My friend and I came here at 6 pm for the free donuts offered for fully vaccinated people. The lights were dimmed and the drive through was closed but the door was still unlocked. We went inside, got our donuts and when my friend wanted to get a dozen donuts, the cashier had an attitude with my friend. While she was paying, the cashier rudely says that they were getting ready to close for the day. I told him that they were supposed to be open until 8 and he responded with We can close as early as we want if theres a low customer rates. Well heres my response: Some people are working and cant stop by until they get off hence why my friend and I were there at 6

The best donuts ever, soft, with good flavor, and excellent quality, the people who work there were very friendly and attentive, they were somewhat busy but they attended to me as soon as possible, the environment was well clean, arranged and well organized.

Went in for the 25% off chocolate dozen with purchase of any dozen promo. Tried to purchase online but kept getting an error with the code even though it showed the coupon banner at the top of the order screen. Inside the store I was told they were not participating. Not happy but ordered a half dozen so the kids werent disappointed. Went back online and used the search function that KK has to find participating franchises. The one that refused to honor the deal was listed as participating.In addition to that, the employees were less than enthusiastic. One kid was running both the counter and the register. Several other employees were there ignoring customers. Two seemed to be cleaning or repairing the conveyor. This location seems to have employee problems that the manager/owner really need to get on top of as it is costing them money. I was going to spend more than double what I ended up spending if it hadnt been for the employee apparently not knowing about the promotion. Instead I left with a small order and unhappy and not likely to return in the future.

This place is wonderful! I was on vacation and unfortunately got lost and stopped for directions and a wonderful young man was able to help me, so I decided to buy a donut so I wasn’t wasting his time. He convinced me to try the Oreo filled donut, and it was the BEST donut I’ve EVER had! Great customer service! Would come here again!

You travel across town just for this specific craving and you get there expecting a warm box of delicious, freshly made donuts...but instead, you pull up to a dead drive-thru only to be handed a COLD a** box of donuts that you could have purchased at the supermarket. 😑 😑😪!!!

One of my favorites of all time. At first I was disappointed when they first opened, because the glazed donut did not taste like it does in Tampa Florida. Lately that has changed. Maybe the assembly line needed age. Customer service is decent. All I care about is that glazed donut. Nothing else from KK. As long as it tastes like its suppose to, Im happy. I also had some berry shaved ice drink, that was pretty good.I waited forever to post this review, because I knew this place would finally get it right👍

I asked if they had any more glazed and the lady said yeah we just dont keep them in the case, you have to have glazed to make the specialty donuts (in a smart tone). Im well aware of that but I wasnt sure if they sold out being that the donut line was being power washed and could not produce any donuts at the moment. Not to mention she acted like she didnt want to be there 🙄

Best donut place to go in all of Alaska. Just the best donuts ever! I really love their strawberry iced with sprinkles donut it is my favorite! And they are so awesome to give a free dozen of donuts to 2020 graduates! I got my brother to drive all the way across town just for these donuts hahah. Its the only place I will go for donuts now.

I recommend the creme brulee cream filled doughnut, for sure. It was a neat twist and executed to perfection with fresh ingredients, and a soft, pillowy dough. My friends and I got 3 for just about the price of 2, what a deal!

Ordered 2 dozen donuts on Sunday January 10th an hour and a half before closing and I showed up at 7:30 pm, a half hour before their website says they close, to a dark building. The website hours are wrong and do not match the locations signs. I called 6 times from outside because I saw workers rummaging about inside to no answer. I had to knock on the door to get anyone to acknowledge me. I was told they closed at 7 (against what their website says) and that they had already refunded my order because they didnt have any donuts. That would have been really nice to know before I drive from Eagle River to pick up donuts. You have to tell them your phone number to make an online order. Horrible customer service on their part for not calling and notifying, but they sure didnt hesitate to take my money and waste my time and gas!

Its Krispy Kreme enough said. Online orders are easy and during pickup just hit drive through.

Good donuts, they seem fresh when I order. Not a huge fan of their coffees though, most of the mixed coffee drinks, and frozen ones are too sweet.

My experience was not great. A female took my order, but a young kid was at the window. Asked if I had the assorted box, but I had ordered original glazed dozen. My membership card wouldnt scan nor did my phone number worked for rewards. What a waste. And they never got my 2 frozen lattes I had ordered with the donuts. I just gave up, paid and left with the donuts. I dont know if I would go back nor would I comment on recommending them. Each to their own.

For some reason the dozen I got were slimy, maybe under proofed. They were less than an inch thick, looked like someone just drew an O. They also only gave me half my order as I had ordered multiple additional specialty donuts. The ones I did get were dry. The quality of there product is worthless. Your better off buying from the grocery stores or another donut shop. If you really want Krispy Kreme, I suggest the gas station. As far as the employees, they were unfriendly, and acted like they hated it there. They continually reiterated the wrong donuts back to me, finally got it right, then cut me off when I was going to order another dozen original. Worst experience for donuts. The owner should be reading the one star reviews and correct the issues. I will never go back, if I could give them zero stars I would. I will make sure I tell every soldier in my unit and all medical staff that work with me to not waste their money.

Got donuts and coffee. Hubby ordered a medium caramel latte and I ordered a small mocha. Mine did not taste right so another employee remade the order and it was just right. After husband drank all his coffee he realized his was a mocha and then I realized my first coffee was the caramel latte. Lol. Other then the little mix up it was good.

Good donuts, but they do not have the specials offered by their notifications. At least for the items I have tried. I always feel like they are the poster bearer for bait and switch. Not on the top of my list of places to return.

Fast, and who does not like doughnuts

I ordered their mixed donuts online & clicked on specific donuts I wanted in my box. When I got there my specific online order was not created. Staff told me they didnt have access to what I selected. It was disappointing cause I drove 30 mins out of way to pick up my order.

The male drive thru employee whom we usually see is always pleasant, friendly and professional.

I have gone in many times trying to get apple fritters, they NEVER have them. Havent been in in awhile because of that. Finally decided to try again; they sold the last one to a woman in front of me at 11:15am on Sunday. W..T...F. If you cant consistently produce something on the menu, why offer it at all?!?!? I will never go back.

I had a order of two dozen donuts made the night prior to be picked up the next morning well past the normal opening business hours. They were not ready and were still being made. I don’t know how making two dozen donuts could be such a challenge especially when you give them a well advanced notice of their two most basic donuts in a two dozen order. Typically I don’t have an issue with Krispy Kreme, but they screwed the pooch on this one. There’s a reason why pick up times are supposed to be honored and met. People use these donuts for events and quite frankly the extra 20 minutes I had to spend made me late to the meeting I was supposed to be at even with proper back planning on my end. Not impressed.

Staff is fast and friendly. Its nice to have a Krispy Kreme in town. But dont expect a free donut when the Hot & Fresh sign is on - this store doesnt participate.

Went to the drive thru a few weeks ago and they had closed an hour early. This was not posted online nor were there are posters outside saying so, a lot of people were showing up but were turned away. Went the next week and waited in line for free donuts for healthcare workers. Again, no posters notifying that they had changed the deal. I love the donuts here, but I would love coming here if they were able to convey messages to the customers before we waited/came here.

I only seen one color, the poster shows many... its not the donuts I was hoping to buy. Please place a sign up saying sold out or remove the poster so customers arent waiting in line only to hear we dont have the donuts were advertising.Have a good day

These guys cater to their customers. And they are very skilled in this area. Stop by and get a fresh treat. From what I hear is when the neon sign is lit. The doughnuts are hot off the cooking line.

They have the best raspberry filled donuts! I love getting a couple of donuts and a cup of coffee or cocoa...yummy! The employees are always kind and courteous and very helpful. Its very comfortable to sit and enjoy your delicious treats alone or with friends and family...

Place is very clean, staff are quite accommodating and overall the experience was unique. Unlike most other donut shops they have a glass wall between their machines and the customer. Which allows you to watch them as they make the donuts, if you arrive when they open you can see them making dozens upon dozens upon the conveyors. Very mesmerizing to watch. They do have different hours though in the winter, they open 30 minutes later and close an hour earlier.

The donuts are amazing, but the workers seemed unhappy. Not one of them smiled while we were there. They just started as we ordered our donuts. We planned on eating there but left because the vibe was off. Kinda disappointed as we always enjoy Krispy Kremes out of state.

She even handed me a menu, which was honestly handy, to have all the products condensed onto one page.Some of the customers on the other hand were callous at best, but this is a review of the company and employees. Id have no problem coming back to this establishment, it is certainly nicer than I had anticipated.

Donuts are pricey but luckily I had a gift certificate! Establishment is conveniently located and very clean. Good coffee. But, for a lot less money, I can get a lot more coffee and almost as good donuts at the Holiday Station Store less than a couple miles away.

Possibly the worst experience I have had.1. At 8:30 on a Saturday morning they were out of glazed doughnuts. They provided us with a random assortment of stale doughnuts instead.2. My hot chocolate was hot water with a hint of coco.3. My girlfriends americano was mostly water with cream. It tasted like watered down drip coffee.An overall terrible experience.

First time here and it didnt disappoint!! Grabbed 3 dozen to fly home with. Even gave me smaller boxes for the flight!! We were a huge hit at our house when we got home! Yummmnmmmy!!!

As a nice gesture my husband thought about getting a dozen donuts for his office this morning. We arrived at 7:15, there were a few cars ahead of us but thought it should go quickly, just donuts right? It is now 7:45, we are ready to order, have been for the last 30 minutes, but we are STILL waiting. My husband is now 20 minutes late for work. So much for the nice gesture. We will not return to this store.

Doughnuts are great! My son loves to go here on his birthday, but I wish there was some vegan options for me. Krispy Kreme is getting a 2 star rating because the employees always act really hostile and the location is at a really weird spot. I asked an employee recently asking for the ingredients in their doughnuts and they were clueless.

Door says theyre open til 8 on Fridays, showed up at 745pm, along with other people, they had already locked the doors and all the donuts were gone from the trays. Why say youre open til 8 if youre not going to be?

Like all doughnut shops, this one is highly addictive! Whats great though is the friendliness of the staff. Ive had awesome interactions both inside and in the drive thru. Excellent presentation of the different doughnuts and a very easy to read menu (I always give bonus points to fixed menus because changing screens annoy the heck outta me). This is the place to be for a hot fresh treat on a cold day or if youre just craving doughnuts!

Golden Donuts is still better. This place is so busy just because of the hype around Krispy Kreme. But its just a donut. I bought a 12 pack, and honestly, they are just like any other donuts Ive had before. I dont see what the big deal is. I dont think Golden Donuts will be going out of a business anytime soon either. Are the donuts suppose to be hot or something? You could always take some home and microwave them ya know? Did you expect them to keep them heated or something? My glazed donuts came the same way when ya buy a box off the folks who use to slang em off the corner, cold.

Im normally at the Mid Town location but I live closer to East Side. It is so nice, to the point that I feel as though Im not going to a gym. It competes with the Alaska Club aesthetic while still being Body Renew. The staff were very helpful, given it was my first time at this location, and none judgemental.The child care area looked clean and tidy, someone in there even without a child to watch. However, they should change the walls. The font looks like it belongs in Slenderman the game. Other than that, the room is very spacious. You can easily put ten children in there and they could have enough personal space, individually.There is a lot more privacy in the locker rooms and it kind of feels like more of a spa day in there. The tanning booths have their own little room within the locker rooms. Very nice and spacious all around.I had a wonderful experience at this location, Ill be going back and forth from Mid Town to East Side. Well done.

The product is good and almost worth the 30 minute or longer wait. I went through the drive-thru Monday night and was disappointed to see that after a week of being open you still dont have your full menu available.Also, I was informed that there were only 4 types of assorted donuts left when I ordered. As it was 30 minutes to closing time I can somewhat understand that a few options were sold out at that time.I guess Ill wait a month and then check and see if you have your menu complete.
