Good location! Very clean facility awesome service. The Doc was very thorough in his exam made sure I understood everything in my exam and findings. Vet friendly, I recommend this place.

The staff and doctor were very professional and helpful. They spent time answering questions and I enjoyed my experience. The office was very clean and organized and wait time was minimal. I plan on going back annually to have my vision checked.

He was great back then and nothing has changed. He was very personable and professional. Any type of doctors visit is a source of stress for me but this was not that way at all. Switched to this place last year after receiving sub-par service at another place. They were closer to the house so we picked them to try. We are both very happy with out choice and as you can see returned as a happy customer. Everything from being greeted, checked in, exam and selecting glasses was perfect. Dr. Brian Cin is great with the exam and takes the time to discuss everything with you. Plus he is a veteran so makes it even better knowing that. The staff was different this time than last year and they were exactly the same so I know its a culture thing wanting to provide excellent customer service. If your shopping for a new place to get the eyes checked out you wont regret coming here.

I actually enjoyed my checkup and was surprised by the advancements of technology they used. I’ve had other exams at other clinics that used the same equipment as when I joined the military in 1982.

Extremely thorough evaluation every time. The practice is always run on time... In 6 yrs, Ive never had to wait. I have multiple issues & all are addressed. Wouldnt choose to ever go elsewhere.

I have been seeing Dr. Brian since I moved to anchorage in 2006. He had gotten to know all our family member and had great family values. I can’t imagine seeing somebody else. The staff gets to know you on a personal level and are very friendly. Clean and inviting atmosphere.

Only place in town to go for complete eye care! Dr Cin is patient, caring and very knowledgeable! The front office staff are so nice and always willing to work you in if you have an emergency. If you haven’t tried this clinic, you’re missing a great local doctor! He has great ideas for dealing with dry eye and I’m looking forward to being able to read more comfortably! He always takes time to explain everything, too.

They were thorough & explained the purpose & results of each procedure. Dr Cyn gave several options for correcting the problem. Everyone was pleasant and courteous.

Finally found Adventures in Eye Care 8 or 9 years ago. Now my whole extended family goes there. I have never had better care and glasses. Very informed, they take their time with you. I never feel rushed, all of my questions get answered. The same goes for the staff. Followup is wonderful. If they say they will find out something for you, it happens.

I’ve been with Dr. Cin for 4 (maybe 5) years. I love going to his office, he’s the best! I had a few docs before him who were alright, but Dr. Cin is friendly and informative and there’s usually no wait time to be seen. The receptionists are very nice and welcoming as well.

I would rate them a 0 if I could, the front desk staff is extremely unprofessional.I was suffering from a sharp irritation in my eye and called Adventure Eye Care for help.I was given a time for appointment to be checked, and when I showed up after driving :20 min across the town, they told me that the appointment was cancelled and that they had tried to call to let me know.However, they did never call me because the person that did the appointment and took my phone number had written it down wrong when checked.When I explained to her about my eye pain and urgent need, she became very rude and told me that nothing could be done. She even tried to blame the whole thing on me instead of owning her own mistakes.Luckily I received an appointment with a different office and eye doctor on a very short notice and received the help needed.Im sure Dr. Cin would have given me the help needed if I had seen him, but unfortunately I cant recommend his office because of the front desk staff.

I saw Dr Cin again yesterday and as usual his care of me was top notch. My husband and I have seen him since 1994 I think it was. He has seen all 5 of my kids because I trust him. I wear trifocals all the time but needed a office pair that could help with computer work. Years ago he ended up designing the lenses for me and has been taking care of my optical needs ever since.I have recommended him to everyone I know and I will continue to so. That’s Dr Cin for all the great years! Oh I need to mention his office staff too. He’s got a really good blend right now and everyone is very helpful. The best part is they are knowledgeable and have lots of patience for those of us that have lots of questionsOverall best optical office ever !!!!!!

1 star so I can write my review. Initial Dr is great and kind, front desk people - rude asf. As a receptionist, know your role! If you answering phone calls know your role! You in the business of customer service, learn how to better serve your customers, be familiar with your own tone and choice of words when u open your rude mouth to speak.

In a time when many doctors spend less than 15 minutes with a patient, it is refreshing and helpful to have a doctor that takes all the time needed and makes sure all my questions are answered and I leave knowing whats happening with my vision.
