There was amenities available if you felt inclined to partake of them. The help was very courteous to me and my wife. A great place to do tire business. I had just completed a tire rotation, wheel alignment, and oil change somewhere else days prior. My tire light was on and stayed on despite checking tire pressure and filling tires with air. This morning I just walked in and they helped fix my problem immediately. They were helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable without being pushy. Had the best experience! I had to get all new tires, and an alignment. The gentleman answering phone was very thorough in explaining things and took care of my problems that same day within a few hours right before the holiday weekend.

Went Friday April 30th, Jesse and his team were great. They even brought me to the back where they were working on my car and showed me everything that was going on. I went in thinking I was going to need a new tire because other mechanic shops had already told me this. The tire was ordered and the Manager on duty later informed that the existing tire was repairable and that he would return the new tire. Honest and Integrous is how I would describe the man. Most would have sold me the tire and taken the commission. Give these folks a try!

My girlfriend had a nail in her tire, we called and got an appointment for the same day. Took the vehicle in that evening after work and they quickly got the nail removed and repaired the tire. They did not charge us anything for this service. We will definitely be back!

I took my brand new van to another tire shop. After an hour and half they had no idea why it was leaking air. I decided to have fast tire try. In about 30 minutes they found a screw in the tire, had it fixed and I was out of there.Excellent customer service and as a lady, I appreciate gentlemanly conduct.

I had a slow air leak in a tire. Repair was fast and professional. When it came time to pay, I was told there was no charge. Only asked that I think of Fast Tires when I needed tires or an oil change. These guys were rock stars when they fixed my 2013 Dodge Durango for $850 when Dewey Dodge in Ankeny wanted $8350 for a complete drive train rebuild. They researched that there was a bulletin from Dodge regarding the issue with the AWD and properly made the repair! They also fixed a flat tire on another vehicle I had for FREE! All around good guys!

Called Friday and asked for 5 trailer tires to be put on. I told them I had a boating trip planned Saturday and if they could get me in it would be appreciated, if not our plans for the weekend would have to change. Chad asked when I could have the trailer there and I said at 1:00pm. Hr replied, we’ll have you done by 3:00pm. I had the trailer there at 1pm sharp and went back to work. Chad called at 2:47pm and said the trailer was done. I came in at 4pm to pick the trailer up and Chad walked me through tire pressure and what to look for which is very important to trailer tires. We tied the boat and trailer with concern. Great work!!!

Great shop in Ankeny for auto service. Ive taken two vehicles there service. Theyve done oil changes, rotations, brake work, and even motor mounts for us. All were completed on time and at a fair price. on my most recent visit Anthony at the desk helped me and was great at setting my appointment. He then called me to explain what theyd found on their inspection of my vehicle. The repairs needed were explained so I understood and what the cost was for each. A few days after the work was completed I got a follow up call from Dustin just to ask if I was happy with the service. Great job Fast Tire in Ankeny!

What can you say special about an oil change; quick, good price. All true. But what this experience special was that I got there and discovered I’d forgotten my wallet. Dustin said no problem, just call in with my credit card when I got home. Very much appreciated, and he really seized an opportunity to differentiate what otherwise could have been a very ordinary trip for auto service.

I have been here before under previous ownership. The new staff and manger is way more friendly. Service was great, pricing very reasonable, was fast, and even lobby has been expanded, more comfortable, and clean. Very happy with new ownership and leadership. I will definitely be back.

Went in for an oil change was told that my timing cover was bad and would need to be replaced. They said there was a massive leak. Which is funny because Im a CDL driver and check the oil on my person vehicles at least once a week and it never dropped. Was told this would cost $850. Be suspicious I took it to my mechanic who said there was nothing wrong. And if there was a leak which he couldnt find that it wouldnt amount to anything.I will never go back. Nice try not gonna scam me.

He literally searched the world over to locate some rare parts for me and then they did a quality job installing them. He had to procure parts from 3 different locations to get everything that was needed. They are fast and efficient with excellent work. The customer service is great and a year later it is still 5 star! He is very good to do business with. Honest and genuinely cares for his customers. He has my business!!

With that in mind they wanted for parts and labor $2,300 to fix it. I was able to get the parts and jack it up in my garage to fix it myself for under $300. Doesn’t seem worth it in my opinion to visit again.

We had a fleet truck that needed an oil change, tire balance and mount, and new rotors and brake pads. Had no idea these guys did it all. Great service and great price; couldnt be happier. Anthony helped us out big time on this one. Well be servicing our trucks here from now. Thanks again guys.

Oil change was great. 16 Ford Taurus, told my wife that the battery was getting weak and needed to be changed. Ok 3 years old maybe time for a new battery. Then proceeded to tell my wife that the tires were getting bad and by the time winter and snow is here the car probably wouldnt be safe to drive. 35000 miles on the car... did the old penny in the tread trick, yep treads way over the top of the hair line. Then put a quarter in the treads and the treads still touched the hair of George. Way to go fast tire... not pulling a fast one on us! Beware!

Fast Tire was helpful and friendly in a situation that was a little stressful for me. In the past, when it was under a different name, I had had some negative experiences here that made me hesitant to return, but with the new changes, I decided to give it another try. They helped me understand all my options and make the best choice. They even offered to give me a ride home if I didn’t want to wait in the lobby until the work was done. Overall, very nice, friendly positive experience this time.

I went in for a quote for tires for my Monte. Ricky gave me several options I was on the fence about pricing. I was having issues with the car staying running Nolan came out and gave me advice as to what was wrong and I was able to fix it myself with that advice. Fast tire may not be the cheapest. But the value of service is well worth the extra dollars. Nolan also took me home and picked me up when my car was finished. 5 star service earned my busuness.
