My girlfriend and I were on a road trip when the oil change light came on. We stopped into another location and were told 90 minutes wait so we drove to the American fork jiffy lube location and were told we could get in right away which was amazing. We have all been to places where they try to upsell you on every little thing, but not here. The man I spoke with was named Jim I believe but Im terrible with names, but he was amazing. Straight forward, honest and pointed me to a $20 online coupon. We were in, out and on the road in less than 45 minutes although I didnt time it. They always pull the air filter because they always have a huge markup but when they brought mine in he said the filter looks good. I was beyond impressed with the straight up honesty and no BS going on there. I cant normally say Im impressed with any oil change facility but I am beyond impressed with this location and highly recommend them.

There are several Jiffy Lube options in this area but I prefer the American Fork location even though it isn’t the closest one. The folks here have a way of making me feel they appreciate my business and they have always done a great job.

I showed up with only enough money for their cheapest oil change and I had a $15 off coupon. Instead of using my coupon, they used their $25 off coupon. I only had $36 in my wallet. It ended up being $25 total. They were very sweet to help me out like that.👍🏻

Jiffy Lube can count themselves very fortunate to have the crew working the American Fork shop. I was greeted in a friendly, professional manner as soon as I drove up. A second technician, after assessing my car, explained very clearly and concisely what I needed and why - not an up sell or a sales pitch, but a factual, detailed description of what was going on with my car. When my car was done, I received a review of the work and was given an opportunity to ask questions. Every person I dealt with was friendly, respectful, professional and presented themselves with confidence and honesty. Great team! Nice work!

The American Fork Jiffy Lube is the best place I’ve found to get an oil change. The current manager is thorough and honest when making recommendations on other vehicle maintenance. They take care of of all four of our vehicles. They are great!

Was told the lug nuts on my tires wouldn’t budge so they couldn’t rotate my tires and told me to take it to a “tire specialist”. Took it too my dads who easily got them unscrewed with his hands.. obviously they just didn’t want to rotate my tires. Seriously they could have just told me they don’t want to or don’t have time. They also told me that to change my oil they have to take off the skid but can’t put it back on because it was tied with zip ties. Had my father look at that who was very confused what they were talking about because zip ties wouldn’t fit in the spot. This situation seemed super fishy to me like they don’t want business. I will go somewhere else where my business is valued and my time not waisted. I have been to the jiffy lube in Springville where they have gone above and beyond for a customer like me. Different values at different locations.

First time at this location and had a great experience! They told me they couldnt find anything that needed fixing (I thank my son-in-law for that). Jiffy Lube changed the oil and inspected the vehicle for registration. The waiting area was comfortable and the wait time reasonable. Looking forward to coming back next year!

I have been using Jiffy Lube for years at several different locations. I always get quick, professional and courteous service. My cars are better off as a result.

They were quick but there was one of guy, who didnt have a jiffy lube shirt on, moving customers cars around really fast in the parking lot. If he was an employee, he should have a shirt on. If hes not and hes just a friend of one of rhw employees (which is what it looked like) he shouldnt be there.

This Jiffy Lube location (American Fork, Utah) has an employee by the name of Jim that is very argumentative, and told me I was wrong about what weight oil I should be using. He kept repeating himself and treated me like a little kid. GOOD LUCK if you go there, because I will not be going back.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Jiffy Lube! I took in my vehicle near the end of the day, when they weren’t busy. They did the oil change and fluid checks then sent me on my way. Two miles later, my engine overheated and steam began coming from the hood. When I opened the hood, I found a heater core hose, which sits right next to the oil and transmission dipsticks, was broken off. $100 and 2 hours later, I fixed the hose and replaced the coolant. Will they do anything? No, because I can’t prove they leaned on it. Couldn’t have been a worse experience!

I’ve been going here for the past year and every time recurved quick and high quality service. They are honest with their services. Sara was a great help today. She was attentive, personable, and educated while assisting me!

Was honestly very impressed with this Jiffy Lube. I’ve been to a few locations but they gave me great service here. They were great at explaining everything and should me a breakdown on every charge, making sure not to add in unnecessary charges.However, only drawback, I did wait for over an hour. Probably because I went in the same day as everyone else.

My husband and I went to get a blinker bulb changed on my Kia optima. They came back and told me I had an electrical problem and the bulb wouldnt work. I proceeded to take my car to Kia and they told me they didnt even plug it back into the port. I would go to a more experienced shop and stay away. If they cant change a blinker bulb, lord knows what theyre doing to other people cars.

I come here every time I need to get my oil changed and it’s always so fast! For some reason though last time they couldn’t change my oil because they didn’t have the correct tool, which was weird considering they have done it before. It was disappointing.

I’ve been to this jiffy lube three times now and the only reason I am not doing five stars is because the waiting room/bathroom could use some upgrades and the workshop could use some BIG COOL fans because the employees definitely deserve some (if it’s not a safety hazard) also their phone line is a little spotty when calling in, but not much you can do about that... just make sure your volumes up.

Im always impressed by the customer service and urgency that Jiffy Lube offers. This location was no different. They open your door, do a couple small things at no extra cost, and all in a timely manner. Good people, good service.

Options were explained to me very clearly and absolutely no pressure to get more service than I wanted to. Jiffy Lube billed my auto insurance to repair a windshield rock chip meaning no cost to me which is great. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Having read some negative reviews, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Bought the highest grade (and expensive) oil change. They did a good job, suggested add-in’s I declined. Very satisfied and no complaints. A little slow.

This Jiffy lube has the most horrible service. I got my brake pads replaced and the next day they were squeaking so I went back in and they said everything needed to be replaced when the day before the guy said only the brake pads need to be replaced. They wouldn’t even give me a discount or apologize for telling me to do the wrong thing. Definitely not going back.

The employees were super friendly and communicative, and as far as I can tell my nonexistent knowledge of cars, mine probably got the oil change that I paid for lol. No complaints from me.

There was no customer waiting when I pulled in. Four employees scrambled to assist me. They went to work immediately on cleaning my car and changing the oil. I knew I needed a new engine filter and knew I did not need a new cabin filter. The employee recommended exactly that, showing me both filters. Then he reviews the other inspection points. He was efficient and courteous. I was pleased with how quickly the oil change and filter replacement were completed. I shall return!

Friendly service but waited over 60 minutes (30 minutes even before they pulled the car into the bay) and they were only working on 1 car at a time. Not so great.

Quick service. The mechanic showed me the extra things I needed done, which I agreed, but didnt try to push extra charges (maintenance) on me, which I hate when mechanics do that. There was a tiny disagreement on how much mileage I had to return by for the next visit, he said 3000 and I knew it was 4000 miles. When I saw my updated sticker for my next visit, it was in 4000 miles. Then there was a whole payment issue where apparently my card was maxed out. They allowed me to go home, leaving my phone as collateral, and return with a new form of payment. The only thing I was not fond of was that they didnt take checks, then again who does these days, or else I wouldnt have to run home since I had my checkbook on me. Other than that, great service.

I went in for a oil change on my vehicle and while I was waiting in the lobby, another customer came in without wearing a mask and Matt promptly reminded the customer that they needed to wear one. I really appreciated that he was enforcing the mandate as I have an immunocompromised person that I live with and I really don’t want to get them sick due to people not following the mandate. I will definitely be back as long as jiffy lube is doing their part to keep their customers and employees safe and following the state mandate

I came in for an oil change and a squeak on my Dodge Charger. The squeaking happened after replacing my oil pressure sensor myself so I knew I mustve done something wrong. The shop manager Zach quickly took a look at my car personally and saw that the serpentine belt was routed incorrectly. He fixed it in less than five minutes and didnt even charge me for the serpentine belt fix! They were working during a holiday as well (Halloween) and were still cheerful and a pleasure to work with. Thanks you guys for taking care of me!

I had so many services perform today and they were able to get it done in a “Jiffy”. I had oil change, air filter replaced, fuel injector service and I state emissions test.

Time was a problem. They said 45 minutes and it took 90 minutes. Other Jiffy Lunes are so much faster. It was frustrating.

Horrible experience first of all they made me wait 45 minutes to find out that they tried to do an oil change on my vehicle when I went in for an emissions and I took another 45 minutes to tell me that I didn’t have enough data on my computer to run my omissions so I had to come back instead of explaining it to me he just said I had to pay for the omissions for the test not knowing that I should go to any Jiffy Lube and have them re-run the test for free since I paid for it already then he decided to call me names and lunge towards me like he was going to attack me then he slammed the window and walked off want to talk to me I will never go back to the American in Fork Jiffy Lube again for anything even though it’s very close to my house at my work I will drive out of my wayTo go anywhere else

I went to Jiffy Lube on veterans day to get an oil change. What originally started out a few years ago as a free oil change for veterans, is no longer free. Instead, it is a discount off of the regular list price for my car. So, an oil filter change and new oil, cost me $70. Hooray! I suppose without the discount I would’ve been spending at least $120 for the oil change. Today, when I was at the gas station I decided to lift the hood and check the oil. I discovered that the windshield wiper fluid filled tank lid was off. Also, my car has a plastic piece that clips on the top of the engine. The oil filter on my vehicle is on the top of the engine. So, this plastic piece is removed to access the oil filter. I noticed today that one of the metal clips that holes this plastic piece in place was missing. I know it was there before the oil change but what are you gonna do at this point. It’s just more of a nuisance than anything else to realize that my windshield wiper fluid was not filled and the cap for the windshield wiper fluid was not put back in place and the plastic Cover on top of my engine is now sticking up on one corner because it can’t be secured now that the metal piece is missing.
