My check engine light came on, and they diagnosed the issue quickly and efficiently. To top it off, the price was unbeatable. I very much appreciate how kind everyone was and how fast they were. I would highly recommend!

In order to replace a part of the ac in ny car my husband needed the refrigerant pulled out, and then put back in after he replaced the part. When calling around many mechanics refused. Precision auto was willing to do it for me and they were fast and helpful and I really appreciate the service so I will be getting some more work done here on all of my cars.

I bought a used car from the dealership down the street from this place. We agreed during the sale to have some work done on it, and this is the shop the dealership used to do all their work. I waited for parts to come in to fix the passenger side “tumbling” second row seat on my expedition, and when they arrived the called me and told me to bring it to them. Scheduling was quick and easy. When I picked the vehicle up after they were done with it, I found that they had salvaged parts off of the seat they replaced, and used them to fix the driver’s side seat, something I knew about, but I had not told them about and it was something I was planning on doing myself. They went above and beyond, diagnosed and fixed the problem for me, free of charge, and to top it all off they didn’t even mention it until I asked about it. I also asked them to do a little work in addition to what the dealer and I had agreed on because I didn’t have the right materials to do it myself. They didn’t think it took long enough to do, so they didn’t charge me ANY labor, just materials. I walked out the door with 2 fixed seats and a fixed rear rear defroster for $15. I was completely blown away. Unfortunately I live more than an hour away from these guys, which makes it unrealistic for me to take me vehicles to them again. But I absolutely would if I could, from my one experience with them they seem completely genuine and honest. I couldn’t be happier.

This is my go to place now. Been here twice and I always have a great experience. Prices are very reasonable, they are very honest, and you won’t feel like they’re trying to make money off of you.Mark is awesome and goes above and beyond. When you can, he gives you a lot of attention and won’t make you feel bad for calling them.They did my brakes today and more. While I was waiting, I asked Mark when he thinks my car will be done? I told him that I want to take my car to discount tire, so I can get my tires rotated. I was shocked when he told me that they’ll rotate it for free; since the two tires are off anyways.They have great mechanics also who does a great job. Go to this place and you won’t regret it!M

Mark is the best. I had a weird smell come from my van so he spent an hour looking it over for the source, but he didn’t charge me anything for his time. We’ve taken both our cars to him for a few other things since then and he never overcharges and, in fact, has found that he could fix the problem for cheaper than expected a few times.

Have been taking our cars here for three years and have never been disappointed. We always refer friends and family and they have all had great experiences as well.

Precision replaced the transmission in my wifes Yukon and gave me a great price on labor. They didnt burn me like other shops Ive been to that fix the original problem(s) only to break something else that wasnt before. Highly recommended.

I brought my 2005 Yukon Denali in with Transmission problems. They were able to quickly replace the transmission and the radiator (which caused the tranny problems in the first place). They also let me know what else was wrong with it, which things were important and should be fixed and which things could wait. They were not pushy and didnt try to up sell unneeded items. The techs were knowledgeable and able to talk to me so that I understood. Basically they were fast and friendly. Highly recommend them.

Also, the in house Toyota Certified Mechanic did a lousy patch job on the passenger side exhaust manifold. The Driver side needed it done as well. I took it to a trusted shop and had them preform the repair. Driving it out of the shop I still heard the same noise, turns out the passenger side patch job was still leaking and wasnt done correctly in the first place. A significant amount of money later and I had new exhaust headers on both sides.Also, the spare tire on the car was a mixed matched tire. It wasnt the same size as all the rest and in an AWD car that cant happen. The Cable holding the spare to the underside of the car was in bad shape and wasnt reliable. We are not able to use that location to keep the spare anymore.

Had been quoted $2k at the dealer for somework, $1400 by another non-dealer mechanic, and got it all done for just over $1k here. I think Steve is a phenomenal mechanic and Id definitely recommend this shop.

Ok so i purchased my 2006 Chevrolet Equinox LT 2 months ago. bought it AS IS, and when they say as is they really mean AS IS. MY FIRST experience was when i went to pick it up the gas tank was on E. they told me they would fill the tank upon purchase. second experience i drove it for about one month couldnt believe how much gas i was using for just a 6cyl engine i was filling the tank every other day, $40.00 each fill up. being a mechanic i know that there was something wrong so i pulled the spark plugs out to inspect them, my number one plug was burnt so bad that the tip was burnt off. looked like the plugs were original from dealer when truck was born. the plug wires were white in color. patriot was nice enough to replace the cat converter but number one leading cause of a bad cat is HIGH HC. TOO RICH FUEL MIXTURE. for too long of a time. i was also told that this vehicle went through their service department had all fluids replaced and all filters replaced. wow that was a lie. my cabin air filter was really dirty and plugged. air filter well same thing. oil light was reset but service was not done. all oils filthy. so im not too happy with patriot. so when you go and buy a vehicle from them make sure the vehicle you buy or plan to buy. has all its services done before you hand them any money.
