Put 2 down for 11,860 -2000= 9086 with interest amount financed would be back at 11 after putting 2 down of payments I now owe 14,000 $ just be careful with these people they will screw you….

Today I made new friends at Ron Carter pre-owned store. Sammy was a very nice salesman. He was prompt, polite and very committed to helping me get the car I wanted with quality and economy. Maurice, the sales manager, listened to my needs and found the perfect price point I could afford. JJ was ready to close the contract, making sure I understood every detail before signing. He and all of the team were so personable, up front and straight forward with everything. It was a very pleasant car buying experience and I made new friends. The Ron Carter family did it again. Service very unprofessional. Chad was told several times to call 3rd party to see if was covered. Did not call. Turns out it was covered. Vechile has been held up for 5 days now with no loaner. Do not buy from here. Sales may be a good department, but if you have issues it will not get resolved in a timely matter or will not call and let you know status updates. Wont even tell you how much it costs. Do not shop here. Bad spot

Buyer Beware!We went to this dealership looking to purchase a new vehicle. It took about ten mintues for someone to come out to us. The salesperson was actually decent; he was very attentive, listened, and made some pretty good recommendations based off what we were looking for. We narrowed it down to two vehicles but it was late so we decided to take the night to think it over. The next day we were contacted by the salesperson regarding one of the two vehicles. We decided that we would pursue the other and were ready to make a purchase. Of course, out of basic nature when purchasing a new vehicle, we wanted to see if we could get the vehicle a little lower than sticker. Understandably, we know that there is a high demand right now but we figured we would try. We were told that the vehicle was listed for 8,000 over sticker but the manager would only accept a minimum of 5,000 over sticker. We are absolutely not paying over sticker and can actually order the same vehicle online for less. Needless to say, this place has lost our business, we will go elsewhere.Buyer Beware of the bait and swtich and of course pay very close attention to the pricing...what is on the window is not the actual price.Would have only given one star but due to the salesperson I gave two stars.

Wasted 2hrs round trip drive and 3hrs of vacation because of their lies. Do not believe their trade value they show you on their website its false. Instead of the $46,000 for trade they really offered $25,000 (big difference). It would be nice to get a real ball park on their website and sales folks on the phone. My truck is a one owner, garage kept, driven less than 5,800 miles annually and in mint condition. I called 2hrs before I left work to verify the truck I was wanting to buy was on the lot. When I got there they admitted the truck I came for was not there but they had a more expensive trucks available (go figure). I will never trust them again, they had me waste my vacation from work and a 2hr road trip for a lie

We were very specific regarding the vehicle features we were looking for. I made an inquiry on their website to check the availability of a vehicle we saw that they had listed. Within minutes, Vanessa in the internet sales department reached out and confirmed that the vehicle we wanted to see was indeed available. After a short drive, we arrived and we were introduced to Byron who did his best to make sure we were taken care of. We took the car for a test drive and made the decision to purchase. There was some unnecessary back and forth regarding dealer installed options and their price, but we were treated fairly on our trade-in and the ultimate price we paid made us feel right about the purchase. Mark in finance was very good at his job and took great care of us. Overall, we felt very comfortable in the dealership and we would do business with them again.

Service Department gave me the runaround. Brought my RAM in to get serviced & had the heated / AC seats fixed. After returning the rental car, driving back home to NASA area I found that the lumbar wasnt working. Called back & told them about it. They said I could bring it back in and theyd give me a loaner for the inconvenience. Now when I can bring it back in, they tell me they no longer do loaners & I could rent a vehicle. My truck is under warranty and I never had an issue with the lumbar. Seems like theyd fix what they broke & get me a car to drive while this is being done???? Im not paying to rent a car while I bring my truck in for something they damaged while it was being serviced! Simply go elsewhere.

Go to Ron Carter!!!From a service department standpoint, don’t be afraid to take your car to this dealer for service. I know service departments at dealers get a bad wrap. Trust me, I went through it. My truck was in a different dealer’s service dept for 3 weeks before it was even touched and when they finally diagnosed it they racked up over $5k in electrical repairs. Took my truck to Ron Carter for a second opinion. While it was there, the Texas ice storm hit and everything shut down. But low and behold, they had my truck diagnosed faster than the other dealership did still. AND they tested all the problems the other dealer claimed was going on and found zero issues. 2 weeks later, a fraction of the cost. My truck is fixed. Perfectly. Drove it 1200 miles over the course of the next two weeks for vacation. Zero problems. Hats off to Carol, and the whole service department. Your honesty and communication won my business for as long as I’m in TX! Go to Ron Carter!

Went in to look at a truck, the sales person Steve was nice and helpful. There was a person who I believe was a Supervisor or Manager(didnt get his name but he had a thick accent)walking around without a mask cussing customers aloud through the window. Obviously the customers were outside and couldnt hear him, but I was in a little cubicle close to him with clear window and I know he saw me. He either didnt care or did not think I would write a review. I thanked my sales person when he returned, but I will take my busines elsewhere. I cannot believe such a person is in a leadershio role. I hope someone from the Ron Carter family reads this post and talks to him. I should post the video online and put him on blast, but I dont want to ruin this mans career. I just want him to be a more decent person at work.

I guess you into detail.Ive been in need for a car for a few years and thanks to an amazing co-worker who brought me to Ron Carter Chevrolet Buick GMC Autoland, Alvin I drove off with a 2019 Trax. Ive been car shopping for a while so I wasnt expecting a good experiences, and while is was an hours drive it was all worth it.Tony my co-workers contact person was the one who got the ball rolling doing all he could to ensure I drove off with a car, while making sure the financial part was going to be comfortable for me.Ryan my Salesperson was professional, detailed and patient. The sweetest guy ever making sure I was satisfied with my choice and that I was driving off not with what I liked, but with what I loved. During our waiting on finance he checked up on us constantly and made sure we were comfortable. He also called me this morning to make sure all was well.Mr. Daniel, well he was funny and got funnier when he realized I spoke Spanish. He went into detail and almost quizzed me to make sure I understand everything, before I signed any paperwork. That demonstrates his dedication not only to his department but also to me as his customer.My daughter who is also hearing impaired said it best as she told my other daughter about our purchase... Went in pre approved with exactly what we wanted, we were shown a basic smaller car but the price was the same as what we actually wanted. I did get the usual sales pitch, microbial spray $399, and a handful of other expensive useless options to get your money. BE Careful!!!!

The dealership buying the vehicle was great there’s nothing negative to say about buying a vehicle that was the best experience I could’ve ever had buying my 2020 GMC Denali 2500 HD. Space the thing that I have the issue with is on my truck the center counsel lockbox was messed up I messed up after having a vehicle for about a month so I’ve been waiting for this part since November of last year I was given the runaround and told that one dealership that they didn’t have that to bring it in and they will fix it and then I was told that no it’s it’s not a product made by GMC. Then I called Ron Carter and run cars and no will take care of it bring it in so I drove from El Paso Texas with the truck to go take it over there and they told him no we try to fit the 2021 and the state won’t fit in there it’s a different you know style and commonsense would tell you that it’s a new model but they attempted so I had to let the truck there and I have gone to write back to San Antonio so they tell me if you deliver that it wouldn’t work so that I can go pick up my vehicle so I had him buy a plane ticket to fly to Houston pick up take an Uber that I paid for and went to get the truck. Now I’m told they have the part and I now have a check engine light and excessive miles and I’m told it will take a while but they can’t provide me with a loaner. So I was told I’ll be placed on the wait list for a loaner. A brand new truck with a check engine light and Im Supposed to wait be placed on loaner list. I spoke with Brian the GM and he advised me to call the next day which I did and it resolved nothing after no answer and leaving 2 voicemail msgs. Needless to say no matter what you purchase this is by far the worst experience ever. I get calls daily from the GMC customer service and they can’t do anything. They offered me $100 in credit which doesn’t cover the cost of gas, miles, airfare, Uber and headache I have.

This dealer is NOT internet sale friendly, even during these pandemic times. My wife and I could not purchase a vehicle after multiple attempts on offering a sight unseen purchase. They ran our credit report three times and could NOT give us specifics about our loan, final rates or any useful information. Andy, the Used car sales manager was NOT sympathetic to the situation and actually blame everything on the salesman helping us, without taking accountability of his staff. This company is a sales driven company and you are only as good as a salesman you get on the phone! STAY AWAY!A company should not have to be perfect, but what separates any company from it’s competitors is how they handle their issues, situations or even mistakes! which Andy Only could do was laugh and say, “ I said, I was sorry”

Service...not on the Customer’s terms, but on the company’s terms.The GM parts counter is closed from 1 to 2 for lunch. You would think a company this big could have the parts employees stagger their lunch or otherwise provide coverage for all the hours they claim to be open. It’s not on the website, you have to physically walk in to see a Word document taped to the back of a monitor...Poor service takes the customer out of “customer service”

We purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado and we love the truck. The salesman was awesome. The GM and his Finance team messed up the VIN numbers and created a MESS. We finally got it figured out, but I would not recommend this dealership. My last purchase from them. Totally incompetent.

Need to improve how they prioritize customers. Walk-ins should never come before those with appointments.I made an appointment, because normally it saves time, but thats not the case with this dealership. Almost 3 hours to complete an oil change, tire rotation, and new air filters...when I was told it would only take an hour and a half.

Took my hummer in for 50000 mile service, total fluid change and lube. 4000 miles later front differential went out. I took it to another dealership. Differential was bone dry, no fluid, $3800.00 for used parts, plus labor. Carter would not cover it. Today I started hearing a noise in the front end, so I crawled underneath to check it out. Grease fittings had not been touched since the factory. This is a 2008 H2 with 56 K miles, I only drive it about once a month.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN. Prior to being referred to Ron Carter I had sat at a different dealership for 11 hours on a Saturday just to be told at the very end they still had to make their final decision. On Monday that decision became a no so I was not very enthusiastic about any other options. On Tuesday (during my lunch break) I went after already speaking to Russell Allen who already had the car I wanted ready for me drive. Then the sales rep Misa (who was so awesome) helped me through the process. After a couple of hours I had my keys in hand and drove off the lot in a brand new 2018 Jeep that I never even thought was an option for me. Please do yourself a favor and buy from this dealer because they are AMAZING. Thank you so much Russell & Misa!

We explained what we were looking for and he showed us many options answering all our many questions. He was very helpful. We shared stories of past vehicles as well as flowers we plant. After all, we spent a lot of time together. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and thoughtful. It made our long day bearable as he ran around trying to help us finalize the sale.

This place is very clean and the batrooms are spotless felt comfortable. Called chris in parts he had what i needed. None of the dealerships in houston had. Drove 50 miles to get from him. He even gave me a discount, great guy and dealership. What really impressed me is he answered phone on 2nd ring and didnt act like i was bothering him. Thank you... it made my day better after my shifter cable broke. Will definitely return for service or sales when needed. Well worth the drive.

Horrible experience! I took my truck in to fix the air conditioner when my husband went to pick it up it had a broken windshield. The dealership claims my windshield had a rock chip that cause the crack that’s not true. The rock chip was not there when I dropped off my truck.They are willing to pay for half of the damages. I asked Mr Bob the sales consultant if my truck was inspected when I dropped it off. He said no, so how can they tell me my truck had a rock chip. Now my GMC Truck has a big windshield crack that they are responsible for.My husband and I have left Mr. Jim Smith several voice mails he hasn’t return our calls. My truck is still sitting at the dealership since Monday with a crack windshield. We will have to take time off of work to go up there.

“EVERY TIME” I go to the Ron Carter Sales Department (regardless of reason) I get treated as if I am the focus of their attention! I get treated with respect and courtesy and my issues become their issues until it gets resolved.....no matter the time of day or day of week, they seem to be available upon demand. When my Tahoe gets turned in for service, they have loaners available for me, they’ve even gone as far as calling me and asking me for an ETA so they could have the loaner in idle with the A/C running so I could get in a nice cool car. This Department is ran based on customer satisfaction and is a sterling example of what right looks like, thank you for making my car buying experience top notch!!!!
