I worked with Barbara over at the 36th and Arctic location she was amazing and made the experience more fun than it could have been she was super busy but maintained a great level of support for all the individuals in the store. She had an upbeat positive attitude and is a valuable employee. She was super helpful and I will definitely be back especially if she is working she deserves a raise.

I am compelled to inform the public that the manager here, Kim, is head and shoulders above any manager at any phone store I have ever been to in my life relative to her customer service methodology. Meychaim, thank you so much for helping me switch my phone number, I was having issues with my carrier provider due to being from another part of the the U.S. I came inside and was acknowledged by her as soon as I came in, now that is customer service!There are a a lot of saleswoman in the world, but none like her that I have encountered. Her energy and spirit is bright like the sun, I can tell that there is a POSITIVE atmosphere change when she enters into work amongst co-workers, everyone there as a matter a fact, had SO MUCH POSITIVE ENERGY, one could start to think what makes them ALL SO POSITIVE, but that is what the world needs. I had a stressful day last week needing a phone and may came threw !! She know her stuff I highly recommend going to her she has the most excellent service and great at multitasking.

Great customer service and get you set up quickly if upgrading or adding a line they multi task when they finish a customer payment they help the next customer while making sure the customer phone is working while getting the next customer

So Had the most stressful day trying to figure out how to process my payment because I had to cut my account and get a new debit card due to fraudulent activity. I called tech-support tech-support was great but they did not give me the information and I needed to put my mind at ease and know that the bank was not going to charge me twice after giving me a confirmation but not sending me the text message to confirm the payment. I went over to 36 store and May was absolutely amazing!! Not only did she help me and figure out the whole mess that I had been trying to figure out on my own between tech-support and my bank for three hours but she’ll let me know of some really good deals that will really help my family and also helped me learn a little I didn’t know about my iPhone! Lol she was very patient very kind and her associate as well was very patient and very kind I wanted to leave a review because I believe that more people should have the amazing customer service skills that she has!! We came earlier today. Open sign is on. Little note at the door they’ll be out for an hour will be back. Left came back still close. Left to Walmart and came back, same note on the door, staff crossed out the time they had at first and wrote a different time for another hour out. Stressful. This was once my favorite locations. They’ve becoming just as stressful as the issue I’m having with their service online and over the phone.

Its been 3 years I had crickets, Their phone plan and service are way better compare to other phone company in Alaska, Ive been suffer for many years paying my phone bills with GCI & AT&T almost the same amount of my rents, As I visit the cricket store on the 36th ave Mrs Emily was there welcoming us with a big smile on her face asking welcome to cricket! And how can she help us! she took her time and effort explaining to us how their products and service works, I love how their services and internal works tho its faster than the other phone company in Alaska, their phone plan and customer service is 100% excellent, so If you need help finding a phone or service ask Emily she will definitely help you out.

This location failed me twice 😔 first time I visit this location I wanted to switch my service since AK dont carry my service up here. First time a guy was helping me after he explain everythin and I was ready he then told me if I could come back the next day he will help me then I just walked out upset why he didnt help me when I was there. Today I went over to try and switch after waiting for almost two hrs I was told they were out of stock with the ph I wanted and asked for another it was the same they were out of stock. The lady helping me was really friendly and helpful however worker should know what they have in stock before helping a customer and process them I wasted all that time to walk out empty handed. Also sign open was on and a note stating Ill be back in 15mins I waited 30mins.

The clerk was awesome and very helpful! I just wanted to pay my sons phone bill since I didnt have any info on my sons account I almost couldnt pay it & she came through!

The people were very friendly and knowledgeable but there selection was very limited for phones and phone cases all and all not to shabby of a experience.

The worst customer service. some of the ignorant people that work in that place they dont know their own job or even how to greet people. I am literally in just awe on how bad of an experience I had in that place. Its amazing what we do for convenience and pricing. All I wanted was hotspot.

Pearl has been amazing in my experience with my phone and the problems that naturally occur with electronics. I admittedly am helpless with electronics and she empathizes with my weakness and actively does everything she can to help. She is awesome!

Awful experience. Even though I paid my bill on time, my service was still shut off and theres no way to contact service within AK hours.

Ive been very happy with the services provided by both the Cricket stores on Arctic Boulevard and in the Diamond Center Mall. Its not their fault that as a whole, the Cricket corporate model doesnt reward longtime customer loyalty. It seems that once youve signed on with them, the rewards disappear and youll be charged extra for everything you do in person through a store. One thing is, its pretty hard to beat their prices.

They use to have friendly staff.Went in for an accessory, hardly any accessories, the phone case holders were bare. I Asked for stylo 6 accessories, guy said theyre in back, i said never mind. (If he has to go bring them all from the back thats using up my time and his) other than him playing a game on his phone in front of me and I am the only customer in the store.Maybe the store will close like the downtown store? if you have one customer in the store and you cant put your attention to that person and their needs and you have no merchandise displayed to sell how is this store going to survive?
