Came in mid day on a Friday. They measured my tires, let me know how low they were and recommended a couple of options and I chose the option that fit the best for me. Since I was hesitant to get all 4 tires today, they sweetened the deal and I got all 4. Thank you for that! Theyre in walking distance to Chick-fil-A and Panda Express, so I ate lunch, came back for a bit and they were done! I was in and out in about an hour (and I didnt make an appointment). I dont know if thats typical or if I just had good timing. All in all, I recommend them!

Been here twice. With two trucks. Each time made an appointment. Once here they say your next in, not true. A.5:30 appointment should be just that. not, should get you in by 6 to 6:30.Nothing like the sugarland store.

I had some time to speak to the manager since I had a tire being repaired. I have nothing but great things to say about Juan, the manager. This gentleman is energetic and a go getter!! He stays on top of everything and is polite and courteous to customers in person and on the phone.Juans staff at the counter are the best also. The store was clean, the employees were polite and answered any questions I had . The manager Juan Fonseca was fantastic to deal with.

Dealt with a man name Juan, he helped get me back on the road after I left and returned feeling bad vibrations from a bent wheel. He ordered his guys the full sized spare wheel from the town car trunk and put the new tire and cap on. Good as new with all four new tires* huge thanks on top the tip for your guys. Go here and get your tires handled right the first time.

Discount Tires have same products at most locations. It all comes down to service and courtesy. The Alvin location on the 35 bypass and the 2 Texas City locations on FM 1764 all have friendly counter staff. Didnt feel pressured by the way they recommended extra services or products. Good experience.

Went to have my new tires and wheels installed. After I got my car back the same day the passenger front and rear tires were very low on air. They were at 15psi and not at the factory 36psi recommendation. I only noticed later in the evening when I went to go drive that they were very low on air. Also when I had to work on my car the lugs holding both front wheels were not torqued to factory specifications at all.

Good Job! I had an appointment for 3/3/21 but they left me a message on Monday that if I wanted to come in Tuesday that they had everything ready. I rolled in about 10:45 AM and Joshua met me in the parking lot...less than an hour later it was completed on an F350 DRW. Air pressure was on the money. It was ok, I had made a appointment for 11. Was out at 12:00 .

I had first went by to get my tire patched, the service tech told me my tire was beyond repair so i decided to get a whole new set of Cooper Tires at a very good price. The entire staff was very helpful in making sure i got what i wanted and gave me great customer service.They made sure they put the raised white letters on the outside, put my .410 shotgun shell valve stem caps back and put a new tire i already had on the spare rim at no extra charge. Its also good to see a business that still closes on Sunday.

I am excited to write this review. I have been going to the NTB in Alvin since 2010 and their service has decline every year, or it seems. So, when the Discount was being built I could not wait. I made an appointment to get two new tires placed on my Chevy truck. The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and seemed to actually want my business. His name was Eric. I showed up Saturday morning at 0915 Kevin met me at the door and greeted me. He, took my info., gave me my quote, and explained to me about the road hazard warranty. They had me pull my truck in the bay at about 0920 and my truck was done at 0945 .... The customer service was excellent and the technicians were off the charts; it looked like a nascar pit stop in the bay. I was impressed. I give 5 out of 5 mustaches.... I highly recommend. Purchased trailer tires and vehicle tires from discount tire for years. Had 2 trailer tires that went bad. Took them to Alvin discount tire and met w Brandon. He tried to charge me $177 for 2 tires that are only $60 each. That was after giving me some credit for the bad tires. I tried to reason with him and he just stared at me saying nothing. Discount tire has become a thing of the past. Their prices are 50% higher and their warranties are a big waste of money.
