Management was asked to call me when they completed solving a problem for me. I received no response. Verizon prides itself on passing the buck, giving up, blaming their own systems, admitting to flaws and avoiding responsibility. If they dont have it in stock, dont bother. Their website is terrible, phone support is non existent, and the only way to get anyone to talk to you at Verizon is if you offer to buy new service. Otherwise, enjoy your hold music. Dont believe me? Try and call the store directly and speak to a manager. Try it.

Bought a screen protector the sales person put it on told my wife that it was just a bubble and it will go away. Completely lie ending up having to goto the zagg store and pay to get another screen put on it. Verizon rep should have just got another screen and put it on correctly. That would have been great customer service especially since he was the one that put the line in the screen

Keithon and Maggie teamed up in expert problem-solving mode when I arrived at this location with doom and gloom caused by an online order gone wrong made worse by a chat agent who didn’t know what he was doing when he tried to activate my new phone. I have very high expectations and most customer service teams fall far short, but not these guys! I appreciate the sincerity, integrity, and patience it takes to win over a customer like me, and they definitely deserve commensurate recognition. Worst representatives sitting who are not even willing to help or guide customer to add authorized user and they think are losing job in helping technical question as it might be fraudulent . If a customer is asking something at least they should look into account to understand what’s going on. Don’t have to give me any Information but just see what’s happening and how can they help users . An account owner is one and it can have multiple lines and you need to help to add authorized users.

*BEWARE* of their offers scams..We moved from another carrier to verizon when we got the offer for $250 per person will be given with number porting, 4g or 5g with our own phones.. etc.. but now after the move customer care is coming with all kinda excuses not to give us money.. scammers... they cheated us.. and will not accept the offer

She answered all of my questions and assured me, the screen replacement procedure was painless. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST OF THE BEST.I had an appointment today and they wereright on time. Maggie greeted me while opening door and was really friendly.This is by far the best Verizon I’ve been to.I’ve tried other stores until I found this store.Other locations are not helpful or welcoming,specifically E. Plano and Mckinney.Had to get a new SIM card for a new Apple phone.AMANDA and MAGGIE are AS GOOD AS IT GETS.They’re AWESOME!They were thorough and delightful during the process. Went in because my phone stopped working, expecting to have to purchase a new one. James greeted us as soon as we came in. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thankfully, he was able to determine that my phone could be replaced for free! It took a few days to receive the new one but I was so happy to not have to pay for a replacement. My husband did purchase a new phone for himself and our boys. James was great and very personable. Thanks so much for all of your help!

The new style of the stores looks nice and clean which is a great first impression but unfortunately when it gets crowded it shows its flaws. The tables dont leave to much for privacy between sales agent and customer(s). If you are going for a modern look, provide tables throughout the floor to make it feel like a cafe. Now to the good part, as always the sales team is always friendly and helpful with good knowledge of the products sold. I was helped by a wonderful young man and if you are ever in Allen, TX ask for Cooper, you will be in good hands.

I did wait a bit but client volume is unpredictable. I was greeted by Maggie, a bubbly and genuine young lady who offered any assistance she was able to before the next available. Jorge made the process quicker than anticipated and the only hang ups were due to a lack of preparedness on my part. (When switching carriers, have all info like passwords, PINs, account numbers)

The slowest and worst customer service we have had. First we waited 30 minutes to even talk to a customer service rep. Others in the store were right alongside us looking at their watches. We finally talked to someone and told them my wife wanted to upgrade her phone. Then we were told the phones she wanted to see were only mounted to the wall and we could even hold the phone or test the camera on the back. He then told us if we wanted to see these phone that we would have to GO TO BEST BUY... Okay. So we went and found out which phone to get and then went back. We have now been sitting here another 30 minutes just waiting to speak to another person and watching this store struggle to even answer phone calls and manage customers as they slowly file in. People just lazily handling customers and sitting in a single spot. I guess multitasking and helping multiple people is a difficult task. Maybe they should work on a restaurant for a couple days to figure it out...45 minutes and still no one working with us. More people just standing around and others just flat out leaving. Try another Verizon store these guys are horrible

My fiancé and I have been to this location several times. For the most part, we get friendly service. However, we met James from Pennsylvania today and he was awesome! Super personable and very knowledgeable. He was also passionate about helping us find what we were looking for. He made sure we were aware of different options that were available for customers that would be the most cost-effective for us. Will definitely come back again for his services! Thanks James!

Nick told me if I switched over I would get a $250 rebate and handed me a paper of what website to go to in the time frame to get the rebate.Now (months later) I realize I never got the rebate. Now when I call Verizon customer service they say it doesn’t meet the guidelines since I switched the day before the promotion started.Why were there signs up then? And why did he tell me I would get the rebate and even give me the paper of the website to go to and sign up for it? To make his commission it seems.I feel cheated and annoyed.The service doesn’t even work at my job. When my coworkers call me the phone doesn’t even ring.I’m annoyed and I’m paying a lot of money.

Normally I would go to best buy for a cell phone because back when we all didnt have to finance phones best buy had better deals back in the day. However I went to best buy again and I had tons of issues and there service is super slow so I came over to Verizon and they took care of me and got me in and out. Never have I ever had a cell phone transaction be so fast! Highly recommend this location.

Upgrade my iPhone 7 to a galaxy s9+ last week. Experience was super easy and fast. Ended up hating the Galaxy. Came back and they switched out for me to an iPhone 8 Plus. No questions. Phillip was awesome. I’ve used AT&T and Sprint previously and Verizon has always been better.

Nice place. But I want to emphasize that they should be more upfront about telling the bills that customer should expect on his first month. I always feel that they try to be open about details of contract but when you actually buy a phone, there is always something that surprises you and they clarify it later.Remember that there will be $60 charges in terms of taxes when you buy a phone and then there are one times charges of $50 on your first bill and then there are other taxes of around $20 in your bill as well.so BEWARE of falling into their tricks that they play with the customers. I ABSOLUTELY HATE the way they lure the customers to take their offers and discounts. In fact, there are no discounts. All they are trying to do is to show you a lower price.

Switched over to t-mobile and had to get my final bill. Customer service said any retail store will be able to print it out. I went in and asked an employee and he said he couldnt print anything out and I couldnt take a picture of the screen he pulled up. I thought it was weird but I just left. My wife went into another Verizon store and that employee said no problem and printed it out right away.

I visited this store after a VERY poor experience with the store in Frisco at 121 and Preston where I received no help at all with a broken phone. Frustrated and desperate for a phone I mentioned a switch of providers because I could not afford a phone at retail price for $500+. The rep. (knowing that I had been a customer for over 11 years) then told me in so many words that I might be better off because there was nothing more he was willing to do for me. I then called Customer Service, unfortunately and very surprisingly Greg was not willing to bend to help me out either. By chance, I stopped in at the store in Allen and honestly, it was a WORLD of difference. I spoke to Kurt and Dwyane and between the two of them they were able to keep me as a customer. I did not leave with a new phone because of certain circumstances but, these guys were so accommodating and were able to do what the other store and customer service could have done but chose not to. I will continue to be a customer of Verizon ONLY because of these two guys. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to receive superior customer service to this store and to these two guys specifically. Thank you guys very much!

Took in a malfunctioning device they did the basic reset that didnt work (didnt even plug into it or anything ) then told me that it was either a software or hardware problem. Oh really the 2 parts of a computer software and hardware one of them isnt working on your malfunctioning device. Thats litteraly the most useless piece of information Ive ever been told . This place is a perfect specimen of waisted life and space

I will give 0 star for this store if they have it. My wife purchased a charger here. We returned it the next an hour. There are some employees available there. But they said we had to wait for the salesman who sold it. He was busy with the client for 30 minutes. Noone can do it because it will be take away their commission. We have been never seen the worst customer service in our life. We never go back that store again.

If there was an option for 0 Stars, I would have chose that. I went in to see what options I had to upgrade my service as my lines were out of contract. The Assistant Store Manager, John, was the employee I was ever so lucky to get to assist me. John refused to help me under the defense of not being able to verify me. I was in disbelief! I provided John my drivers license, social security card, and verified my billing address, security code on my account and even pulled up my verizon bill though the app on my phone. Despite the multiple IDs i had provided, his laziness took command and he refused to provide me service. As I raised my voice and started to become angry, Tony, another Assistant Store Manager took over and provided me the service i wanted. I quickly calmed down as Tony was very helpful. But the damage had been done and I will never be using the store again.

This store is HORRIBLE. Most of the staffs are rude, and super unprofessional, except for one, Mavin, who surely can help.They loudly laughed and talked to each other while I was talking to Verizon customer service on the phone. They even brought toys to entertain themselves at work and made fun of each other.Its hard to believe that I was told the store manager was in her office at that time. She can ignore such bad service in her store?We trust Verizon because of good signal and the professional services, which are supposed to have.However staff training is also one of the most important thing to continue a businesss good reputation, especially in service industry.

I waited over an hour to speak with someone. When I finally did I was given incorrect information. My account was charged $380 (which apparently is standard should you return a phone under warranty if it has any damage) btw, Verizon sent me a picture of the damage after I demanded to know why I was being charged, and the chip is so miniscule they had to magnify the image several times, you couldnt even tell what you were looking at. Then they circled it and drew an arrow. Thats how damaged this phone was. I wish I could upload the picture. What a joke. When they say no damage, they mean your phone must look exactly how it did out of the box. But thats not what pissed me off. The clerk didnt even warn me of the possibility of having to pay these charges for returning a damaged phone should they have missed something. I would have just bought a new one! The fees of returning the phone cost more than the phone itself! I spoke with customer service and they said the only way I might get these charges taken off is if I spoke with the store manager himself. So I did, instead of apologizing for missing the chip or his failure to communicate the possible charges, I got, I dont know what you did with the phone after you left my store and before you sent it in, if you damaged the phone you have to pay those charges.Ya, okay.

We switched after 24yrs w SWB/Cingular/ATT. pretty much the same store experience as ATT. made an appt a month ago, arrived early, got served right away but still took over 3 yrs to switch 3 phones and an ipad. then the fun began...set up to autopay and they withdrew late, charged $5 late fee. all the credits they applied take at least 2 billing cycles to hit...no response when i asked can i wait 2 billing cycles to start paying?! we are now paying almost exactly the same as ATT but with less data. lets all hope the miserable cell industry changes dramatically in the nx 24mo.
