It was initially a two hour wait because a tire had to be ordered and picked up from the other store. An hour later they forgot to bring it over. They apologized, totally fine. I had to wait an extra hour. Three hours later the nice gentleman finally checked me out and I was all set as soon as I got home the tire pressure light comes on in my car for the same tire that was replaced “brand new”.

I had two things stolen from my car here. One was a Sentimental large blue marble made to look like an 8-ball. Another was 2 quarters from my change compartment.I always count coins before I take my car into any sort of shop. Its a good test of the morals of an establishment and the men here have failed.Quarters are quarters. But the Sentimental marble was an item I kept in a semi-hidden area. I thought it was safe because it has no monetary or really even aesthetic value but I was wrong and they took petty advantage of me. The marble was one my deceased brother and I found in a lake together. I have the memory of the day which I cherish, but some one here selfishly took the physical form of it as well as it being the only physical item I had from my brother. Im horrified and hurt. Shame on you guys, I hope you learn to think about your actions and what they may cause others to feel or experience.
I have used this Firestone for many many years. I take my 3 work vehicles there for routine maintenance and my personal vehicles as well. Last time I took a work truck there because just had new breaks put on and one was making a loud noise so I took it in to look at it. It was under warranty so they said they would fix it. Also while it was there (another main reason I took it in) was the turn signals were not working. I called every day in the morning and at night to get updates but they kept saying they would talk to the tech and call me back. They never once did. After having the work truck for 5 days they still had no answer and did not do the electric diagnostic to find what is wrong with the turn signals. Every day my truck is off the street costs money. I will never do business with this location again.

Bought 4 new tires and wipers for MY daughters car and new wipers. When I got the car back had tire sensor light on. They said it goes bad and will cost over $100 to replace. After a long fight they replaced it for free. 3 month later when my 15 year old starts driving the wind shield wipers don’t wipe and started to fall apart. I took it there and asked them if they forgot to change it . They had a guy go look at it and he said : Nah that’s normal here in Florida you know the sun is hot etc... so I went down the street to a auto part store and bought new ones and asked him if he thinks those wipers are from January. He said no way in hell this wipers are from January. I won’t be taking my 4 cars there no more.
My daughter took her car to this store and was told she needed a thermostat replaced and gave her an estimate of almost $700 including a $99 “diagnostic fee.” I called the store to speak with service advisor, Alex, about the estimate and to see why we were being charged a fee to diagnose the car which has not been my experience at other Firestone stores or car repair shops. He informed me that in his 6 years with Firestone they always charge this fee. I called Corporate Customer Service. Alex called back to say that the area manager had given him permission to waive the fee; however, still held fast that he was right to charge the fee. Not happy with our experience, my daughter picked up the car and we took it to another repair shop. They cleared the codes in the computer and checked over the car. Nothing wrong and I was not charged a penny. Stay away from this Firestone. They do not represent the service and care I am accustomed to at other Firestone stores.

Called to make an appointment, employee who answered the phone immediately asked to put me on hold, then abruptly asked to take my phone number to call me back. Its been 24 hours with no call back. Dont go here, clearly they dont want or need the business, nor are they familiar with manners.
Very friendly, honest and very efficient. Communication was great. My car was ready before the promised time. My hubby said the work was done well. A little pricey in my opinion from calling around but Im a believer in YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, with larger things such bad a car. My life and my familys life is worth a couple xtra bucks.

I have been a faithful customer for years. I asked my car to be looked for metallic knocking sounds when I steer. I got a quote for over $1000 to repair. I took my car for a second opinion, and he tightened things up for no charge, and my car is running as it should. Either skill was insufficient to address the issue or had a bad intention to make money out of me. Too bad.

They always do a great job, I never have to come back and they keep me posted no matter how busy things are. I go out of my way for their service.
An hour and a few minutes for the oil change. Tech was nice. Had a question about a noise when I got into the car after paying and didnt like the we didnt cause that attitude when my point was to be sure the vehicle was safe. It really is how someone feels when they leave a place that matters. Would probably not go back.

My car was shaking while idling, and I took it here to get fixed on a Friday afternoon. The problem was fixed by Saturday evening.The good:Quality work. My car is no longer having any issues because the ignition coils were replaced on all of the cylinders.The bad:Customer service. Every time I walked in it took at least 2 minutes to even acknowledge I was there, even if there was no one being helped or anyone on the phone.Communication. Extreme effort had to be made by me to get any information about the problem and work being completed. Rather than let me know, I was forced to ask questions and given very short answers. Phone communication was similar, it always seemed as if there was not enough time for them to have any conversation.Time management. I dropped my car off Friday afternoon and was told Id get some diagnosis Saturday morning. I called Saturday at noon and they had a quote but had not called me. I was given a quote which I agreed to after probing about the issue and asked how much time it would take to fix. They said 30 minutes, so I planned to be there about an hour later to give some buffer time. When I got there they had not even started and I ended up waiting another 2 hours in the lobby before leaving. They called me another hour after I left that it was finished. By the time I picked up my car I had wasted 3 Uber rides.Overall - if you have the luxury of extra time and energy this place is for you. Drop it off and wait for the final call to pick it up. Otherwise dont waste your time and energy and head somewhere else!

I have been a customer for a very long time and I have several landscape trucks and buy several tires. I was told today that they can not repair a nail in a trailer tire even though I bought several from them, so I went somewhere else and had no problem.

There service was great. We had a blowout on I-4. Changed to a small tire witch was not inflated correctly. They put air in that for us and ordered a new tire. We went to lunch, came back they had the new tire ready to go on the car. We were in & out in less than 1-1/2 hrs

Moe is the rudest employee I have ever encountered at this Firestone. They are going to lose a lot of business bc of his attitude. And you can tell he doesn’t want to help the customers. The phone says the calls are recorded for quality assurance. Well they best start listening to what Moe does.

After the service was done he call me. So button line make an appointment they team on that store will take care of the rest.
Great place, just be careful of some of the work they are way over price on some things, but for the most part. They are fair and there staff is out standing. Highly recommend.
Had a good experience with the services I came in for. Unfortunately, upon receiving the car my drivers side window failed to move up or down. Firestone representative came out and tried to physically move window up and down, which may have worsened the condition. He then stated that it was the motor and it was a coincidence that it happened to failed right at that moment. I acknowledged the plausibility, and asked if they could simply fix the issue. I understood that they were busy and was willing to wait until days end, but representative was persistent in saying it will take days to fix. Just contacted customer service (which was surprisingly pleasant to speak to) and filed a complaint. Will update later.
I have been coming here for many years. The last few years Ive been in for work Im always taken care of by store manager Brendon Tran. He is surely a credit to the company through his complete customer care and satisfaction. I have specialty performance cars and I am a little OCD over them...Brendon understands and accommodates me accordingly. I only come here for tire purchases and alignments but those services have been rendered flawlessly each and every visit. I always tip the mechanic, as a courtesy, for really taking time and being extra careful with my cars. Extra good service deserves a little something.
Had to get a replacement tire since one blew out near the store after I was done with work. Had to leave the car overnight since they had to get the tire from the sanford store and this was close to closing. They everything finished next day but was told the contact number we left didnt have a voicemail (which isnt true, if they had dialed my correct number I have to have voicemail for work). Appreciated Joey, Moe and the hard working staff. Ill be bringing my vehicle back!
Open till 7 means open till 7. Imagine trusting a person to advise you in parts, mechanic work & your vehicle when they can’t even list a time on a clock properly. Updating on online listing takes milliseconds for the change, moments for the action itself, and costs 0$.

Awesome service! Went in there with the thought that my alternator was messed up (local mechanics diagnostics) but they tested it there and it was all good. Turned out to be the battery, my next step was the Ford dealership. Thanks to them Im up and running with full power. Im not sure why there are bad reviews? This use to be my go to place for tires and routine maintenance. During my last visit the tech performed a complimentary cabin air filter check and recommended it be changed. It indeed was dirty, but I am fully capable of opening my glove box and moving a lever then, the cover to replace the filter so I said no.When the tech performed this complimentary check he allowed debris fall into the fan/blower assembly. Instead of cleaning the debris out it was left for me to find. The tech even tried to hide it by turning the AC to the lowest speed.When I went to pick up my vehicle I cranked the AC because it is hot outside. Surprise the AC system now sounds like a wood chipper!! Their response was of course we can clean it out, but you will need to pay $70 for the filter change. Paid the money because I did not want to cause any damage to the system, since I live 30 minutes away. About an hour and a half later the filter was FINALLY replaced and the mess they created was cleaned up. This was after my vehicle had already been there for five plus hours.Entered a complaint through the website and received a halfhearted call the next day from Phil the manager. The only person that that attempted to rectify the issue was the service manager, but that was only after I was visibly irritated while paying for the filter change (too little to late). I will no longer recommend their service or have any work completed there.Reference # = 00014876

No urgency. Here before they opened, will likely be here through lunch. For a simple patch/plug nail in the center of the tread. Was late, now embarrassingly late.Dont go here if you have a job/sense of dignity. Watching the employees take constant cigarette breaks/20 minute runs to 7-Eleven for more full throttle will just make you sad.Never again. Havent even pulled my car in, but plenty of time to chat and smoke and walk around. I should have gone to Walmart and fixed it myself.
The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. This is one of the only shops that respected me as well as my car. I ended up being there longer than expected but they did an excellent job making up for it.

I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation a guy dropped off with was not the friendliest, but when I came to pick it up they were super nice. They may good recommendations for the vehicle had it done in a timely matter and even put a coupon on for me without me having to ask for it! I was very pleased. Thanks guys.Update: took my wife’s car in the past two sundays. First time I took it at 9am and was told it would be done by 1. Went back at 1:30, hadn’t touched it. Terrible customer service. I called up when they were busy, and they made it abundantly clear that I was bothering them, like I had done something wrong. Its not my problem that you cant handle your business. So unprofessional. Im actually pretty bummed out because I have always used Firestone. Their technicians have always been straight with me, - theyve saved me money. But Im not going to fight to get them to take my money when Tire Kingdom is right down the street. They were great! I saved money, they didnt try to sell me a bunch of crap, and they were professional despite also being busy.
This is the best Firestone in Central Florida! The guys at this location are trustworthy and always make sure they provide me with the best options. I have taken many of my cars here and have never felt uneasy or as if my vehicles werent in good hands.

Just moved from Virginia to Florida. We love firestone in VA, but we have a trusted store that weve been using for years. I brought my car here for an oil change and when I checked out they told me I also needed a new battery because mine was pretty much dead. I declined and took my car to Advance because thats where I bought my battery and it was still under warranty. My battery was running at 100%. Completely fine. This firestone store tried to take advantage of me.

They have told me twice that I need an alignment in my car. I took my cars to Sears few minutes later and they told me the alignment were good. Liars!!! Dont trust them!! Also I had a problem with their quote over the phone. When I got there the price was a mistake. After 24hrs I called to see if my cars was ready. They didnt know anything about it. If you decide to give them business please call them often to make sure they know your car is there.

I scheduled an appointment online to have two tires replaced. A service tech called to confirm appt of my service for the next morning at 8. I arrive at the location the next morning and a hour into me waiting the service tech informs me that I need two more tires which I already knew and He offered a deal on the purchase of 4 tires. I informed him that I only want the two and he lets me know that i have to wait for the other tire to come in. At this point I am aggravated because why didn’t you let me know the day before that you didn’t have the tire. However, online it noted you had 4 in stock. I should have just went to action gator tire. A waste of time!!!

Guys couldnt figure out how to look up the warranty on my tires, and then after replacing the tire, they left off one of my original lug nuts and put on some random blue one that looked like it had been through hell. Didnt notice it until I got home. Thats some sh*tty work right there.
They are not the cheapest place in town, but they are honest and reasonable.

New manager Phil does not lead firestones standard. I have been going there for 3 year and the level of customer service I have received topped Sears and Valvoline car services. Today I felt disrespected by the level of customer service I got from firestone.
Brandon, Nick and their crew are some of the very best. Does not matter what I bring to them they handle it! If you want your ass kissed go somewhere else, if you want your car or truck in my case fixed and fixed right, bring it to the Altamonte Springs Firestone. All I get is can do everytime I walk in the door!

Emily was really rude, when I got the place sje didnt even say Hi, I tried to tell her wjatvwas wrong with my car but since Im not a car person I had a little bit of trouble trying to explain what was wrong with it and she got a little bit aggressive, overall the service itself was good, however Im never going back in this specific firestone, Emilys attitude was really negative and I feel like costumers shouldnt have deal with it. This place is awful. I wish I would have took my business somewhere else. $1,400 is ALOT of money for me to have my car worked on and 4 days without a vehicle is also inconvenient,but I expected such things. What I dont appreciate is my check engine light coming on the same day I get my car back and then them telling me that I would have to drop my car off for them to figure it out. I told them no I will come there and you can run the diagnostic on it. Moe tells me no the guy who does that isnt there and that I would have to bring it in the next day, which I did and was again told no, meanwhile Im trying to explain I dont feel comfortable driving my car around after my engine had had so much work done on it and the engine light mysteriously on after getting the car back...totally rude and completely inconsiderate and unorganized. The rudeness from this guy moe is unbelievable. After spending so much money here I feel like you should show some kind of appreciation or professionalism at least.

Had to have it looked at--Pep boys in Altamonte and Apopka area was Very rude and clearly had no issue forgetting me on hold for 30 mins plus...Gladly appreciated because Firsestone offered the same car inspections for new used for 10.70 vs the 75 pep boys wanted and they were Nice. Clear with the resultes. Not to mention were excellent when setting up the appointment.. Why go else Where???
Our tire blew out in a full garage, where no tow truck could reach. We brought Firestone just the wheel and damaged tire. They not only had a compatible tire in stock, they cleaned the wheel, changed the tire, and loaded it into another cars trunk at no extra charge! Very friendly and polite, too.

Not only did they try to nickel and dime me... he lied and said they cant help me get any better than the $915 quote... mean while their same company just 10 minutes away went over and beyond and found me the same thing for $450.... BE CAREFUL LADIES... this is the shop that will SCAM you.
