Incredible customer service, food, music, beverages, and ambience. I love the quality of their food and drinks. Their caffe cups are cool too. I have never been disappointed since the five or more times I went to Ollin. I was just impressed and want to come back again. Their Tuesday tacos are as authentic as Ive ever had. I highly recommend this place.

Stopped in and got a taro boba tea and an oolong boba tea and it was delicious. Im used to them being in a smoothie but they did it differently and it was delicious! Give them a try!

Absolutely fantastic! Love this restaurant. The salads are very fresh and unique. I’ve never had dressing like this before, it was absolutely amazing. The employees are so nice too. They go out of their way to accommodate you and above and beyond. I look forward to coming back.

We ordered breakfast for our work team of 20. Unfortunately it was somewhat last minute but Ollin Tea & Cafe stepped up and made it happen for us. Breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches and the enchilada breakfast casserole were all full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The team was impressed. I was able to do the entire order via FB messenger and pay an emailed invoice. Very convenient. Definitely will use them again!

If you are looking for outstanding tacos look no further! Best tacos in Anchorage! This food is a labor of love! Everything is cooked fresh from the tortillas to the meat! All the time and effort that goes into cooking can be tasted! The food takes time so plan ahead if you are short on time but it is worth every second of wait time! Seriously can’t recommend them enough if you want a truly amazing tacos!

This place never ceases to amaze, the food is fantastic & theres enough different kinds of tea that it would take years to try them all! Although I could have used a bit of bread with my salad to get all the tasty dressing off the plate, only because its odd to lick plates in public!

Where has Ollin Tea & cafe been hiding?I rarely write reviews but this resto is worth trying out! I am overwhelmed and floored that there is legit Mexican food in AK!Everything on the menu is as close to the earth as it gets. If the food tastes different it’s because it’s not processed and flavors are in-tune with the season. The mixture of spices and protein/veggie/carb combinations is incredibly well orchestrated. Taco Tuesdays and the bakery (amongst the delicious drinks) are must haves if you are in Anchorage.

Yum, yum, yum! New favorite place for tea and paninis. I had the Reuben sandwich. It was made to order and super delicious!They deliver and you can order online. For 5 or more sandwiches, order online and try to give a days notice.Yum!

Excellent food! I had the chicken avocado, the chicken was well seasoned and very juicy. Wife had the Asian salad and loved it. They were very accommodating with our 3 kids, they went as far to create them a kids meal that wasnt on the menu. The Alaskan smoothie tasted great as well. I highly recommend this place of your in the area.

The staff were inviting and courteous. Ordered a blended Coconut Chai Tea boba with soy milk at a %25 sweetness rate. The tea was fresh, amazing and I could tell the ingredients were real compared to other boba tea places that use already made powders.

First time ordering from Ollins I ordered a pickup, I rated 3 stars because there Mayan Taco was delicious however I feel that there were a lot of things in my experience inconvenient. You cant call to make an order, you have to order online. I ordered one of there Boba Tea-Juice Tea or Classic and I thought that it came with boba already hence the title.. normally when you think of boba it sits on the bottom of the drink. On the selection it says drink topping and there are additional charges so Im think that its something extra if you wanted added on top of your drink? well I picked my order up and It did not have any Boba in there, the drink was tasteless and watered down. When checking out it asked for fulfillment options, there dine in is closed and you cant walk inside to order either. They give you an option to pick up when checking out meaning you have to wait by the door and call them to let them know your there. If there not ready you have to wait outside in the cold unless your car is parked in a viewable area. I believe the other option was curbside pick up but from what I read they leave a tray in front of the door with your food. They dont actually bring it to your car. I will probably go back only for there food and once there dine in is open. If your looking for good Boba go to Benjis Bakery and Cafe on Dimond.

Disappointed they are still order online and take out only. The online app isnt friendly to cust order and they didnt answer their phone or come to the door to ask us if they could help. We left and went somewhere else.

Wow! Had Al Pastor tacos and they were the best tacos Ive had in Alaska. Not many places (if any) here that make corn tortillas completely from scratch. Im pretty sure someone ground up the corn in house for these bad boys too. Turkey panini was perfect, as was the cookie, shake and tea we ordered. I did not expect the amount of expertise and care that went into the food, and it shows. Ill be back next Tuesday.

The first time I ordered it was alright, I had tried something new and wasnt a huge fan of it, but this time I got something different and was amazed, each item I ordered was absolutely perfect! I’ve tried a variety selection of their menu from waffles to sandwiches, salads, and smoothies. All are very amazing!! I wouldn’t doubt that their whole menu is fantastic. I can’t wait to try more. Also extremely friendly service!!

I can say that this place is the BEST restaurant in Anchorage for me. Coffee tastes good, and the foods are made with the word healthy in mind (very delicious too!). I love the atmosphere and everyones attitude here as well. Every new menu item I have tried, I have been pleasantly surprised. Try it. I do not write review often and I have been going here for a while now. But this place deserves a good one.

10/10 For food and drinks. It was very delicious, but seemed a bit pricey. The atmosphere was very nice, clean and modern, which made the pricey menu more reasonable. However, the service was very slow. On the particular day I went, it seemed like the employees were not in a rush to put out orders, plus they forgot part of our order as well. Would visit again though.

Even with Road construction around the building delivery was very timely and I love the tracking feature for the driver. It is especially nice with all the road closures. The sandwich i had was top notch (BLT) and the Wired Monkey smoothie could soon become a weekly must have :) i am definitely going to try some of the other menu items on my next outing.

An amazing underrated hole in the wall cafe. The staff took their time putting together our food and it was so worth it. Having to repeat my order four (4) different times to the cashier, then having the cook come out to my table to ask again about the order, then Again to my table to ask about the order. Then for the order to FINALLY arrive to the table......Wrong!SOMEBODY somewhere needs to be writing down what the customer is ordering. I understand the ipad with menu was down and I had to order directly with the cashier, but at no point did she write anything down even after i repeated the order no less than four (4) times. My son continued to look at me knowing that at any moment this entire scenario could go to the left. I resigned my order and waited without confidence for my incorrect order to arrive.

We dined in at the diamond location. I want to say the food and coffee tasted amazing. However I felt my sandwich was on the small side. I ordered the grilled chicken and avacodo sandwich. And a coffee. My fiance order the cafe club and it was good sized. I ended up eating her half. And the service was a little slow. I would definitely come back and I rated this establishment 4 stars. I dont typically make reviews but I felt compelled to. The 2 bad reviews on here almost made me miss out on going. If I hadnt had a groupon for the place then I would have never gone. Their atmosphere is very pleasant and their food was delicious. We ate at their Tudor location then immediately went to their Dimond location to check out their tea wall where we ended up buying 4 different types of teas.I recommend you give this place a chance :)

Just DoorDashed from this place for the first tine. Never heard much about it but I figured I would try it since it’s close to my work. This place needs to be recognized for how good their BLT is. Also ordered that Color Me Tan smoothie and it feels like I’m drinking piña coladas on the beach. 10/10

The food was good which is the only reason I’m giving it two stars, buuuuuut we literally waited AN HOUR AND A HALF to get our food (two Cuban sandwiches). They gave our friend the wrong burrito and didn’t know they gave her someone else’s burrito until her husband went up to tell them it had the wrong ingredients in it.We made a reservation too for 1030 online and received a call from the owner to make sure we were still coming in around 1017 (as we were on our way there already) and they ended up serving a different group first—who didn’t have a reservation that walked in slightly before us.They were out of ice cream so multiple people couldn’t get drinks that were on the menu they wanted. It took them thirty minutes to get our friends drinks to them and almost an hour for my husbands drink ( a DRINK, like just think about that).Once our food was served to us I asked for to-go boxes bc we had a party to attend and then the owner went over to the other table and started talking to them asking how their experience was, but not once came up to us. I even went up to ask for at least my concha about an hour into waiting which was within eyesight at the time of purchase and just needed to be handed to me and the owner and newer employee that had recently just walked into the restaurant were about to charge me again, even though the other employee knew I had already purchased it.With barely anything being served to our tables and countless other people waiting for their drinks and food to be ready, not once did I see the two employees working there (eventually a third one came in) check up on us, apologize for the delay or update us on the orders going out.Highly recommend ordering take out if you ever want to try their food/drinks, but would never ever go back in for their service. I love supporting small businesses, we’d heard really great reviews about this place (which is why we decided to give it a try to begin with) and I’m *really not* one to write out an entire novel about things like this usually (bc we hate a “Karen”) but let’s just say I would’ve 110% asked for my money back if it weren’t a small establishment because it was by far some of the worst service I’ve had since living in Alaska.

Disappointed today that they denied taking out order. we had 9 items on our list of which 3 were beverages. We were more than willing to wait the two hours for delivery, but the staff said no. I would give them another try in the future but i would also be prepared to be rejected. second chances and all. Our order was $140.00

Before arriving, I had reviewed the online menu and made my decision based off of that. Upon arrival though, I was told that much of the online menu is not available to be ordered in person. I was unable to get anything except 3 types of breakfast burritos. We both got the chorizo breakfast burrito, which was very well prepared but took about 35 minutes to be served in an empty cafe at 10 AM. The coffee and americano were both tasty and promptly served. I spoke with the man that was working about the confusion of the online menu and perhaps a disclaimer could accompany the online menu. I am not dissatisfied with the food or the service, but would give a better review if all menu items were available. I will definitely return, this time with a better understanding of how this cafe works.

I have ordered the Sante Fe salad with shrimp twice now for pick up. The items that are listed that goes in the salad is not actually on my salad. Also for that big of a salad that I order more dressing is needed and I’m disappointed that I ordered extra dressing and it was not in the box when I picked it up.

The smoothies here are great, and the tea wall is worth checking out. Staff are friendly and the food is delicious. Also the only place Ive found birch beer. Definitely worth a look for lunch.

Would be great for any tea aficionado. The Zope salad was excellent, as was the Alaska sunshine smoothie. Its tucked away in a small mall, but it was very nice.

I have ordered from here a few times, never sat down but I have order delivery through GrubHub and DoorDash and I have ordered for pick up. I will not be ordering again, I have given too many chances. The food is good but I shouldnt have to wait OVER an hour for 2 sandwiches and 2 Frescas to be made at 10:15am on a Saturday. This was the last straw. I have also ordered for pick up in the past on my lunch break and I spent almost my entire lunch break inside the store waiting for it to be ready when there were only 2 other customers inside, already eating. I have ordered from DoorDash and the restaurant never confirmed the order. Maybe when they fix the obvious management problems, I will think about going back.

If you’re looking for the best sandwich in Anchorage as well as good service, Ollin Cafe is that place! If you’re looking for friendly staff and a friendly environment to sip a great cup of joe in, Ollin is your place. If you don’t care about any of those things and you don’t mind your sandwich tasting like it’s sat out all day, there is a Schlotzsky’s across the street.I recommend the Cuban sandwich! I’m looking forward to trying their slow-brew next visit.

We stopped in for tea & ended up having a really nice lunch. It was a really loud, though, and conversation was hard. I didnt think the loud music or the Fox news on TV, added much to the ambiance, but it was still a good meal.

Went here today for the first time. The elote cups were amazing! The chamoy sauce was so good. Unfortunately, that was the best thing about my meal. I ordered a sandwich wrap, it was okay. I ordered a piña agua fresca, it tasted more like lemon tea or something than piña and it was like a frozen smoothie. Not sure if Ill go back. It was pretty pricey.

Im a big fan of boba tea and this is my first time ordering boba tea drink from here and I was expecting chewy and soft boba and because I saw the post from Instagram that Ollin is serving boba tea so I really wanting to try. I love the tea but for a boba tea, boba is the main ingredient for me personally. Im just really disappointed, because Im not sure since when you guys made this boba. But it wasnt pleasant when I eat.

Very nice cafe, unfortunately a bit hided but the food is delicious and there is a vast variety of good quality tea. It s really worth to stop by.

The chicken sandwich was awesome and the Cuban was to die for. And you have to have it with the birch beer. A must visit.

Im not one to leave reviews but the new boba isnt that great honestly. It isnt prepped right, its quite tasteless and in a sort its like biting into a barely wet powder ball. The chai wasnt too great either, the spice, taste, and after taste arent really something youd want in your system.

All of the gluten free waffles and crepes on their menu looked great, too bad they were out of all of it. Ended up going to Middle Way Cafe instead.

May look like just a little hole in the wall, but this well decorated coffee and tea shop has very nice staff and some really nice lunch choices.
