for wasn’t even written up. They showed 4-6k down when we said 6-12 or even 14 down.Just simply do not waste your time here.

Long time customer of Nissan and until the pandemic was completely satisfied.Ive had to service my car twice during the pandemic. Mask wearing by employees is a joke. Several employees not wearing a mask at all or pulling it up when they see someone. Because you know, that makes a difference in terms of not breathing covid over every surface until youre seen.Been coming here for 18 years and this is it. The complete disregard for public safety is disgusting. I hope you get fined and shut down.
Have been going here for decade since owning my Nissan. The old service team was nice and very upfront with their prices. No hidden “shop supplies” addition. Went in for an oil change and was told they stop using conventional for 3 years and only use synthetic. This price for conventional is higher and the coupon I had wouldn’t work because it says it’s only for conventional oil. I got the coupon from their email and they also had it on their website! Why offer discounts on oil changes that you don’t use anymore? And the last time I had an oil change there a year ago, it was conventional oil according to my service receipt.During that visit, I was told I needed $700 worth of work and a fuel induction service for $200. My car is not a direct fuel injection car and from what my mechanic friends tell me, it’s a money making scam that isn’t necessary. Fuel induction services are not even listed in the owners manual as things that are needed.Went in again for an alignment. Couldn’t use my rewards points (which you have actually mention because the new team doesn’t know about it yet. Before the lady at the register just looked it up and asked if you wanted to apply any points you had accrued, but now they have to go to the manager and find out what your points are) because they apparently take up to 30 days to process and so I showed my 15% off service, labor, and parts coupon. I was told that I couldn’t use that because the alignment prices were already competitive. Makes no sense! The coupon was on their website and did not list this exception. Why offer deals and try to not honor them?! Also, the service is $89.95 and the total was $99 because “shop supplies” were added. What are those exactly if they’re not parts. A wheel alignment normally doesn’t need parts and Belletire doesn’t charge for supplies when you get alignments there. Other times I went there, I had a line by line item of each item and cost breakdown. Didn’t get that for this one.The new team and management seems to making an effort to increase their bottom line, something I’ve never experienced with the previous team. I understand covid has hit businesses hard, but it has also hit the customers, too.I gave 2 stars because at the least, I was offered 10% off when I was there for $700 worth of services. I only got it because I overheard it being offered to someone else in the waiting room and inquired about it...I don’t fault the new team entirely because I’m sure it’s a management issue. Either way, I will no longer be using this place to service my car given the bad taste they left.
Gave me an estimate receipt for maintenance services, and then charged me extra in my final price for services that weren’t included. Told me I’d get the check for the difference in 3-5 days, and only until I called 2 weeks later they told me they only send checks out at the end of each month. Obviously dealership prices arent
We’ve been searching for a newer vehicle. Located a vehicle about an hour and a half from our home. Test drove the vehicle 1/30/2021.Couple imperfections on the vehicle. Once pointed out the sales person assured me they would be taken care of prior to us picking up this coming week.Driving that distance comes with expectations. They worked the pricing needed.Kudos to Terra and Anthony. Their friendly service made the drive worth while. Immediately we were received as soon as we parked on the lot. I would recommend these two individuals to anyone looking for great price and service.Being a diabetic comes with tons of anxiety when walking into an establishment. Everyone in the building including customers wore their mask. That was very important to us seeing that underlying conditions have a much harder time with COVID.It appears that everyone there is taking their service and the pandemic seriously. They are much younger than I am but I want to live as long as possible. Continue respecting the COVID guidelines for your customers their lives may depend on it.Truly looking forward to this coming Monday. I mostly receive excellent service. But due to COVID I will cut you some slack. I have a prepaid contract that was not credited to my service until I requested it. Upon requesting my service credited be applied to my bill I then had to wait over 20 minutes for the service person to figure out the paper work. Also, my key fob needed a battery replacement which was not done. And...I have let the service department know about a beep I hear from time to time. The issue was not addressed and the beep is still present.

We knew what we wanted. Sales person focused too much on how long he has been in the business and did not listen at first of what we wanted. Treated us as if we were window shopping. Then during the sale, shared how important he needed a rating of 10. I dont need to hear that - makes the interaction less genuine. Treat customers with respect, that they are smart and meet their needs and you will always score a 10.
Always do a great job servicing my vehicle. When they tell you when it is going to be done, it is done in that time frame. Also is always done right. Will keep coming back again and again.

Came in for 50k inspection/maintenance apt on 6/12. There were a few recommendations that needed immediate attention, they were able to accommodate doing all the work same day so I did not have to come back. Very efficient.
I had stopped in recently for my first oil change and that went well... The problem I have is from when there was water coming in from underneath the car into the drivers side carpet area... It was a very difficult situation to be in and the dealer was tough to work with. Im still not sure if its actually fixed correctly. After that ordeal I always hesitate on bringing my car to the dealer. I have found scratches after getting my car back and there always seems to be more cleaning for myself to do on the inside and outside of the car. I feel like I have no one to go to because the manager and car sales rep I worked with on getting my 2020 Nissan Altima are no longer working there and was never introduced to another manager or car sales rep. Buying a new car is supposed to be exciting and even better yet being told that I will be taken care of if anything happens with the car is supposed to be stress-free.I guess with Fox Nissan thats not the case!

My car was not washed as it usually has been, I was not told that the car as not washed, nor was there any explanation why it wasn’t washed. It also appeared that none of the service desk staff that had been present in all my previous visits, was present at this visit. There was no clear explanation of the details of the car examination. I did ask about the tires and was only told that they were fine.

I enjoyed the prompt service and the ability to make an appointment. The people were lovely. I paid a lot more than I would have at a third party mechanic. That was expected. I wish my tire quote would have been more honest. It was recommended that I buy 4 new tires when two are new and have plenty of tread. The inspection did state that two were fine. I would have bought 2 new tires that matched the others if that would have been recommended. I did replace my own cabin filter for 90% less than quoted.

Two years of dealing with the dealership, new service managers, and not as customer focused as before. Unable to respond to suggested service texted to me even though I was in the dealer waiting room and no one came in to discuss. Declined some suggested services, asked service manager to include on my bill so I could follow up and information was left off bill. Issues with starting and pressing break, switch was replaced two years ago under warranty, intermittently happening again but service was unable to find cause after I brought up previous repair. Vehicle is always run through car wash after each scheduled maintenance but wasnt done. Nissan dealership is now combined with Infiniti dealership and appears Nissans now have a lower priority. In the market to replace this two year old Rogue (34K miles) and will rethink going with Nissan because I primarily buy a car with a great dealership followup service department. Thank you.

A dealership with a difference. I personally would not recommend Nissan brand vehicles to any one I know, due to its poor build quality, non existent customer support etc. However, If I ever have to buy a Nissan I would buy only because of this dealership. They have an excellent team of service personnel. Mr. David, the lead service advisor is an exceptional and highly professional service advisor I have ever met. Most of the time, service advisors never listen to customer complaints properly, they also try to suggest unnecessary service / repairs, most of all never accept their short-comes. Mr. David is always shown patience in listening to customers every word, never suggested unnecessary service / repairs . My new car had an issue that could not be isolated easily. They had to disassemble the whole front side to identify the issue. I was promptly updated by Mr. David every day about the status even though they gave me a spare car. Hope they maintain this high standard of customer service in future too.

I had my car towed to Fox Ann Arbor Nissan on a Tuesday and the diagnostic test was not run until Thursday afternoon. My car was not fixed until the next Monday. I had to continually call and text to get any updates. In addition, the diagnostic test ($130) just confirmed exactly what I said it was when I brought it in. I believe that should have been waived. This whole experience put me off Nissans. My vehicle needed a repair that had been recalled on two other models, but not mine, so it was three times the price to fix. Pretty outrageous.

Trayan was great, hes a natural salesperson and it doesnt feel like hes hiding anything from you. We did have a disagreement on the trade-in value for my old vehicle and resolved it through compromise, which I both respect and appreciate. He was able to get me multiple price breakdowns for a number of options, which was helpful. In addition, he was excellent at explaining the features of my new vehicles and made the transition process very smooth (and quick).
I like how kind everyone is at Fox Ann Arbor Nissan. Everyone is all smiles and I enjoy being there when I have to be. Chris, the advisor of the service department, is warm and kind and I trust him 100%.Also, the waiting area is comfortable and clean, with great internet connection, so I was able to do work while my car was serviced. The team was super speedy with their work, and I wasnt even ready to leave by the time Chris came to let me know my car was ready!

Alex at Fox Ann Arbor Hyundai was incredibly helpful as I considered a pre-owned vehicle. They let me test drive the vehicle, and created a no-pressure atmosphere as I was considering a car. I needed to make this purchase quickly, and he worked with me, even on his day off, to help me get the paperwork down to get the car within a week. This team really cares and offers great services and warranties along with the car purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership if youre looking for a car.
UPDATED 8/20 Stopped in to check out a Rogue. Not certain which features and pkg we wanted, good thing hubby was able to convinced Kevin we needed a copy of the three choices they found us with the prices. If we hadnt received them we wouldnt have gone back.The following day we made our choice and called salesman Brad to make an appointment to sign the papers. After two days of calling and leaving messages including hand delivered notes by the receptionist 🤔 I decided to make ONE last call to Kevin the mgr. he returned my call immediately. I explained issue with Brad and Kevin took care of everything. Brad was all smiles next am and completed the sale.My first ride lasted 1.5 hours my back was in severe pain. I told my husband we must sell it I would never be able to ride in it.He finally checked the tire pressure and discovered42 psi and reduced them to recommendated 33 psi. We are happy with our Rogue nowhowever these problems could have been avoided.Update 8/20So surprised, there wasnt a hint of an apology in the response 🤔
My wife bought her car from these guys and I frequently but parts from them. Their service is not as great but they do the job! The dealership side and the parts department are top notch!
Was able to make an appointment within a week, and my issue was fixed the same day as my appointment. Also took advantage of the shuttle service so I didnt have to rely on a co-worker for rides to and from. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and make the rides go very quickly.
