Went there to get a patch on my tire I was able to get them to finish the job but they had a problem with putting my spare back which I couldn’t understand. They also were persistent in wanting me to purchase a new tire even though it was nothing wrong with my tire. Placing the spare back under the car should be included in the service of replacing a tire especially if you have a shop with the necessary tools to do it. Is it just me or does this seem strange to most that they refused to do this. Aside from that I thought they did a pretty nice job fixing the holes in my tire. Time efficient and reliable good prices

Went in to get my tire and oil changed. The place looks old but it’s a mechanic shop so who cares. The people were fantastic & efficient. They were so nice and quick. I’ll def be going here from now on I’m so happy I found this place. Prices are great too. Thanks guys!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Total scam artists. I provided all necessary info to purchase specific tires and was quoted a good price. When ordering (they’re ‘weren’t in stock’) i had to correct them on what they were going to order. They increased the price for the correct tires, and i confirmed it was okay to order them. They confirmed the correct ones. Then when i got there to get them installed i was told there were other major structural problems with my vehicle that should be checked out by the dealer, but ‘not to mention’ where i got the tires. When i got home i checked what was installed and it was THE WRONG TIRES. they tried to tell me i got what i ordered, then tried to say they had gotten me a better upgraded tire. When i called the shop about the bait and switch they played, the owner yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me. When i took my vehicle to the dealer they confirmed there’s nothing wrong with it, contrary to the lies made up by these scam artists. The link on google goes to the legitimate Discount Tire chain, but there’s nothing legitimate about THIS place. Stay away from them or get ripped off.

They have quick service, great customer service all the way around. The managers made sure my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner, and the mechanic answered all questions I had! You can tell they work as a team, more so a family! Thankful for them.

Had a great experience! Not only were the prices unbeatable but the service I received was excellent. Needed new tires for my school bus, the old tires were on there for a while and had rusted on and were impossible to remove. The crew went above and beyond to safely remove each one without damage. Excellent work would definitely recommend!

The worst place to go too they take my credit card and charge me. And when I went to my car it was not fixed.They tell me it may be something else this is unprofessional they are not honest people.Being dishonest and not fixing my car.I would recommend for everyone before you pay make sure you get your service confirmation.I will report this to better business bureau

I couldnt be more happy with my service at Florida Discount Tire. I called asking for two brand new tires today and Pedro had them in his store about 2 hours later. Had them on my car in less than 20 minutes after my arrival. I have a bent rim I wasnt aware of and he showed me it. Then offered to give me the contact information to someone who could fix it for less than buying a new one. Top notch service from Pedro and the staff! Plus unbeatable prices. First time costumer this morning and they definitely made a new regular. You dont usually get friendly customer service when it comes to used tire places. Ive used many different places in the area and had issues from shoddy work to really over priced used tires. I usually frequent one by my work because they have good quality used tires but the service is extremely hit and miss and they always try and gouge you on price and unless youre firm with them they wont come down on the price.I called this morning to get tires for my wifes car, manager (Pedro?) answered and was really nice and gave me a straight answer on price. Went down there a few minutes later, manager greeted me and dug through all his tires to get me a matching set for the fronts. I had locking lugs on the rims that I didnt have the key for (I got the car a few months ago and it didnt have the key) and he used a socket and hammer to get them off. Didnt turn me away, didnt complain, did it all while joking and talking to me. He even let me dig through his random pile of lugs to replace those two instead of me having to go down and buy some from AutoZone.All said and done, price was exactly what he said, all the guys I interacted with their were friendly and the work done was fast and done correctly.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for used tires.Thank you and youll be seeing me in the future.

What an awesome place! I had a nail in my tire and was getting ready for a long wait and potentially the hustle of a new tire. Instead I was in and out within 15 min with my tire fixed and excellent service along the way . This is the place to go!

Good prices, prompt and friendly service. However, check your tires pressure before leaving. I checked mine after getting home and these had 45 psi, when the recommended pressure for most vehicle (including mine) is 32 psi. These were over inflated by more than 10 psi.

Fast service and nice staff. They put a bad tire on one of my wheels but they were happy to change it out when I came right back. Careful with any used tire place, it isnt their fault is the tire is messed up but if you wait a few days to bring it back they wont be so happy to change it out.

Great place! It may look kind of run down (they are moving soon) but Ive used these guys 3 times now and they have been awesome. Twice for tires and then to replace an alternator. They are well priced and professional.

Pedro is awesome, hes quick to diagnose, honest about the situation and fair about prices whether its tires, brakes, fuel tank, etc. [Note: The waiting room is not the best but cool. Otherwise, its close enough to walk to Wawa, Starbucks or somewhere else so you can sit and enjoy a beverage or snack. Or you can shop at Ross, etc.]

I am a UCF student and dont know much about cars though Ive been driving since I was 16. I was given an estimate for my brake job from a different well-known shop for $700. Luckily, a fellow school friend recommended this place and I went here. At first, the appearance hesitated me but for the same job, I got an estimate for less than half the price the other place quoted, so I went ahead and got it done here. The staff was very helpful. Im very happy and thankful for an excellent job! Since Im a student, every penny counts.

The Manager Pedro is a no nonsense type of guy, a great mechanic, and has been my mechanic and friend for 19 years. Raza, the owner is a man that will work with you if he knows you well. The other tire/ mechanical employees are hard workers. The shop may not look all that, but the service that comes out of it says it all.

These Guys really helped me when I was in need. I got a flat and went to walmart to have the tire replaced, they made me wait over 2 hours to get this done. I left and Discount tire did it in just 25 minutes.

Great little tire and auto repair shop. Found them on OfferUp. Pedro is the store manager and is a good guy. Wish I could remember the name of the younger guy who installed my tires, think his name is Ricky. He was great, took his time to make sure everything was right. Did not feel like this place was a churn and burn shop. Felt like they wanted you to be a repeat customer. Theyll want to make sure youre taken care of. I purchased 2 Michelins for my Avalon and 2 Michelins for my wifes RX350. Excellent tires with great tread. Best prices for tires in that condition. You treat them with respect and theyll return it. Ill definitely go back and would recommend them. Give them a chance.

Very honest and down to earth I go out of my way and drive passed many tire places to go here. Ive been going to this place for 10 years.

I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. Im gonna tell you guys my experience and you can rate it on your own. I started off going there for 4 used tires, which i paid 40 each for which isnt a bad price. additionally i paid 5 dollars per tpms to be transferred on the new set of rims that i had bought prior to coming there. Anyways the services was quick and i had no issues. the following day my tpms word light came on and I called them and asked if they could check it out. I explained to them that they messed it up when installing it. But regards I ended up paying $90 to fix the tpsm. thats not where the story ends. after a few hours of waiting they finally fixed it and it was time to go home. my light was on, but they insisted that i go home and drive a little and it will reset. i gave them the benefit of the doubt and drove home. few days later the lights was still on. i came back and waited another couple of hours for them to fix it and they couldnt fix it. few more hours gone by and i was ready to leave. They called a friend at firestone and together me and the mechanic drove to firestone and had someone take a look at it. turns out they put on the wrong tpms. so we go back to the shop and put on the correct one. that is what i thought anyway. i drove back to firestone myself and it turns out it was wrong again! I was so over it so i decided to set up an appointment and fixed it with them. lights turned off before i drove it off their parking lot. I called to get a refund from this place and the lady told me they only refund in cash. I said okay ill be there. she said they didnt have enough cash to give me so please come back tomorrow. so the next day I called and told them i was coming. the guy told me not to come because the boss wasnt there yet, and that he would call me back once he did. hours went by and i got fed up with waiting so i decided to drive there since its only 5 mins away from my house. anyways turns up the boss is there and long story short he gave me the refund! but guess what, it wasnt in cash. he refunded me back to my card. he had to call merchant services to get the refund back. he said to the agent on the phone i didnt know how easy this was i assume he never gave refunds. anyways i didnt even get a sorry with all the trouble that i went through. The worst customer service ever. also make sure you wear long sleeve and pants because you will get bit by mosquitoes sitting inside or outside their lobby. This review is only a short review of what i actually went through. waste of time and money.
