Was there with my father who has hearing difficulties this evening after his phone broke (charger port). Tyler went way above and beyond to help him get what he needed. So professional and personable all at the same time! The best sales rep you could get!

My husband and I came in a week or so ago and talked with a gentleman that gave us information about a Kick Start plan. It all sounded great and we mulled it over. We went in the other day and set up that Kick Start plan. Everything went well during the set up process. The employees were helpful and friendly. So far I feel very good about everything. Well see how the actual cell service is!

I went to this store on Sunday October 6th 2019. I walked up the counter. One gentleman was obviously just a friend just hanging out and the other was the employee. I asked for a manager and was informed that he was the manager. I proceeded to ask him a question. He rudly stops me midsentence to tell he isnt a corporate store. The thing is I know this. The nearest one is in Robinson right near the Pittsburgh International Airport where I have spent the last 17+ years working. I may have an idea where this place is.... So I just turned around and walked out. If this gentleman is a manager he needs to take management classes to learn how to talk to customers. There was no customer service in his voice and he rather slack off and talk to his friend and be paid instead of actually working for pay.

I love this place, staff is great, convenient location, and they are very helpful. They know all the right ways to pay less for wireless.
