This shop can do good scratch and dent repairs. But, this is the second time they have kept one of my cars over a month. This means I was forced to pay for a rental car even though I have car rental insurance. This time their excuse COVID. Last time their excuse was the insurance company. They probably wont get one of my cars again.

They were very helpful were on top off getting in contact with me when the insurance company that was paying for my damages said they didnt have the estimate. Anna was great and canning to check and make sure I had gotten the information.

The absolute worst in customer service. Two months having my car not a single phone call. How they are in business is beyond me. Im pursuing legal action I suggest all people who use their service get a quote and if they cant uphold it. Do what Im doing sue till you are blue.

They had our car over a month for repairs. I get it if they couldn’t get the parts but the lack of communication was very frustrating.

Paint peeling off Hyundais. Obvious defect. Hyundai refuses to issue recall and dealerships including Ron Carter will not fix.

Recently dealt with Tim who was great and along with the staff, got me back on the road in a couple of days.

Do not use Ron Carter Collision. They have had my vehicle for 50 days. Had to expedite parts from Toyota myself. Pretty incompetent staff that is in no rush to provide customer service.

I have done a lot of business with one particular guy at the Collision Center and had no issues at all... This time was a different representative and a different story. From the paint being wrong to a chipped corner on a new powder coated bumper. That ended up being defective from the manufacturer that was missed upon installation. It took almost 2 weeks and a call to my insurance company to get the replacement bumper. They cut a pigtail off of my wiring harness and painting the fender well screws. It took 6 trips instead of 2 to get my vehicle repaired. They done their best to make it right but needless to say I have a bad taste in my mouth about the whole situation.

Great service was provided by Anthony Marx.Anthony and his manager helped me find an SUV that would be suitable for our family. Ran into a couple of issues, and these guys went out of their way to get the issues fixed. They gave me a fair trade in price for my truck. Worked with me on financing. I really have 0 complaints. I definitely prefer this location, over the one on 528.

Great service, wonderful staff. They repaired damages on my rear end from a wreck. They called the other persons insurance company and had everything taken care of for me. Called the rental car as soon as I arrived. The receptionist was a doll and James Hebert was so helpful, and went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend them for your body work!

They dont even deserve one star. I was in a car accident in my familys vehicle and it was in May 21 that this happened. It is now August 2 and the car still hasnt been painted and they are blaming the lawyer for the wait. They kept saying week after week it would be ready but its still not fixed. It was a simple bumper fix that turned into more and more.

Very friendly staff but the quality of work was very poor. Seems like they do the bare minimum just to get you in and out. I would not recommend this place. This place shows no real skills and has no craftsmanship. Stay away!!!

Wow, one star is not deserved but it wont let me give it zero. They never actually worked on my vehicle. I had an appointment to have my Jeep towed there and after everything was planned they wouldn’t let the tow truck leave my vehicle. Trying to talk to the people at the collision area was unsuccessful. They were rude, condescending and without any conscience or caring for what happened. I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere at that point. I am certain (their behavior at least)had something to do with me being a female. Definitely do not use the collision or service area. but if they treat their potential customers that way, buying a car there would be risky too.

I wish I could give a -28 for Ron carter collision. Had my car for 3 weeks for a bumper radiator, ac condenser, grill and paint the front bumper. Me and my insurance company called themSeveral times no one would call us back. Picked up the car estimate shows 7.4 hours to paint bumper and grill and all they did was blend paint the bumper which looks very bad. We took it to them cause we had a car wreck out of town not knowing anything about them. But it was a ford dealership and we have ford so we will be fine WRONG. Just because you go to a ford dealership don’t think you will get the best quality of work. I received the worst quality of work and the worst customer service.

Terrible service! Do not take your vehicle here for repairs. Ron Carter has completely lost all of my business. They repaired damages from a wreak on my car two years ago and now its falling to pieces. They do not stand behind their work instead they are telling me I must have run over a curb. They also had my car for over a month while it was just bumper and fender damage.
