We went to AT&T after first going to Sprint to check new phone and service options since our contract was up and we were not particularly happy with the service. The sales reps in the sprint store were not friendly or trying to help us with our questions so we left to explore other options. We were greeted by Mitchell at the pleasant valley Blvd store. He was very nice and full of knowledge. He answered all our questions and concerns and showed us our options. He had us set up on a new contract, phones transferred, and even put our new accessories on for us while telling us how to register the new products for warranties all in under an hour and a half. Super exited and so far very happy with the new service.

I cant say enough about this location. Every time we have to go in the staff is so helpful and friendly. Ive worked with a few of the reps and they have all resolved any issues Ive had. Josh has helped me upgrade my devices on my last few visits and he really made sure I understood what my payments would look like and what to expect. He also helped me get an Apple watch and iPhone all set up and synced together for my daughter for our upcoming family vacation. Ive had different cell services over the years but AT&T is by far my favorite. So glad we switched!

We switched to AT&T about 2 years ago and we are so glad we did. Any time we have questions or want to upgrade the customer service has been awesome. We work with Josh almost every time we come in for anything. He is always so helpful and patient with us. We have now switched our devices from Android to Apple and he has been more than willing to help with the learning curve that comes with switching devices. Highly recommend! Ask for Josh!

I wanted to leave a re view to thank one of your reps. He worked with my best friend and her husband a week or so ago. Ive been trying to convince my friend for years to switch to an iPhone so that we could communicate better. Well she FINALLY did it! Her husband went in to get her a new phone for Mothers Day and she ended up taking the leap and got and iPhone AND an Apple watch! Joe was amazing at helping us switch me from Verizon to at&t. While we there, he also got us set up with there new at&t tv, which we absolutely love! We get more channels now than we did with our cable and the price was great. They have amazing deals for new customers and existing customs (I got switched to my fiancé’s existing account) Wouldn’t go to any other at&t store!
