Amazing customer service great phone deals and accessories!!!

This phone service stinks it wore then sprint.. my service is always cutting in and out or half the u cant makes a call there no data roaming dont wasted ur 92.00 dollars a mouth on T-Mobile service or metro pcs

Ive had MetroPCS for about 4 years now, and Ive never had an issue with anything. I always thought $60 was a reasonable price until other places opened. Id recommend them for a start up before a family plan 😊 But thats just my experience 🤑🎧 5 Stars!

Everytime I go to the store they are horrible. They scream and you, talk like they are at home and make you feel unwelcomed if you are not tech savvy. If you complain the manager will tell you that her district manager is there and that she is right and he dont care what you got to say. If you complain about the treatment and say you are a customer they hang up on you. I think its time for a new company where they understand Im a paying customer and that is how they get a paycheck.

I been with this company for all most a year it is time for me to upgrade so I call the store to get a upgrade plus get a tablet the manger was very rude over the phone and me the r word so i call the service center about this they hang up the phone on me 4 times and they were trying sweet talk me to stay with them the manger at the lie about the free tablet and plus manger at the service center lied to so this will be my last month with them plus you can even order a phone on there website you have to go to the store to the item so I am going to back to boost mobile were you can get on there website and order phone and etc Plus i pay for two lines for 80 a month and boost charges the same price with better ways to order on line over the phone or in the store metro pcs like Mr trump said your fired.

I live in Dubois and after being in Florida and having a MetroPCS phone there for several years, my phone finally started to die. This was the closest store so my friend and I took off and drove the almost 2 hours to get me a new phone. I had my heart set on an LG Stylo 4 but after talking to Brad, the store manager, I went with the Motorola e5 he recommended and couldnt be happier!!! He even went above and beyond by helping me transfer all my files that didnt automatically transfer over. Hands down the BEST experience Ive had in ANY MetroPCS store ever and Ive been with them since 07!!!!

Horrible service, spotty coverage, cheap phone accessories bought from wish and turned over for profit. Not worth your time nor money.

Watch out for these guys, they will try to sweet talk you into coming into their store and when you get there the deal changes and they still try to sell you something of way lesser value, basically con artists because theyre trying to sell you service that appearently does not work In doors and is missing service in alot of near by areas to Altoona. Promised one thing was told another.. Not a good company bad management on both stores..

Horrible cell service and the staff repeatedly lie about coverage areas so they can get your service. Go anywhere but here.
