I thought I arrived early enough to be ahead of the rush, but I hadn’t. In spite of a long line of customers they worked hard to get everyone taken care of including myself. They were friendly, informative and competent. Great experience!

Do not get a flat repair here. I had my son go in Saturday night (yes, I realize it was close to closing time) to get a flat repair. I’m not sure they even did anything, we woke up today on a Sunday and the tire is flat again. Glad you took our money and we still have the same problem.

I called with questions and worked with Jared! Jared was amazing and so helpful over the phone and in person. Tire companies can be very pushy and take advantage of situations like mine but that didn’t happen with Big O. I really appreciate the great quality customer service. Things were addressed quickly and professionally. Thank you again for all your help Jared and the Big O team!

I went in to just get tires replaced. I ended up needing brakes and a ball joint and an alignment which I have no issues getting them done. However after the last time going to them due to my breaks squealing after being replaced I was told to come and and they would look at it. I went the following weekend to have them check things out, I left this location (American Fork) and as I was driving on i15 there was a loud BOOM, causing my car to jerk and stop briefly. I returned to them and they kept telling me “I must have hit something” but the roadway was clear. Now my left side is not driving correctly and sounds worse than when I originally brought my vehicle to them. I cannot and will not recommend this location to anyone. They are nice in person but as far as the work being done, I will need to bring it to another location to make sure they didn’t do further damage to my vehicle.

Tried to get my tires changed from winter to regular. Called beforehand and tried to get an appointment. They said that sort of thing is without an appointment. You just come in and they do it for you. Loaded up my car and drove down there. When I got in and said I’d like my tires changed, the guy said, “You’re leaving it with us, right?” As if that was understood...? I said no. It’s just a tire change, and you wouldn’t give me an appointment. They said, it would be a 2 hours—at least! When I called they just told me to come in. Not that I would have to take it in and drop it off....! I went down the street to a 5-star rated Glenn’s Tires and they were working on my car in 15 minutes — as accommodating as they could be. Big O could have given me a head’s up that I would be waiting for hours, or needed to drop it off. It was all about them and their convenience!!

Not willing to go out of their way to help you. If you fit the mold...(walk in hand them money and get your tires) they may be okay. But if you need a little different help other than the typical mold, well forget it. I really don’t know what happened in America that we have become so disinterested in good old fashion customer service! what has happened to really caring about people and offering a realistic experience where you feel valued and feel like you get your money’s worth. It’s just so centered on the mighty dollar these days. So i will take my money to another you cares!

There is a Big O Tires store closer to where I live, but I much prefer the location in American Fork. I have visited Big O in American Fork for many years for front end work, brakes, fluid changes, alignments, and tires. The store is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly, patient, and accommodating. On my recent visit, I arrived 30 minutes before opening, on a slower day of the week, with an attempt to be the first customer. Ryan was already at a desk and working with another client, and there were five other cars in line ahead of me. Ryan suggested leaving my car for the day and overnight. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from Ryan in the early afternoon stating my car was done. The crew must have been working hard to catch up with that backlog of cars. I will continue to support this location and I recommend this location over others in the area because of the staff and openness of the store.

I bought a car from a small dealership and it had problems from the beginning. I took it to MY mechanic and he thoroughly inspected it. Told me some things I already knew and some that I didnt. I took the quote to the dealership who said theyd help with repairs and they sent it to Big O in AF. The car needed new front struts, back brakes and has a decent transmission leak and a major oil leak. The dealership assured me that Big O would fix these things properly and that they would help cover costs.Here we are after 3 visits to Big O to get the major oil leak fixed, its still NOT fixed and and theyre wanting to wipe their hands clean, even though the job thats been paid for, has NOT been completed properly. I just want the car fixed as I was told it would be months ago.The only good thing I can say is that Jared is super nice and I feel bad that he may be between a rock and a hard spot. But I really just want the the oil leak fixed, FOR REAL this time.

My man Ryan knows how to run a tire shop. He make sure that the shop is always safe and running smooth. They always get my stuff done the right way. He’s the only guy I trust with tires, and my cars.

Jared Diamond was super helpful and friendly. I stopped in without an appointment to have a tire swapped out and was greeted and taken care of right away. I would have been totally fine waiting a bit if I had to but Jared took care of it immediately and I was out and on my way within five minutes. I have to purchase a set of four new tires for my Moms car later in the week and will definitely be back to the American Fork location. Ive gone to Big O Tires for years now and never had a bad experience. If you want to be treated right the American Fork store is where its at.

I bought tires from this location 2 years ago and they have been great! This week I found a nail in one of my tires and Big O patched it quickly and free of charge. Their team was helpful and professional, I was in and out in under 30 minutes!

Jared and his team are amazing!!!! It was about 3 minutes to 6pm (closing time) and I had a flat tire from earlier that morning but I needed to get it repaired. I drive a truck for a living and my hours can get pretty crazy so I left the tire with Jared and they repair the tire and even work with me so as I could pick it up even after they closed due to my schedule. Thats some pretty professional business right there!!!!Thank you so much since I just moved to Utah County and now I know where to go for all my vehicle needs. You guys rock!!!!

I came in on a Saturday morning with a flat tire and they provided great service. It was a little busy, but they still got it fixed fairly quickly.

We love this BigO! I send my wife down here for alignments, tires, and brake work and have yet to be dissatisfied or feel taken advantage of. The staff is nice and will go out of their way to help. Our van was in and out when promised. They have a small waiting area and bathrooms for patrons as well.

The guys at Big O got my car in quickly and had me back on the road in good time. I needed my winter tires traded out for my all season tires. I asked them to check my brakes as well. They were honest in letting me know that it was just my rear brakes. Very satisfied

I love this place!!! They are honest and hard working and well priced! They saved me $2000! BIG O was my second opinion. I was told by a different local mechanic in Provo that my Volkswagen Tiguan needed a new water pump and the head gasket was blown because they temperature was hot and needed to be replaced. It was going to cost $3000. Had the vehicle towed to BIG O in American Fork. They said-First, we replace the water pump then we will know if the head gasket needs replacing. They said. “We don’t jump to do cousins-we first fix what we know is wrong and then test it to see if the other thing is wrong.” The head gasket was fine. Again-they saved me $2000! I will forever be indebted to this shop and will ONLY go to BIG O in American Fork! Thank you!

The company i manage goes through a lot of tires and i have found out over the last 2 years that this is the place to get them! on average i am ordering 1-3 sets of TOYO tires from them per week and have great luck with same day or next day delivery. The pricing is more than fair and the service is above and beyond. Very knowledgeable staff with a convenient location for my business. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for my automotive needs. Ive gone to this Big O for the past few years with various different vehicles. Everytime I come in everyone is very friendly and helpful with whatever my needs are. I dont feel pressured into making small changes to my car (that probably should be taken care of sooner than later) but I always appreciate their perspective and advice.Recently I came in with an issue regarding my wheel being bent, this came up as the same issue Ive had previously. I decided to instead go with some new wheels that would feel better and hopefully last longer. Franco was able to assist me in choosing the new wheels and made getting them on to my car pretty effortless (on my part).These guys are great, work hard, and are willing to put in the time to help you as much as possible.

Big O has always been kind and courteous to work with. I appreciate the 80,000 mile warranty, I just have to be vigelant about getting in for tire rotations. Luckily they do rotations for free.and do oil changes while their at it, so I can get both done at once. I just put tires on my daughters Honda Civic for they were not holding up in the snow. The Big O Tires cost me $500 for all 4, but then an alignment added another $89. Hopefully we can keep up on the rotations and utilize the warranty. Also it is always wise to check online before going in for coupons.

So our van started leaking gas after a fill up so we drove here. Jared got us in very quickly and fixed the problem within 20 min. At the end they didnt charge us and we ended up not losing very much gas thanks to them. Great bunch of guys and we truly appreciate what you did for us. Thank you very much!

They do a great job of diagnosing problems and determining what a vehicle really needs. We took our Honda Pilot to the dealer and they said we needed two new struts (over $1000) and that a loud engine noise was caused by a high pressure fuel pump (over $1000). It didnt feel right so I took it here and they checked the struts and found they were fine. Then they discovered the air filter was put in incorrectly which was causing the loud noise. For saving me over $2000 in unnecessary charges at the dealer, they charged me nothing since they didnt find a problem or replace anything. They clearly are a repair shop you can trust.

I would give them more stars if I could! Ryan, the owner has a lot of integrity and it’s nice to feel we are getting honest work and the best for our money. I needed a lot done one day and sat in their eating room for a couple of hours. All three men at the counters that day were so kind and professional with all the customers and knew many of them by name. All the customers seemed comfortable and pleased with their work.It really is a one stop shop. We have had engine work, oil changes and a windshield replacement - along with new tires. We highly recommend them!

I went out to my car the other day and saw my tire was low. Went to Maverick to fill it up hoping that it was just low but it was making a weird noise when the wheel turned over even after I filled it up. Stopped at Big O and an hour or two later they text and said the car was ready. I walked in and they said they fixed the tire and gave me the keys and didn’t charge me a dime. I was completely prepared to buy a new tire or have them tell me they had to order the new tire special, etc. but they just fixed it and sent me on my way. That’s good business right there!! The guys were nice, but didnt seem to know what they were talking about. Upon my first visit they told me it would cost about $100 to make a repair. I found the part I needed and then returned only to find out it would cost me over $1000 to make the repair. At that point, I felt stuck because I had already made the investment in buying the new part, but didnt want to spend that much for the repair. I was a first time customer and decided to give this place a shot. I dont plan to return.

2 years ago I bought 4 new tires and got an oil change here right before I left on a family getaway for the 4th of July. While we were driving all the oil leaked out and fried our engine before we realized what was happening.Gave them them another chance yesterday because there was something in one of tires and its less than a mile from my house. Ended up buying 4 new tires and 2 of them blew on the short drive home.Should have learned my lesson the first time. They do sloppy work. Go somewhere else.

I had two flat tires that they fixed for me without charging me. I purchased my tires in Spanish Fork but but they were still able to take care of me here in American Fork. They were very polite and very understanding.

They are always so welcoming! Not bushy at all and they do a good job. They are very fast so you don’t have to wait forever.

Big O Tires is hands down the best one stop shop in the local area for tires and maintenance. Jared is one of the best customer service reps in the business. Prices are great and the service is impeccable. In a society where I believe service is lacking this place is truly the place to go where service and value hit that sweet spot!Came in for some wheel and tire options to add to my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited since Im new to Utah and needed a winter/off road set to utilize the great terrain around here plus the snow. Jared was super knowledgeable and walked me through all of the options. After literally an hour and a half of deciding and going over the many different wheel and tire options, he was able to have everything here the same day and had me scheduled for an appointment later that afternoon. Talk about fast!Installation was a breeze and being the first 2020 Ram with the TPMS sensors that dont automatically sync they worked hard through the issue utilizing the new tools and technology they already had in stock to sync everything to the vehicle flawlessly. I even bought a 5th tire as an off road spare and they were able to sync that up with no problems as well. Tire fitment cleared like we thought. It was impressive that we could fit a 33x12.5x20 on a factory Ram 1500 Limited with the right wheel offset (+20).Again, I hate to beat a dead horse but the service by Jared and the rest of the crew is top notch. Not only did they bend over backwards to make sure I was happy but also wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the purchase otherwise theyd make it right. They had me look over everything, check everything, verify clearances, etc... Everything fit like a champ and the truck looks beautiful.Ill for sure be coming here for all of my tires and non warranty work. Prices are competitive and the wait times are respectable. Im all about service. Prices may be lower elsewhere but I truly believe that you get what you pay for. If you want the best service and prices combo around then look no further than Big O Tires in American Fork.Big O Tires In American Fork has a customer for life and Ill never be going anywhere else again. Be really careful… specially when you’re doing any tire service (yeah, no joke).I went do a routine tire rotation at Big O Tires, and left very happy because they did it fast. Unfortunately I had to pay a high cost for it. Yes, they did it fast, but their job was not good at all. They did hot pay attention to what they were doing.A couple of days after the rotation I was driving on the freeway when I heard a very strange and loud noise. I stopped thinking that it was the transmission of my truck. I felt uneasy to continue driving, so I called a tow. When the tow guy, the mechanic and me were together, the tow guy told us that he noticed that 2 bolts were missing and the rest were loose. When checking the other tires and wheels we realized that none of the bolts were in the correct calibration. I asked 3 different mechanics why this had happened and their answer was the same, they did not do the correct calibration, the did a poor job.I was very lucky to have stopped, I could have had a very big accident because they did not do their job correctly. I went to talk to the manager, but he took it mediocrely and not in serious manner at all. He said that was not the shop’s fault and that any of my neighbors could have done that. (Silly answer, he doesn’t even know where I live or who my neighbors are). He didn’t even know about the calibration, how can you work there and not know those things? I also showed him how much I spent at the mechanic for their error and he said that I was deceived because that wasn’t cheap. He said they could have done it for cheaper and when I called to do an estimate for their mistake after talking to him, he gave me an even higher estimate and told me that is a really expensive work.The Manager did not realize the seriousness of this problem neither didn’t even care while about anything I was talking to him either. Thank God that I didn’t have any serious accident. I do not recommend this place at all, I will never go back!

Not that impressed with my most recent visit today. I purchased the 1 year alignment package my last visit, so I used that and decided to have my oil done here instead of the dealership I always go to. They said it would be an hour to an hour and a half for both services and ended up being 2.5 hours once I got notified. They didn’t have the print out of the alignment, didn’t put a new oil change tag, and when I got the car home I noticed oil on the side near the right facing headlight. I lifted the lid to see there was oil all over the front vent cover, the engine cover, the oil fill area and even made it to the other headlight and bumper. My car was dirty from our last rain but this was still very obvious to be oil dripping from parts of my car that it shouldn’t have. This was my first time getting the oil done at this location so I don’t know if this is a norm or if they have new technicians but they should at least wipe things down.Update: the owner reached out to me this morning apologizing for the mess the technicians made and that it shouldn’t have been that way and scheduled a day next week to drop the car off so they can clean it and get a sticker put in. For the prompt reply and fixing it updating to 5. Thanks Ryan

The folks at Big-O were super helpful in diagnosing a problem I had with my truck. I had a hard time figuring out what the problem was, but they were able to figure it out within minutes. They gave me some recommendations and I took the truck home to replace the parts and went back for them to do the alignment. It drives great now. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this location. Ryan was great to work with.

I came in a week ago to get a couple new tires on my car. The guy helping me, I think he said his name was Jake was super helpful, explaining what was going on and giving me updates throughout the time I was there. I would definitely trust him to take care of my car again next time.

This place is just the best! They’re honest, make good suggestions for my car without pressure to buy, quick with giving attention in the lobby, always call when they say they will, and get my work done quickly. I know i can trust the work to be solid and their inspections are super thorough too. My boyfriend now brings his two vehicles here as well and he’s just as happy as I am. We’ll be coming here for as long as we are nearby.

Had tire that needed to be fixed . It was 7:45, they said they didnt open until 8 and just go set in my car and wait . I ask why I couldnt wait in show room they said furnace was out. This is the only big o tire that I have ever been to that I felt I was a big imposition Not a helpful facility.

I went to Jiffy Lube with a burnt out brake light. They said it was an electrical problem and sent me to a different location. The other location couldnt help me either. I finally went to Big O and they fixed the light within minutes. Jiffy Lube had been using the wrong light bulb... it was not an electrical problem. Im going to Big O Tires from now on, just like my husband always suggested.

Amazing and fast service! We really love Big O, Ryan is always so good about getting my car in as fast a possible. They are always reliable, and can’t beat their prices.

One of the worst Big O Tires!!!They try charging me to rotate out my Big O tires EVERY winter, which is a free service.Forget getting your flat fixed! They only have 3 cars, and it’s nicer a 2hr wait.The real kicker, is I’m leaking a potentially dangerous fluid and they are too busy to stick a head under the car and see.Such a waste of a Big O location! I have been working with Big O Tires, my whole life (Sandy Location), and American Fork has ALWAYS been a disappointing location

Came in with a slow leak in one of my Big O tires under warranty. They got me in and fixed up. Came back later for an oil change. Same service. Very happy.

I work for a company that has a fleet of 25 vehicles, and we use Big o Tires to change oil and tires to all vehicles, we only had suspicions, but we have already confirmed that they never actually remove the old oil, they may only fill the levels, but if they are charged to the company as if it were a synthetic oil change, the last time I confirmed it when I took one of the trucks that the computer already indicated the oil life at 0% and the date indicated that it was time for a oil change, after more than two hours they told me that the truck was ready with new oil, when I got to the workshop I wanted to check the oil and surprise! the oil was still burned and brown and the computer indicated that the oil should be changed soon and 0% life. It is not the first time, this is very dishonest, if you as the owner of Big or Tires reads this comment you have to do something to stop this theft, maybe not all your employees do it but surely there are more than two who are doing this fraud, you just have to make sure that they really do the oil change, maybe they think that being company vehicles no one will notice that scam.

Incredible service! I had a grinding noise coming from the drivers side tire so I took my car to This Big O location. They spent over an hour trying to find the noise. They finally found a piece of the brake was rubbing they bent it back shook my hand and said have a nice day! We have bought tires at this location as well and have always been treated very fairly.

I brought my car in with a punctured tire to see if I could get it patched or replaced. There are a number of shops in the area I could have chosen but I based my selection of Big O based on reviews, like this one. I’m glad I did! What was an inconvenience to start my day turned into a memorable customer service experience that made me want to share a review right away. I was met at the reception by Franko, who was friendly and fast, and even though I could see they were really busy he said he’d jump on it and get back to me right away, took my phone number and keys, and I popped out to get some food nearby. Within half an hour I got a call he had patched the tire and my car was ready to go. The service level was highly personable and I let Franko know when it is time to replace or get new tires, they’ll have my business for sure. I highly recommend this store/ service shop in American Fork - old fashioned service, fast and friendly, in an increasingly cold and transactional business world. I took my car in because it was really shaky past 50mph. I told them to check my front drivers side wheel. (It was broke, and I thought it might be a problem. Im not an expert.) They checked out my car and told me I needed a right front or back tire rod and an alignment. I paid $280 dollars that I didnt have to drive off and have the same issue as before. When I called them they said bring it in there is probably something else wrong with it. I took it to Burt Brothets this time, they told me I needed a new wheel and my tires balanced. This place is a joke and a rip off.

This is my absolute favorite Big-O . They are always super clear about my options (from most expensive to easiest fix) while getting my car looked at. I always appreciate the transparency. The popcorn in the lobby is the icing on the cake.

They were able to get me right in with no waiting. Diagnosed the problem and resolved my concerns. Fast and friendly service. Thanks!

Wow I literally know 0% about cars and they were so good to me when I got a flat tire!

Used them a couple of times with decent service, nothing that stood out over other places but nothing bad either up until my last visit.I just swapped out summer for winter tires and when they put the air back in the tires the pressure for each was the following; (FL: 33 PSI, FR: 44 PSI, BL: 35 PSI, BR: 45 PSI) the pressure being so different between the right and left side of the car caused it to pull which is what prompted me to stop and check it out. Looking over the basic details such as tire pressure...from Big O TIRES is an indicator of how service is treated as a whole. Although I love the convenience of their location and have been taken care of quickly, this is enough to steer me a different direction (pun intended)UPDATE:They were cooperative in helping reach a solution to my issue without turning it into a big hassle. Nice knowing they do look at their performance and the public feedback. Better than some other establishments I know of.

So awesome and quick! I came in with a flat tire I thought I would need to replace, but they were able to fix it in 15 minutes and didn’t charge me! Will definitely be coming back here :)

I’ve always had good experiences here. My most recent experience included a blown out tire while they were closed. I was assisted after hours and given the best and most cost effective steps to remedy my situation. The next day my issue was cared for and I was given a handful of options with prices that seemed fair.

As a business owner I know that great service and great prices are very important. These guys have done a great job on all my vehicles and are very honest. Thank you for all your help, it is greatly appreciated!

Huge Shout out to Ryan & the team at Big 0. When I purchased an older vehicle and needed no wheels, I found the wheel size on the vehicle is no longer commonly used. They helped me find a great deal that looked great
