I had gone there to change the transmission fluid for my Dodge Grand Caravan 2013 and they did an excellent job.I was very happy so I decided to my other car Toyota Corolla Transmission fluid change well. They are very reasonable and just took less than 45 mins to complete the whole job.I also did replacement of Transmission filter. They are very reasonable.Keep the good work doing. I love this shop! Im a student with a beat up car and have gone to this shop for work to keep my car running, till I graduate. Ron the owner always makes sure I am taken care of the best way possible and gives me his best advice as to what I should get done for the least amount of money. Its never fun having to spend money on repairs, but at least I feel confident that I will not be taken advantage of at Milex Mr. Transmission. I can always trust his expertise!

Milex Mr. Transmission of Altamonte, was able to diagnose and repair my transmission problem, quickly and within my budget. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. R.D. and the crew are honest and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service.

Mr. Transmission was great, they fixed my car quickly and efficiently. They where very polite and did not have a problem with holding my car till I was ready to pick up. One of the best repair shops Ive ever had to go to. I would recommend them to anyone.

I brought my beat 1991 Toyota 4x4 in and asked them to give it a run-through to make sure it was drivable. They did and their advice and service was excellent. They are very flexible and offered to get factory parts if that what was really needed (which sometimes they are and other times they arent). I even brought in a few parts I picked up at the dealer and they were happy to put them in. Over time I see investing in my truck further and will take it to Dave and his crew every time.

Mr. Transmission was great . They were able to diagnose my sons 2002 Volvo transmission problem quickly and had it repaired the next day. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Great service and honest everything was great.

You cant put a price on experience. Took my late 80s vehicle for a transmission. Was very happy to see all the gray hair on all the mechanics there and I knew I came to the right place. Immediately the technician describes all the shortcomings of my transmission and his remedies to not only rebuild it but to also bulletproof the tranny so it will outlast the rest of the car. Ive had the car back now for several days and the tranny is amazing. Shifts better than a factory new unit. The price came out the same as any other shop quoted me. The quality is way better. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

What a ripp off. I paid $1600 cash for Ice cold AC but Ac still warm. Same day I ask them to finish fixing the car but MR RD said come back next week. What? He already got paid and I didnt get what I requested and he expecting me to drive the car with no Ice cold AC in Hot Florida. He already kept the car for five days. That is a rip off.

Ive had an engine replaced and had no problems. Great gas mileage There services-understanding. Will recommend- service is outstanding.

Great staff Rd is really good at their job, they fixed the ac and electrical issues in my Honda pilot at a reasonable price.

I worked with Dave and RD at the shop last week and he was easy to speak and deal with it. I got my truck towed from another shop for free within 30 minutes of calling. They had me out of the shop with rebuilt tranny, new torque converter and new tranny cooler in a day! Even helped me out after that with an unrelated issue for the best price anyone could hope for!! Perry was able to tell me where they were every step of the job. Will certainly refer people from now!

They were very thorough. When I had an issue they thought was related after the fix; they inspected. Even though they found it to be coincidence, they fixed the problem for free as part of my warranty.RD is a great guy.

I had my transfer case rebuilt here. It took 6 weeks for them to get me a functioning transfer case. I was there or on the phone a few times each week trying to get it fixed. They were extremely unpleasant to deal with. They were very nice until I brought it back not working. The fellow in the office and the owner were rude an degrading. I was tried to be convinced it wasnt my transfer case and that I had other problems by the owner even after the master mechanic told me it was the transfer case. I left a poor review on here after a few weeks of aggervasion and still no working transfer case. I received a call from the owner who then yelled and argued with me for close to 5 minutes because of the review. I could not believe the owner of a company would treat a customer like that simply because I had an awful experience and left a review saying so. Extremely unprofessional. The ONLY positive thing I have to say is after 5 weeks of being rude and not being able to fix it, they ordered me a different transfer case. I would suggest going anywhere else. Its not worth your time and they dont deserve your money. Im not leaving this review because I hold anything against them, just dont want others treated the same. Its not worth your time.

The motor on my truck blewe and it was my own fault. They replaced my motor and within three days my transmission went bad. 2 months later my transmission went bad again after they already rebuilt it. It has now been 13 days and I was just told it will be several more days at least before they get my work done.. I have given them nearly $12,000 for transmission and motor and it seems they do not care to help me get my truck back even though this is a warranty repair.. I guess since they already had my money and this is warrantied work they will just get it done whenever they get it done. After they replaced my motor two weeks later I was checking oil and everything on the motor the air filter had never been replaced. It was so bad I am surprised that it was even getting through it.. if I ever get my truck back I will for sure never take it to them again. Theyre acting like I am bothering them because I asked if my truck was done on the 13th day..

A total RIP off. They are nice to get you in with a low quote but it triples by the time theyre finished.

They are always honest always resourceful and knowledgeable of what they do, and they are always professional!Its hard to come across a team like them nowadays. Its comforting to have them as your go to people.

I would give them 6 stars if it went that high. They are truly the best repair shop I have ever been to. They are honest, fair, upfront and take the time to explain the problems and offer suggestions on what can wait if need be and what is a safety issue and should be addressed, They worked on my rare 69 MGC and did a get job getting her back on the road. They give estimates upfront so there are no surprises and you can get a call or email which ever you prefer to stay updated on the cars status. They can work on just about any car newer or classic and it is not just for transmissions. They change oil, brakes, rebuild carbs, do tune ups, fix leaks can work on radiators, electrical issues. You name it they can do it or have a source they can access while your car is there to fix that part if needed, They can even fabricate pieces themselves to save time and looking for rare parts!I will never go anywhere else.Kim Golab

The Altamonte, fl, location has terrible service. RD is very fake as a person and only cares about getting money out of you. They lied about every possible thing on my car and told me dont worry were taking care if it, then turn around and charged me an additional 700 to my bill. They tried to charge me 2400. For doing absolutely nothung to my car. Oh and they ate under my hood and left McDonalds bag and grape jelly packets under my hood and on my engine. My car almost caught on fire. They would not give me the old parts i req before service and said they threw them in the dumpster. They damaged the front of my car &tried to hold it up w rope and didnt tell me. After about a mth of them having my car, not even a wk later my car was doing the same thing i took it in for (not shifting gears). I even allowed multiple chances to fix my car. Please.... take my advise NEVER get service from here. Worst experience ever. See you in court Mr. Transmission.
