Jessica is great as well, as is everybody there, to be honest. ( A young man waited on me the other day, but I did not catch his name. Im sorry) I love this location, never ever ever go anywhere else.

They people at this location were very personable and helpful. The only issue was they were busy when we went to pick up our phones so they had their attention divided between customers at that time. Wasnt a big issue.

My family had a great experience! We came needing a lot of assistance and James was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in getting it all done. He even stayed past closing to make sure everything taken care of. Everything theoughout the process was explained clearly to us and we would definitely come back!

My Fiancé and I made a trip to get two new phones and switch to our own plan.We spent approximately 2 hours in the store. (Keeping our numbers from a previous plan created more work and most of the time spent speaking with customer service.) Customer service was excellent as well as James and Carl. James and Carl were extremely nice, knowledgable, outgoing and patient (especially for having such a long process!) Definitely pleased with our experience!

Carl and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and have good customer service. Every time I have an issue or need a new phone, I stop at this location. They truly care about their customers and ensure you have everything you need before leaving the store with your brand new phones including screen protectors and cases. Carl has always helped me find exactly what I need and is always very up front and honest. I love this store and the willingness of his employees to help customers. I just bought two phones from him and will be back as soon as I’m ready to upgrade another line on my plan.

I stopped by the store today . I am in town selling my grandparents house . Verizon accidentally shut my phone line off. I have had issues with Verizon customer service and was considering canceling my account all together . I was greeted by Carl the store manager. Not only did he resolve all issues but I actually purchased a new IPhone from him . This has by far been the best Verizon experience I have had. Also want to give a shout out to Annissa and Jack who were very helpful and friendly. If you live in the Altoona area don’t waste your time going anywhere else . If you want a Verizon phone this is the store to go to . Thanks again best wishes to all of you !

Best service I have ever had. I came to the mall to see sprint and was stopped by a Hurricane...lol. He Saved me from making a colossal mistake. Everyone should come in to this store when getting a new phone. I would have never thought I could get a deal sweet enough to give me a cavity. thanks guys.

Carl is Awesome there. He was such a great help once, when I needed to replace my phone because of a technical issue. Then just this week when I needed to replace my outdated sim card on my hot spot. He went above and beyond to help me. If I need anymore help with my Verizon I will definitely go and find him.

Nice quite place, almost never experienced the typical wait that is common of some of the other Verizon stores. If you want to get in, do your business, and then get on with your day I recommend this location. That being said if every one listens to me then I suppose I will be made a liar because then their will be lines.

Times on internet verses actual store hours are wrong. Sunday they close at 6:00pm not 7:00pm as stated on website and Internet info.
