My truck was broken into while out on our anniversary date. The window was broken, trim was cut, and keypad was damaged. I was assigned Bob Sweeney as my estimator. Bob was terrific to work with! He made sure I knew what was going on and kept me up to date with the progress. Katie was fantastic as well! She made sure I was informed and was able to answer questions and relay messages when Bob was not available. Bob made sure I was completely satisfied with the work done on my truck. When I picked it up, then inside of the truck was cleaned, vacuumed, and surfaces wiped down. The outside was washed and dried. It was a crappie situation dealing with the break in but Caliber Collision did a fantastic job of making the repairs painless. I was not sure what to expect but they exceeded any expectations I would have had. Thank you Bob and Katie for being terrific to work with!

I like that Ralf was so concerned about making sure that everything was fixed right with the sensors on my car for my safety. They have excellent customer service. This was the second time we used Caliber Collision in Alvin to work on one of our cars. We were so happy with the first one we brought our Honda Pilot to them. The clear coat was defective and peeling. We dealt with Henry and Trey on this visit. They fixed the clear coat and made it look like new. They also fixed some other minor problems from normal wear and tear. They did not charge us any extra for this. The price was very reasonable and the work was perfect. The Honda looks like it did when we bought it. Trey made sure we were happy with it before we left. The entire process was great. They completed the job faster than I expected and the work was excellent. Katie, at the front desk, was also great to deal with. I even talked to some of the technicians and they were great to talk to. Caliber Collision treats you like family when you do business with them. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of body repair.

My use of this shop was due to an auto accident. They do excellent work and unless there is a totally unexpected delay as in parts being unavailable which they cannot control they pretty much nail the original finish date or beat it. This is my second time around using them and would recommend them to anyone wanting quality work. Blake and Raphael are the ones shepherding your vehicle through the process and they keep you informed regularly from step to step. The front desk is friendly and easy to work with able to git er done as far as a lot of the logistics. She handled a lot of my dumb questions with a smile. Overall I found taking a vehicle there was as if I was taking it to a friendly relative.

It has been four months and the repairs to my vehicle are still not complete, still missing trim pieces and brackets, paint is the wrong color, runs in paint, primer overspray on cowl vent and paint overspray on bumper. They gave the truck back to me incomplete while they waited on parts to arrive and the insurance company for the other driver that hit me has closed the claim, so now I will be out of pocket for the rental vehicle when they finally get around to finishing mine. I dont recommend, poor workmanship and poor management.

Took my car in to get repaired after an accident. When I finally got my car back there was more damage they had done. Henry tried to say it was that way when I brought it in. But by their pictures They were wrong and then he tried to divert my attention away from the issue. I felt like he all but called me a liar and he made me feel like my car was junk. Yes my car is old but it is what I can afford. I had to take my car back 3 times before everything was complete. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN !!!!

This is my second visit to this location for Caliber Collision and I must say that I was very satisfied the first visit to the shop. This time, I found that they were more improved, the car was completed earlier than estimated by about 3 days and the communication was improved on more. The work of course was excellent. Henry and his staff are great people. They fixed my van where it looks like it just rolled off the factory floor. We could not be more pleased. I purchased a 2020 370Z from Ron Carter Cadillac that turned out to have been previously wrecked/repaired badly and not on the Carfax Report. Incredible customer service! I am an older gentlemen and a firm believer customer service is a thing of the past until I went down to Caliber Collision of Alvin. I had a piece of molding that needed to be installed on the car in which I expected to leave the car for a day or two but instead Chris and Jamie (hope I spelled the names correctly) took a look and insisted they could install it on the spot as I waited. I stood there in somewhat of a state of disbelief as Jamie installed the molding. All said and done I was out of there in a matter of an hour or so and also had the opportunity to talk with the general manager Henry. After conversation with Henry, whos just a bit older than I, is a person who truly and sincerely believes in customer service, honesty, and respect and has passed it on to his entire staff. I took my van in for a claim after I was hit and while I was there I talked to Chris about some other damages on my vehicle that I was concerned about. Not only were they able to help me with the other damage and the collision claim but they made sure the rental was there and they made sure the rental was picked up too. One stop shop! Didn’t have to drive here and there for every little thing and I was kept informed every step of the way. When it came time to get my car back it looked like it came off of the showroom floor ❤️ and there were no surprises at billing time! All straight forward and never any confusion. Chris kept me informed and the manager was super nice and always made sure I was happy and ok with the time line. Definitely going back for any repairs in the future!

Paola Medel called me as soon as see contacted the insurance company for the approval to start the work on the truck. then keep me updated with each step of the process when parts were ordered when they would be in. Contacted me again as soon as the work was to begin and with the finish date.the work was done very quickly and they did quality work as a matter of fact it looked as good as when I bought it. I would give a shout out to the shop people for maintaining clean shop. this tells me a lot about the quality of work I will see done. most of the time clean shop = quality work. I do not do computer. but CALIBER COLLISION did great job on my truck so went to my brothers to put this out there. jon,

My wife ended up with a busted sunroof on her pathfinder during a rainstorm driving down 288. We ended up going through Geico insurance and chose caliber collision in alvin and were very pleased with the repairs done. They were able to get all the water stains out and install a brand new sunroof all within the week. Max was very easy going and although i got frustrated at one point he reassured me and even had his manager call me multiple times to let me know that things would work out as they say and sure enough they did. Very happy with the service done and will be a returning customer.
