Dude literally had zero knowledge on game I was looking for. But the knowledge he provided seemed quite biased and like he couldnt be bothered. I went to the other gamestop and found what I was looking for and was given the appropriate information I was seeking.

Prices are way to high, used to have decent prices.

Sells warranties they cant back. If you need an Xbox one controller and they have one which is rare, theyll try and sell you a warranty. Then when your controller breaks which happens more often than not in my experience, they will respond, we do not have any new controllers. When you ask when will you, they dont know. So basically to use your warranty you have to order a new one off their website-paying up front- and wait 7 to 10 business days.. then supposivley when you bring it up to the store that they will use your warranty and the receipt to get your money back. Instead of empathizing they say its because of covid simple as that. For the record, when you buy a Walmart controller if it breaks you return it for the money the same day. Also I buy my elite controllers from target because the warranty is much much cheaper. Would stay away from buying their Microsoft products because they do not support their products through their warranties simple as that

Went into this location closer to close with some trades. Employee said it was to late to do trades.

They employees were as nice as they could be but apologized way too much for ppl waiting. The day after Christmas and the covid restrictions, ppl should understand that it may take a few more minutes than normal if your wanting to go into this store. Give the employees a break, they are doing all they can given the new circumstances and this busy time of year....my hats off to your employees!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its very rare that the store is not orderly and clean (Christmas time is a never ending battle for retailers). It really helps to have a store like this with 3 avid gamers in the family!

I went in to exchange an Xbox controller that was under warranty. The employee, Will, was super friendly and helpful. He helped me out and offered suggestions to potentially eliminate future problems my son was having with the controller. Will provided excellent customer service and he was the friendliest employee Ive encountered in a very long time (not just at GameStop). Working customer service and dealing with the public isnt always easy, but Will was great! More companies need employees like him.

There is a man who works here named Zeth, he helped me so much, and was TRULY great! Out of everyone I encountered today, he was the only on who had a smile on his face, and was super helpful! Thank you, Zeth!!!
