This guy is amazing. Reasonable prices and great service. Its nice to help support a local guy who runs a one man shop versus some corporate shop. I know this repair (I priced it) would have been almost 3 times the cost at a corporate store I used to go to. Definitely give this shop your repairs. Definitely worth while

The guy working here on 1/10 absolutely SAVED MY LIFE. I had dropped my iPhone in the gym and my screen shattered to the point of no return.. Stored on it were priceless items that I had neglected to backup, and I was unable to gain access to the phones contents without touch functionality. With no way to recover my files, I was absolutely devastated, and a screen replacement was my only hope. I visited Smart Fix as a walk-in and they immediately began work to replace the screen. Within 35 minutes, my iPhone was repaired well beyond my expectations, and I was able to recover my files. The replacement screen is working great, their Customer Service was fantastic, and I highly highly recommend them! A++!!

They quoted me a price over the phone then raised it $40 when I got there. was supposed to open at 10 am didnt show up tell after a 11:30 because of that contacted someone else and they were $80 dollars cheaper

The price to fix my phone is more than the cost to replace it brand new, also my insurance doesnt recognize them as in their network. So bummer

I waited almost an Hour, they say they open hours start at 11 . But no one seen or wont even answer phone to set appointment.

Great service at a great deal. Didn’t waste any time 20 minutes in and out with a new screen under $100. Not the highest quality replacement, slightly thicker and the home button doesn’t sit as snug and there is a small discolored pixel but exactly what I needed to hold me over and make a great working phone again! Thanks, I’ll be back next time I drop my phone.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, but I can’t. I went there to get my battery replaced. The man ended up breaking my home button and software. Along with that we attempted to put the old battery back in to see if it would start working again- it didn’t. He was so unknowledgeable, he had to call someone to see how to fix it. The guy was going to charge us for the battery, but decided not to after he realized how badly he broke my phone. We didn’t leave with a new battery. So now I have a junk battery, a home button that doesn’t work, and my software is destroyed. The man decided to tell me after he broke it that this is a common problem when replacing iPhone 7 battery. It would’ve been nice to know before this happened.

Phone would not charge properly, took it to them with no appointment and they had it fixed in 20 minutes. Very polite and courteous as well as reasonably priced.
