Right off the main road, could be difficult to see ... its a small shed in the parking lot of the car wash. Its all drive up, the owner was there at the time I visited. She was training one of the workers/future barristas. Ordered a wet French vanilla cappuccino. Prices are very affordable. The coffee itself is delicious. Love it. Will visit it more often.

Great place. They dont do military discount which is a little disappointing to me. However thats how good the coffee is that still gets 5 stars. I dont know where theyre hiring their people from but they apparently they raided a school for models.

Went there for my coffee this morning. It took the barista 22 minutes to make a plain mocha and a Redbull soda. The mocha was the worst coffee Ive ever had in my life. Also during my interaction two of the baristas friends (who did not work there) showed up and were the ones tasked with charging my card. The barista said nonchalantly dont worry they dont even work here. I was thinking Then why did you just hand them my card? I definitely will never be going back to this place.

This was the first time I had ever been to hotspot and it was a serious complete let down. The girl that took our orders had to remake our smoothies 3 times and had 3 different excuses as to why she made them. I feel like she was purposely and hatefully doing this on purpose for no reason whatsoever other than just to be hateful or spiteful. We pulled up and ordered with a normal friendly attitude and even offered to pay after she screwed up twice. She just seemed really hateful for no reason. I would like to see her leave any job that has to do with the public or customer service. After it was all said and done I seriously lectured her on the fact that if my girl and I hadnt have been so understanding she would have gotten hurt or some kind of Bad Karma would have definitely come to her instantly. I dont care how many days you work in a row or how hard your job is it still your job and until you leave it you need to do it well especially when you deal with the public. If this would have been a family with children or maybe grandparents or well really anyone it would have still been a really horrible experience luckily another smoothie shop called Mocha Moose hook us up with some regular red bull smoothies how theyre supposed to be made. Her name is Alicia and she owns the Mocha Moose and she works there everyday by herself does all the work makes all the food and make sure that everythings done right. I highly recommend mocha mousse and I also recommend that hotspot seriously reconsider is restaffing some of their people or just firing that one girl and making sure she doesnt work with the public.

Love this place, stop every morning on the way to work. Very friendly staff, if you show up more than once, they will know your order. Started going here because I was sick of expensive, horrible tasting coffee at starbucks. Very quick as well. FYI - this is a drive thru coffee stand.

Service was fine as expected for a coffee kart; speedy. Ordered an americano with cream. I’m familiar with steam dots beans, I think this coffee was underwhelming it was bland in flavor and not what I was expecting. I use to barista and have my own preference for how I like the espresso, I acknowledge my preferences but this was just underwhelming felt I coulda went to holiday and gotten black drip that was more robust in flavor and body.

Been getting my snob coffee from Rachel and crew for years now, time flies! It is the best in town for the best price. We drive up and mostly they hand me or my husband my brand of snob. Very funny today though, there is a new employee; husband gets me coffee almost every day as a love gift. Well he forgot what flavor and size of snob coffee I drink. Cracked me up. So used to being pampered by everyone. Love all the young women who work there and the coffe is fantastic!

Unfortunately another shop that doesn’t know how to make an iced latte, it was mostly milk, asked for a double shot, can’t taste the coffee.
