Delicious gelato and coffee! The employees were very helpful and friendly.

The latte I got was an advertised pumpkin pie latte. After the barista asked me to taste it I did and told her it doesn’t taste like anything, because it didn’t. She then proceeded to tell me what a latte was as if I didn’t know. My partner went with me and got a white hot chocolate. It tasted like sugar water. Usually when you take a sip of something and say it isn’t good, baristas ask to remake/fix your order but no. Instead we had to walk out to throw out our drinks. Wasted 10 dollars for that experience.

Best believe these employees will make sure your drinks are right, I know from experience! Cute store, decent gelato, though not as good as the Italian-style ones I enjoy. Missing the butterfat whole milk maybe? Not sure. Friendly staff

This place has by far the best gelato in the states. The consistancy, texture and color were shot on. Best gelato since Ive been in Italy. Not only great gelato, but really friendly staff who show they care for the customer, who show they are passionate about their craft in every cup of coffee. Sampled the Stracciatella, white chocolate macadamia nut, tiramisu, pistachio & sweet cream gelato. All very delicious. Decided to go with the sweet cream affocato. Very pleased with the quality.

I was delighted to find gelato that rivals the best I’ve ever had anywhere, right here in Anchorage. Yep, Gelatte is a high-quality addition to the Anchorage dessert scene! I was impressed by the variety and quality of flavors on offer. Everything tasted undeniably fresh and real - nothing artificial here! And the smooth, dreamy-creaminess of their sorbettos & gelatos was lovely.The staff was also terrific. Everyone was friendly and patient, and happily encouraged our group to try many (many, many) samples. Although each one I tasted was great, I have to say the cappuccino and avocado were especially outstanding!! I also appreciate that Gelatte makes cannoli and other pastry and even lunch options. I’d like to come back to try some more of their offerings; but clearly the gelato alone is more than reason enough to return!

The customer service is out of this world! And the afogatos are my favorite! Perfect stop when you want a little something sweet. And, they offer a variety of flavors.

Went to this gelato place while in town on a cruise. All my friends thought I was crazy for going to Alaska and getting ice cream but what can I say? I just love gelato! The staff was nice and let me try a sample (probably not something that can be done anymore due to the pandemic though) because they wanted me to make sure I got something I would like. This is a great way to do a business and I really appreciated this!

Great customer service. The staff is always friendly. When I order via grubhub for delivery, if they dont have a flavor the staff would call me directly for any adjustments. Their icecream or gelato is amazing!!!! Their vegan options are also soooo good. Love this Place!!!!

I love love love their gellato! Its super delicious, and they let you put up to four flavors in one cup- a big plus since I like to have variety and try new things! Prices are pretty good too, but I still recommend checking prices in other cafes simply because Im a bit lazy with comparing prices. The staff are quite nice as well- I always feel good walking into their store!

They have your standard delicious flavors (e.g. chocolate, strawberry & blueberry!, stracciatella), and then some really creative ones that are crazy good (e.g. salmonberry, pumpkin pie). And they offer vegan choices, that still have the same mouthfeel as normal gelato. Oh, and they have cannolis! Whats not to love?

It was a very clean facility! I was impress with how well they kept everything. It was also very fast to get what we needed! They let us sample whatever we wanted and even gave good recommendations. It was very good!

I got the lemon and chocolate ice cream. The lemon was definitely made from fresh lemons and the bitter sweet taste of the chocolate went perfectly with it. This is definitely a go to place for visitors and every weekend.

This place is GREAT! Super smooth gelato, and the flavors are so spot on! The hazelnut tastes exactly like hazelnuts, the pistachio tastes like real pistachios! Everyone was super pleasant! Cannot recommend it enough!

Delicious gelato. Favorites are the surprisingly luscious Pear and the Blood Orange, it’s super zesty! On the sweet side, the Cream; the Cookies & Cream are classic yum. But always opt for the bigger cup 😋

This is exactly what Anchorage needed!!! The gelatos and sorbet here is outstanding and the coffee is even better. I hear that they will be introducing tarts and pastries soon as well. Great service, great food and great location! I’ll definitely be back many times.

Beautiful place. Excellent, creamy gelato. The real thing. Cafe D’Arte coffee, espresso, and even affogatos to round it out. The folks down the street visiting the “popular” ice cream joint really don’t know what they’re missing. But that’s our little secret.Oh, and I should add that it is LOCALLY OWNED, so, yeah, if you’re an Alaskan, definitely become a regular.

Another great place downtown for some seriously good gelatto!! Kind and helpful staff with super yummy gelatto. Banna stracciatella (choclate chips) and Pisachio are the leading favorites for sure!! Cant go wrong!!!

Rent an Electric Bike from Alaska eBike Store and then go get some great gelato in downtown Anchorage!
