Bad experience. Had to cancel my rental due to family emergency. Never received the rental yet as irt was supposed to be on the 13 of Sept. Refused to refund my money, even though I NEVER RECEIVED THE merchandise. Say what??.They said they do not refund money ever. Asked for my credit card into. Said it wasnt on file. Is that how reputable companies do business in Altoona???

Service was wonderful. However I don’t appreciate being charged almost 300% more than the reatail price.

The sales ppl r rude. We got a beautiful brown Ashley sectional....initially we were to get a brand new couch, instead we got a used one. We were suppose to jave 6 months of payments knocked off nd now theyre refusing to do and r saying that the payments were taken off. Funny cause its still the same payments and same amount of weeks as when we signed!!! When i tried to tell her about this, she got very rude with me then called me a liar!!! Im keeping the couch cause i only have few payments left but i will NEVER go to this rent a center on pleasant valley EVER AGAIN!!! And im not ever late on my payments!! I need to say that this is due to the female that works there!! In all, go to the center on Plank Road....much nicer people there!!
