Great custom paint job. Really easy to work with and reasonable prices. They remove everything and put it all back together - allowed me to upgrade bumbers and all exteriors lights to LEDs. Phenomenal work overall - highly recommend (ask for Odie)

I spent 10k, they kept my car for 11 months and the work is horrible. They removed parts and didnt put back, over spray everywhere, ruined a brand new steering wheel and let the column rust all over. NOT THE PLACE TO GET WORK DONE.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

In June of 2019 I totaled my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500, the damage done crumbled the bumper and mangled the engine. I took it to Gulf Coast Custom and Collision, where we met Ody. Ody explained the process and what needed to be fixed. Not only was there customer service great, they understood situations and the best course of action. I took my Chevy Captiva to be fixed at Gulf Coast and they did a GREAT job!! Great customer service from the staff up front, Ody explained the whole process to me and kept me informed the entire time. Though we had a few issues with the insurance not wanting to pay for some repairs, they dealt directly with them and got it all taken care of. I would not go anywhere else, thanks Gulf Coast!!

Good guy - Did a fantastic job on my car very quickly. A bit pricey compared to a small chop shop? Probably. However, you get what you pay for and they do it right the first time. Family loves this shop.

Gulf Coast painted a custom truck for me. They exceeded their promises on delivery, cost, and quality. They did not beg for advances or make excuses. They just did what they promised. Their work exceeded my expectations. I have been involved with several projects like this one. This is the first no head ache level of service I have experienced. When I visited the shop to check up, the painter saw me in the parking lot. He stopped his work and explained to me what he was doing and why. His face lit up with pride as he told me about how beautiful the truck would look.

My 18 ram 2500 was backed into and I took to Gulf coast to be fixed they did a excellent job you cant even make out there was ever any body work done on it. Thank you so such for the awesome job yall did.

I took my car here for repairs after I was rear ended. The staff was very friendly and the mechanic personally spoke with me when I arrived. They kept me updated about the progress and my car was as good as new in only one week. I was very satisfied with my experience and definitely recommend them.

I forgot to leave a review back in 2013, I had my 65 Chevrolet Corvair that had a one of a kind paint job on it. Some kids bashed it in and Rich said ya we could fix that, they matched the paint to the tee! I wouldnt trust any other body shop! Thank Rich, sorry it took me so long to leave you a review!

I was just dropping a friend off to pick up his vehicle. Ended up being a little frustrating as even though it was supposed to been done there were things that were not complete that could have been told to him before we made the trip. From what I seen that they did do it look like a good job

This place does fantastic work. I took in a classic 71 mustang that had some severe damage to right rear quarterpanel, and they repaired it with craftsmanship like I have not seen before. The lower portion of this panel had been completely crushed but the body man was able to pull the original panel all the back out to its original shape. the work was so good that you cant even tell the fender was re-worked from the inside.The paint matched well, they manually re-painted a matching stripe, and the finish of the paint is superb - its as smooth as any show-car I have seen. They were even able to remove a small crease under the vinyl top without removing the top - there is no sign of it left.This shop has old-school skills for making your car like new again, and my job took them approximately 5 working days to complete. I highly recommend this shop - they have been in business over 37yrs. They stuck to their estimated cost 100%. Before, during & after pics below.

UPDATE 2 months paint is PEELING PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!!My experience was not the best. My 2018 Charger had some damage to the front end. I originally got the estimated time of 6 days which turned into 14 easily. I had to call for ALL of the updates for the progress of my vehicle. Not only was I misinformed numerous amounts of times but when I got there my vehicle was still not ready and I can tell the job was COMPLETELY rushed. I have BUBBLES in my paint. Keep in mind I have a 2018! I find this absolutely ridiculous. Although im glad to have my car back I’m not happy about the fact that they don’t fight for you with the insurance company and the shotty job. I now have to find a shop to fix the horrible job they did. I don’t advise that you take your vehicle there if you are as particular as I am. Oh and not to mention the new scratch on my driver door🙄😒. I will post pictures soon! Just avoid this place. Don’t let the nice old schools they have set up in the lobby fool you like they did me. 🥺They didn’t even prime my bumper before painting it. That’s why it’s a visible difference in the color. The bumper doesn’t even line up.

Have been using this shop for a while now on several different vehicles with everything from major to minor damage. Always sticks to the estimate and always on time. Highly recommended.

Ive learn my lesson for being cheap. At first this shop estimated for $1150. Shop around and others and get $1075. Well every dollar count right ? Wrong . They used cheap stuff or something and it is start to peel off and now they are just ignore me.I went back to GULF COAST shop and explained what happened. He gave me discount this time and a long lesson (a lesson to remember for life not because Ive lost my money but for being cheap :) ). Well that is my story. What is your ?Thanks again Gulf Coast.

Recently took my pickup to get worked on and i couldnt be happier! Dropped it off on Monday and picked it up by Friday, great service and great job!

Went to get a repair quote from this place - as I was talking to the guy and told him that I got another quote from Ron Carter, he instantly stopped with his quote and stated that he did not want to finish up with quoting my car. Guess he got upset that I went somewhere else first for a quote, which I believe, price-matching is 100% fair. Poor customer service.

Dont waste your time here. They returned my truck a gallon low on oil. After driving it around the shop, taking it to get an alignment, and test driving it no one thought to check the oil with the low oil message on. My truck has never burned or leaked oil. Then the owners son Opey tried to blame it on me when my truck had been in their possestion for over a month. Blows my mind the keys were handed to me with 40% of my oil missing. My 7 year old cousin knows to check the oil before he rides his dirt bike and it doesnt even have a message that pops up and says low oil. On top of that my truck was showing 9 different codes. I had check engine light, abs light, service trailer brake system. Coolent codes etc. My front left body panel is rubbing my door. Big gap on one side small Im the other. Hoods the same way. Theres no way the alignment was done right, front ends lose and the brand new tires I got are worn wrong and rippled. Horrible experience here, I would not go back.

Did a good job on my car great prices

I went in for an estimate on a small paint job and they told me it would cost me $1800, so I went to another shop and they charged me $400 for the same thing. Wow, big difference in price at this place.

Best place for repairs and excellent service

They use used parts, paint has runs and dirt, parts do not line up.
