I understand why they have a 2 star review, found the jeep my wife wanted online. Listed for MSRP, tried to make a deal to find out they wanted 18k over sticker. Call today and find out they raised the price to 103k. This is a scam, ive filed a complaint with everyone I can think of over these deceptive trade practices.
Another bait and switch victim here. Online shows one price, work the deal over the phone//internet and go in to finalize. Show up and magically there is a “internet error” and they say the truck is $14k more than advertised!! Last time I walk into there building. Stay away, don’t waste your time here.
We locked in a price on a vehicle yesterday online. It was a sale price through April 30. They called us this morning to make a 2:15 appointment for this afternoon. Everything this morning was still the same online. We got there, test drove the car, did a credit app, etc. They came back with a price of $6,000 more on the car than what was originally posted. They even changed the price online! We have screen shots of all of it. They did not care. They did not try to make anything right in anyway. Instead, they were rude and literally walked away from us because we wouldnt pay the increased price. Very shady business and will not go there again for a vehicle. If I could give less than a star I would.
Treated like cattle. Had been talking to sales person.. I thought.. when I get there I deal with a specialist that did even speak to us. Find a small town local dealer .. stay away from the superstores
