I highly recommend this particular Verizon store and especially dealing with the manager CJ. He was fantastic and so patient! We upgraded 3 phones which ended up taking much longer than we thought it would and he stayed an hour and a half after closing just to complete the transaction for us. He was so pleasant and never said a peep about how late it was. I wont go anywhere else after this experience with him. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! About a month ago I traded in my iphone 7 for a 12 pro and CJ could not have been more helpful in introducing me to the trade in offer, ordering my new phone, and offering side by side assistance in setting up my new one. Im not sure of others experiences with Verizon stores, but I would highly recommend this one if you are looking to upgrade to a new phone. Super professional and friendly staff. They were very personable, informative, and most importantly they listened while being respectful the entire time. My experience with CJ was awesome. There was one small error made. He asked me if I wanted insurance and asked him if we currently had insurance. He said yes and added it to my bill. After further checking with my son, he says we have never paid for insurance so I need this removed from my bill.CJ was a great salesman. This is a new location and my experience there was fantastic! My son needed a new iPhone, and the employee CJ was so helpful. He let us know which phones were available and helped us choose the right one for my son’s needs.
