Everyone was super professional, not talking about personal stuff amongst eachother like other places. They had good attitudes about working. They filled my tires with air and they checked everything. My reverse lights had been out and I knew that. They fixed those for only like $9 each. They honored my coupon I had from The Entertainment Guide. As a woman I felt taken care of by Ryan and his team. Everyone acknowledged me. Good job. Ill be back!
I usually go somewhere else for my oil changes but Jiffy lube was recommended to me. I tried them out. I was happy with the professional service and kindness shown to me. The employee was aware I was going on a long trip. I felt like he cared by making sure my car was well taken care of and wishing me a safe trip . I always thought of Jiffy Lube as subpar service and one I didnt want to trust my new car with. It was a large investment and the only car in my lifetime that I got a loan on. I want to take the best care of it. I was forced to go to Jiffy Lube as all the other car mechanic around me that do oil changes were booked. Not only was I proven wrong by the service but the men that serviced my car were all very professional, understanding, and accommodating. They were understanding and accommodating with my change of type of oil, explaining my options in detail but the the main man (wish I got his name) sat there for a bit figuring out how to get the option to come up to reset the oil change alert that pops up when you need an oil change every time you start the car. Not only that but he backed up all the way showing me how to get those options to come up which included something I couldnt find for the life of me, trip A and this car also has a trip B. I also learned something new I didnt even know my car had, tire pressure info of all 4 tires. Which is going to save me so much money as I was looking into tire pressure gages. Something that gives real time updated tire pressure info. Which this car has built in and I had no idea.Im in customer service therefore tend to be really critical of customer service agents. This man, and all the men, went above and beyond and it was amazing. Especially given that this is a fast in and out type of business. He sat there figuring out how to get this alert to stop popping up and teaching me how to get to it and a bunch of other info. Something he totally didnt need to do and it did take like 10 mins or so..which is a substantial amount of time there. And I now feel like I can trust Jiffy Lube with my new car. Will return for all my other oil changes and possibly even more. I saw on their signs that they do tires and other things. It really caused me to have a new found trust of Jiffy Lube and I felt very much taken care of. Thank you Jiffy Lube!

So I go in last week because my car began stalling and the check engine light was on. Steve advised me it was the crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor A & B, and an ignition coil. Unaware of the Hyundai warranty I have on the car (which they failed to mention to me) they proceeded to tell me to leave my car over night so they could replace the parts. Upon leaving Jiffy Lube that day my car had gone more downhill. I took it to Hyundai Dealership and their technician has told me that the workers at Jiffy Lube are not reputable for mechanical services and could’ve possibly messed the car up even more. The codes for the EXACT parts they claimed they changed are coming up again on Hyundai’s code scanner. Before turning my car into Hyundai I gave Steve a call and he had an attitude and didn’t offer to replace anything and jumped to the conclusion that it was something more “internal” she. It’s a brand new car with only 58,000 miles. Please don’t trust Jiffy Lube is all I’m saying. My mother dropped $554 on these services just to have them fix nothing.
The guys working at Jiffy Lube on 434 especially the Manager is extremely pleasant, friendly and always courteous. I have been going there for years with my cars and it has always been an enjoyable experience. My car probably has the over $320k miles and it is always fun to hear the manager ask, how many miles is on there now, rooting for me to reach my goal of 350k. I will surely recommend the Jiffy Lube on 434 near 436 if customer service is important to you.

I used to come there everytime i change the oil of my car. Before the staff were very profesional, attentive and very quick. This time that i went all personel were changed. I had to wait in my car just before to be driver inside like 5 minutes, funnie thing it was empty.The never show me the maintenance schedule for replacement of fluids for my car.At the end never vaccum the carpet and the wheel was left with oil as well as the driver door, nasty!.The statement shown clean carpet windshield fluid fullfill, but that is b.s.Is a shame Jeffy Lube changed for the bad experience.
If I had purchased the conventional oil change they would have rotated my tires. However I got the more expensive synthetic oil and they did not rotate my tires because it was an offer only for the conventional oil change.
I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for around 6 years now, however, the service that I consistently from the Altamonte Springs location is nothing short of PERFECT! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I always feel like a priority (even when they are busy!)The team there is very good about explaining the necessary maintenance that is required, however they are never pushy and do their best to explain what truly must be done and by when. (This is a BIG one coming from a 26 y.o. female who knows little about cars 😅)My most recent visit I had my oil changed along with new tires installed. I was so impressed this day because the tires that they found in my price range were about 40 or so miles away. Knowing that I was actually trying to head out for a road trip that afternoon, they offered to personally run out and pick them up that morning so that I did not have to wait or worry. Within an hour after the tires arrived they had me out the door.This is the only shop I trust when Im looking for fast, friendly and reliable service.Always grateful for this team!

I brought my car in for an oil change and afterwards there was a leak in our driveway. I returned to Jiffy Lube and was told it was an oil pan leak, most likely the plug and/or gasket (which they had removed to change the oil). Jiffy Lube offered to replace the plug and gasket — but with a fee.A couple of days later I took my car to my mechanic of 30+ years and discovered the oil in the car was dark and dirty. So, I brought my car in without a leak and needing an oil change and left with a leak and dirty oil.Even after I presented a container of the oil that came from my car management would not refund my money but would only offer a free oil change. Thanks, but I dont need another stain on my driveway nor do I need to run my car on dirty oil thinking that the engine is safely operating with new, clean, viscous oil.
This place was amazing. Im sure timing had some to do with it. But I was in and out in under 20 min. They were able to get me started right when i pulled in. I stayed in the car. And before I knew it they shut down my hood and that was that. They didnt try and upsell me any items I didnt need. He checked and they were in good shape (air filter, cabin filter, wipers) usually they always say you need those items. This place wasnt like that. Both of the guys working were on their game. Im assuming its always like this. I will let you know next time I have a service done. Its definitely worth going to.

I called and needed help with a nail in my tire 😭 Steve answered the phone and greeted me and ask how he could help me. I explained my situation and he said come right in he would help take care of me. I showed up and was greeted at my car. They walked me in and we discussed the issues I was having and they got right to work. Steve also gave me a couple diff option on how to handle my issue starting with the cheapest option to the smartest option. He was amazingly helpful and kind. I most definitely will be coming back 😀🙌

They wanted nearly a hundred dollars for an oil change. When I laughed I saw the guy reach in and twist something in my engine as he was closing the hood. I dont know why they even opened my hood. I went to sweet water car wash and lubes. They gave me a $40 oil change and confirmed my coolant cap was loose while the rest were tight. My car is new. So put 2 and 2 together. No professionalism here.Also, please read the reply they left me. Professionalism isnt here at all. They just proved my point!

I had a pleasant experience with jiffy lube, they were polite made us comfortable and got to business. Now I only went for an oil change, it was fast, I got my vehicle vacuumed windows clean, you know a little extra thank you for coming type thing, David is the rep I had and he is very nice well be back, and well see how it goes if we need anything else done.

New car was showing oil needed to be changed at low mileage. I suspected a problem with the sensor / computer. Guy didn’t even want to check. Instead tried to sell me a $100 oil change. I left and took my car up the street to Take 5. They confirmed my suspicions. They checked my oil level (full and clean), fluids, looked for leaks, and reset my the computer all for free.Don’t do business with Jiffy Lube.

I brought my 2005 Mustang here for a clutch replacement. Only giving it two stars for nice workers. After $1,170.00 I have a new clutch. Despite spending all of this money my clutch is rattling, and there is another metal rattling sound and the engine light is on. Only driven it a handful of times since Ive received it because of this. I have video proof of these sounds not existing before the replacement and will be calling and stopping by when I have free time (working and a student) to have these new problems fixed at no expense of my own. This is unacceptable after spending over $1,000.00!!! I even have trouble shifting into second gear sometimes! I Will fight for free repairs on the NEW issues that have never existed before arriving. I will even bring a previous mechanics statement if I have to. I had a coolant leak repaired at my usual mechanic where I talked about getting the clutch replaced soon. That was the only repair needed to keep my car issue free. I had known about it for some time and so had he. Its almost out so I go to the jiffy lube because its close. They up sell me 300 over the standard price and give me my car back with even more issues than it had arrived with. Expect calls soon.
Good, fast service. Expect to say no to a lot of things, air filter, wiper blades, things of this nature. They charge way too much for this type of service and no matter what you tell them when you first show up, they will always ask. Overall a good experience and a fast oil change.
Terrible. I went for an oil change. The guy told me it will be 20 minutes. I go next door to get a sandwich come back in 10 minutes and my car is sitting outside. I ask is it done and the guy says he doesent feel comfortable doing my car. Because I went and got a sandwich and I have a gun in the glove box. THIS IS FLORIDA WE ALL HAVE OUR REGISTERED GUNS IN THE GLOVE BOX. And I came for an oil change anyway why are you in my glove box. I started to ask him a question and he said just take your car somewhere else. It was a long nose skinny head white dude. Horrible attitude my guess is hes giving bad customer service and angry because his boss is black and he wants the whole place to have a bad reputation. The black owner in the front gave me no issues. Just the long nose weirdo . Never will be back.

Brought in my 10th Gen Honda Civic, they did an excellent job and getting me what I needed in a jiffy. A tad higher in price than what I would usually pay for but, it was a great service and Ill give the location a (5) star for great service.
I was not happy with this store . My last two oil changes, buying the same brand high milage oil, with a coupon, at other competitors was only $35. I was charged $59 here WITH a coupon. And only after reminding the service person a second time, after I saw the high total, did he apply the coupon. The service was both friendly and fast, hence the two star rating instead of one star. This was my first and last time ever going here for an oil change. Ill be returning to one of the other two competitors I used in the past.I disagree. Both are well known chains, and assured me, one even showing me the exact oil I was asking for. It was not a lower grade or recycled oil. My appoints were equally quick as your. And the first place only suggested the minimum extra options as you did, the second place didnt try to sell upsale me anything beyond what I needed. Im sure they about their reputations as well, and both have high reviews. I only came because of your $20 off coupon, which was no savings at all.
Third time at this place and the service has been exceptional. The manager Steve is an amazing manager who us always willing to help. All of the staff is professional and they know what they are doing. I will be coming here from now on, and would recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone in the area.

Sadly zero stars is not an option here. I went to purchase a car battery and they did not honored the warranty of the battery. The battery was only two years old and according to the manufacturer (Interstate) warranty the battery was in the 45% off SRP at year 3,4 and at year 5 it was 25% off and they told me NO, I dont know about that and this was the manager at least he told me that he was the manager. So please people do not go to Jiffy Lube its a bad place to buy car parts or anything else. At least from my part I will never go to any Jiffy Lube during the rest of my natural life.

DO NOT GO HERE. Brought in my 2014 limited Kia Soul for an oil change. This wasnt my first time there so I thought they were decent. Car barely has 40k miles and ran perfectly fine was even checked at other places. Went to get another oil change about a week ago, the very next day the car started having issues. I called to ask why the car would suddenly start having issues starting all of a sudden and didnt get much of a response. Fast forward to today, and my car is now needing to be towed. I called them and they said they will call there regional manager to see what they could do and would call me back, that was hours ago and are now ghosting my calls. I tried calling three additional times and it just rings for minutes until I hang up. Needless to say, if the other place finds that Jiffy damaged my car, they will be hearing from us. DO NOT go to this location, in fact, I wouldnt go to any Jiffy, I can only bet theyre all run the same way.

BEWARE!!!....dont bring your vehicle here for anything. They are awful! We brought our 2006 Hyundai here for an oil change. We were told the radiator hoses, clamps and coolant should be changed as a maintenance because of age of car and coolant level was low. Since this is our only car, we had the work done. Shortly thereafter we noticed coolant leaking all over our garage floor. We then made an appointment with them and took it in. All we got was the run around. The mechanic was rude and insulting. We never had a problem with our car until they worked on it. We went 3 times and there was never a manager on duty to help us. They never fixed the THE PROBLEM THEY CREATED plus we are out of the $254.91 that we spent. Stay far away from this place!!!

Very disappointed in this location, not my fault A former employee did not charge for tire rotation in the passed Mr GM, you where Awfully aggressive to somebody thats been coming loyally to your location. Also your oil change stickers that goes inside say 7$ next oil change..... and uber has a deal with jiffy Lube, never got or asked for both discounts that I should have been getting. Will not be back to this location service and price for tire rotation sucks, want GM to remember the last time I was in for my oil change, the previous technician got my oil filter jammed and I waited for an extra 35 min, until you had to go under and get it off. 24.99 for tire rotation is a RIP off.

Dont ever bring your vehicle to this jiffy lube. i brought my 2013 dodge ram truck in for an oil change and the tech said that i should change the oil in the rear so i agreed. 16 miles later Im stuck on the side of the road with a burnt out rear. Still havent been reimburse for my repairs yet. please if you love your car and money dont go there

Think I gave review for the wrong store. This store could have overcharged me for a percieved problem but they did not. Saved me $300. Took care of my other service requests for less than I expected to pay. They are now my first choice for differential and transfer case service.

Went to get a brake job that Stefen had offered during a previous oil change. After informing me that the rotors would need to be replaced, IN TIME, he went ahead and replaced the pads as agreed. After one and a half months, I brought the car back for the store to fix the constant brake squealing that began after they replaced the pads. After again, informing me that the rotors would need to be replaced, IN TIME, Stefen informed me the brakes were fixed and that if the squealing persisted it should go away in a few weeks.After giving the benefit of the doubt, and allowing for a NUMBER of weeks for the squealing to go away, I ultimately went to Aamco to have the brakes worked on properly. Granted, Aamco resurfaced the rotors as well, but Jiffy Lube never informed me the rotors were of such immediate importance.After contacting Jiffy Lube for reimbursement, and speaking with Stefens manager Mike, they informed me that they would not reimburse my expense as I WAITED TO LONG to address the matter. Waited too long? I first addressed it after only one and a half months or 45 days, well within normal warranties! Mike further stated that he had worked with Stefen for a number of years and that Stefen had no reason to lie that he had informed me of the importance of replacing the rotors immediately and that declining the replacement was against his advice. No reason to lie? How about covering his own A**! Essentially, this implied that I was the one that was lying! So much for customer service! This advice not only was not given to me at the time the job was done, neither the first nor second time, it was purely given to Mike in hindsight for purposes of CYA. Oh well, I cant force them to do something they dont want to do. But, I can advise to SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY if you are thinking of having your brakes done here.My wife ran into a similar brake issue with this store about 6 months ago that also went unfixed after an additional visit for them to remedy the mistake. Low-and-behold, this also had no bearing with Mike. GO ELSEWHERE. You will likely be going elsewhere later anyhow. Save yourself the time and money!

Told me my coolant reserve was EMPTY and it was merely low. They charge $5 to top off coolant and I added less than a quart. They also told me I had a reverse light out which was true but I was aware my driver side brake light was out as well and when I asked about it he said the reverse light was all. I doubt they even checked half of their 40 point inspection
I brought my 2015 Chevy here to get an oil change not a week later I found my battery wasnt hooked back up properly witch draned a new battery and about 3 weeks later my car tells me my oil life is at 3% if I had an older car and trusted the mileage they put on the sticker i would of blown my engine. I WILL never go back here and will be contacting corporate.

My cars brake caliper fell off right in front of the store and broke through the rim. Louis came out, crossing traffic, changed the tire and limped the car across into the shop. We found the bolt and they reinstalled the caliper. We still made it to our Anniversary dinner thanks to Louis and the crew!Thanks!

Do not ever go here. Lies and dishonesty. Will tell you they fixed something, in my case my AC, charged $84 and 2 days later still hot. Come to find out they only put freon in it. I came back and told them that freon is not determining whats wrong and asked for my money back so I could take it to a real mechanic. They promised me my money back, and after 2 weeks of the DM handling it, several phone calls to the GM waiting for a check to be cut, coming to the office several times, Im still out $84 and a hot AC. Very dishonest, bad service, zero customer concern.
