The customer service was very courteous and professional. The T-Mobile system to port the phones was a headache! She called a CS Rep who said our plan was not in existence but with another Rep it was and then it takes a day to get the one we wanted. So always plan to spend more time there then you think.
This was the first time in the store and it couldnβt have been a better experience.Frank handled our needs which were substantial with grace, excellent technical skills and extreme patience. Weβve been through many phones and had an over 50 year relationship with our previous carrier but finally tired of the arrogance and confiscatory pricing. Couldnβt be happier with our choice of T-Mobile this outlet. Highly recommend.

T-Mobile is the best! We just switched l donβt regret it! They have better phones, better pricing, and overall better customer service. They also offer a first responders discount. The coverage is just as good as any of the other major carriers and the data speed is better!The people at this store donβt rush you or try to talk you into anything. They work with you and explain everything.

Sam was nothing short of amazing as soon as we walked in the door. His customer service and customer interaction is something words canβt explain. If sam has an opportunity in the future to be promoted I feel he is hands down the most obvious choice.

We are a rare case. My mother in law and I were in there to get a service plan that would be beneficial to her since she is a senior citizen. I was added as the extra line, mainly bc it was affordable for both of us and if any problems arise, I can take care of it for her (she hates talking on the phone). We were lied to about what plan we were getting. The girl who sold us the phones, messed up, lied on top of it saying we could get our plan for 90 a month.. and a one time payment of 125. I asked so many times before signing the contract if this deal was really true. She assured us over and over and when signing the contract I asked if there will be any extra taxes and fees .. she said no.. 90 dollars flat. (I find out later it was her first day, but unfortunately for T-Mobile, Iβve worked at a cell phone co before and the computer screen tells you the price and total price.. she didnβt mess up .. she lied !!!! Then when coming in to try and fix it, a manager wouldnβt even let us get a word in edge wise and degraded me in front of other customers, calling us liars and we can either sign and leave and get my money back she over charged me (which I didnβt even know happened until then) the girl told me a one time payment of 125.. it wasnβt.. she charged me for two phones and I didnβt check my account bc I took her word. Six months later, after adjusting our bill every month (customers service is great though) and me calling in.. a rep named Laquita told me to go into the store and not leave til they change it bc corporate said they have to honor the lie the girl told us. βDO NOT LEAVE TIL HE FIXES IT β she told me. The guy that was there the night she sold us these phones, and the day that the manager went way out of line to insult us.. gave me his word I could go home (bc heβs the manager now, Sam) and he would call me later that day or tomorrow bc heβs a new manager and it will be fixed. Iβm always patient w customer service workers but now 7 months later, Iβm irate!! He never called me back.. called him, he told me again to give him til the end of the day. He never called... we called support again I was told to go back in and not leave again til itβs fixed. We went in and the girl that lied to get a sale, was there and the manager wasnβt. I was very polite, didnβt even tell her I knew it was her, and was more than patient when she tried to help. She called customer service to see if she could change the bill (more than Sam did). They asked her what promotion we were given and her exact words were βthere was no promotion like that. It didnβt existβ So they told her it can be changed by a manager. She told us she was going to call him.. instead of just calling she went outside w her phone, called him. Now, thatβs strange bc thereβs nothing but big open windows so someone can see if your talking or not. She was on the phone for several minute and came in and started writing our info down on a paper m.. I asked her nicely what it was for. She said it was for Sam bc she couldnβt get ahold of him! Ok.. he never contacted us back.. as usual. I canβt believe that tmobile would back the way Iβve been tossed around and lied to. Iβm fed up!!

Rich at the TMobile store was amazing! He was so helpful in getting our Sprint phones upgraded. His customer service was the best Ive encountered in a very long time! Kudos to TMobile and a huge thanks to Rich for a great experience!
Deplorable encounter with staff in the store. Unable to perform simple task with 2 hours of wait. Repeating the memorized line from an info sheet over and over and not listening to the CUSTOMER is ridiculous. Only for the 800 number customer service folks to call the store location and explain to the store staff what needed to be done. It was handled, by ONLINE customer service ( bravo TMOBILE team ) in less than five minutes. Donβt expect T-Mobile excellence from former Sprint employees. Just call the tmobile 800 number, you will have knowledgeable people who will treat you like a valuable customer. Itβs not all about phone sales quota.

If you need to go here and there is only one person ahead of you, you had better start clearing your daily plans for the next couple hours. I dont blame the employees, but I do blame the management.
Service has really improved since the merger with Sprint. Less dead areas. Speeds have improved. Way cheaper than AT&T which I switched from when they canceled my discount and doubled my monthly bill! Best move I ever made.
Switched to T-Mobile from ATT yesterday and it was a great decision- nearly cut my bill in half! I was expecting switching carriers to be rough but Sam and Sierra made it pretty painless! Thanks guys!

Cheaper than Other carriers for a reason. It is safe to assume they hire for minimum wage as the Customer service and work ethic is deplorable here.T-Mobile in its self might be ok but this store is horrid.

I will never again go there. I didnt.like the phone and returned it. They wouldnt return my Activation fee and some other fees as well I spent $150 there and returned me $31.80 back. The store told me I had to call corporate so I did and corporate told me I had to call the store to get my money back I will never go there again
