Ive been a Boost customer for over a year now, and have a family plan. My sons device kicked the bucket and through some research I found the best option for pricing and sales was in store only. Keep in mind, each store is independently owned, therefore sales and promotions as well as device pricing will vary at each store. So why is this my go to store now? Because THIS LOCATION ONLY offers FREE activation on ALL activations ALL THE TIME. That is for new and existing customers ...a $30 value that they waive every time. I have never understood the activation fee being so high, and have found this is the cost of activation with ALL providers. I was with at&t for nearly 20 years, with a huge family plan. They never waived a single activation and looking back, I wish I rode switched sooner. The staff at this location was friendly and knowledgeable, they were fast and very apologetic while our activation ran a little long due to server delay that was not their fault. They had a large selection of accessories at the best prices Ive seen around plus had lots of great quality bluetooth speakers and headphones on slide, also at excellent prices! Great store, great staff, great deals and NO ACTIVATION FEE EVER. If youre a boost customer, or thinking about it, make this your go to store!

Took my phone in for a broken screen fix 1st originally only to take an hour, go pick it up and Hayden tells me it wont turn on which sometimes happens,assures me its fixable and gives me a loaner phone for the night.. fast forward 1 week later phone still not fixed so I give Hayden an earful out of frustration due to his numorous run arounds bout wen the phone will b fixed he in return gives me the phone back completely ruined n broken all due to his ego getting hurt cuz I swore at him!!!! While threatening to call the police on us!!! So now Im out money for a new phone and currently In talks with the BBB!!!

Quintin was excellent,friendly,kind,over the top customer service turned a horrible day into a great day when i couldnt find a battery for my phone battery warehouse sent me to boost mobile said they will definetly help you out ty ty ty for fixing the problem in a timely manner

My fiance and I were in yesterday after having a very negative experience at another location and the people at this location were absolutely AMAZING. They were very helpful and friendly/great customer service and tried to get everything taken care of as quickly as possible and didnt hassle us at all.

Boost Mobile the company is excellent. Great customer service and social media presence. However, the Boost Mobile store in Altoona is far from ideal. I waited in the store an hour before they took one look at my phone and told me they couldnt help me with it. Had I been told before standing for an hour, I would be much less frustrated at the staff. Of course, when I call to voice my frustrations, it is all my fault, even though the manager assumed I would have a necessary part when I called a week prior to confirm I could be helped. Really? Assumptions? Terrible customer service. Take the five seconds and ask if I have everything, and I wouldnt have wasted a day driving to Altoona to be told tough luck. I wish there were other Boost Mobile stores in the area, but for now, I am stuck with awful this customer service.
