I went to this location today to get a mobile hotspot and decrease my monthly bill. Joel assisted me. He was very thorough, outgoing, courteous, informative, and a great listener to meet my needs. I have been to this location several times and they are always very helpful no matter how busy they are. Joel made my experience an incredible one. I’m a new customer so I stopped by to buy a screen cover and asked some questions about plans. There where several people in line and I almost walked out after about 10 minutes because it appeared to be very slow service that was until Lexi came to help. Lexi was exceptional and even though she was with another customer she said “welcome, I will be right with you” with a smile. Acknowledging my existence. She quickly answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. She quickly installed my screen cover on my phone for me meticulously without me asking. If you go there ask for Lexi! She has exceptional customer service!

This is the worst T-mobile store Ive been to... and its surprising cause its a corporate location and I usually have a good experience at corporate locations. I wanted to order a new cell phone, one of the foldable ones, but wanted to see the folding mechanism and how it folds, so I asked them to take it off its mechanism for a min so I can see that, they werent willing to do anything to present the device properly. its a 1000$ phone, all they had to do was use the key to unhook it for a min so I can look at it. even the manager (Jose I think) was like nope, we cant take it off, you can just look at it the way it is. just plain garbage. I drove over to the store in McDermott and 75-ish. They took the phone off and I was able to look at it and will make the McDermott location my home store as they provided EXCELLENT customer service, and its a franchise store.EDIT: I mean.... its great that you reach out to the negative reviews... but what good is it when I email the email you listed and get no reply?

I came to this store under the impression that my charger was not working because thats what a different tmobile store told me and they even sold me a car charger when I came here I was greated right away and was helped by a fantastic gentelman named Mustafa who inspected my phone even after telling him I wanted a new charger and he found out that it was my charging port that was clogged up with dust and he took 15 minutes just to clean it out and it started working again from the bottom of my heart I would recommend this location

I love this store. Everyone is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It’s a busy store, but worth the wait. They go over the contract with you, offer upgrades without being pushy and do everything they can to assist. I went to another T-Mobile first and they were unable to transfer the data from my daughters phone. It hadn’t been backed up for a while and they couldn’t figure it out. So, we left and headed to this store. They had a machine in back to backup all her messages, photos, contacts, etc. We went to run some errands and came back to everything being transferred. Exceptional service. We will be back. Our customer service rep was Kenny G.

I absolutely LOVE this location! The manager, Moe, shows great interest in your visit. He welcomed me as soon as I stepped into the store and asked how he can be of help. I was only browsing, so I asked to be guided to the phone that fits my needs and wants the best and he did! I have had other friends visit the store and they were all helped by Moe. We all agree that he doesn’t want to just sell you a product. He caters everything to you as an individual, because he genuinely wants you to leave the store satisfied and happy. Which we did! I had an issue with the warranty on my iPhone that nobody at Bestbuy or Apple could help me tackle (or even confirm that my warrant was valid). I think I was dealing with this issue for almost a week. During my visits in and out of the T-Mobile store in Allen Moe & and his amazing staff helped me out and got me squared away with no issue. I love the service here, if I ever run into any issues in the future I know I can count on this team to help out!

I just recently switched from AT&T to T-mobile. I received excellent service and the representative was able to clearly explain the different options available through T-mobile that wound be advantageous to me. I love the international text and data since I travel abroad a few times a year. I’m so looking forward to being able to use my phone. I highly recommend T-mobile and especially the Allen location for outstanding customer service and value in cell service.

The last update - my payment method was not changed, old one was deleted with error left. It shows an error message on my account. And nobody could fix it in T-Mobile office. They just offered to try to change / setup autopayment by myself later, call or come back tomorrow!!!I’m already waiting for 40 minutes just for changing payment method. Tried do it online, but the website doesn’t work correctly. So how it’s possible to change the payment method???? For few minutes changes I have to wait an hour??? Really???

We have been with T-mobile for 22 years. We got lured away by spectrum 3 weeks ago. The service and customer support was HORRIBLE. We switched back to T-Mobile. I had come to this store a year ago to buy a cellphone case and was treated fantastic. So I came back here last night to unravel the mess I got my wife and myself into. Amber greeted us warmly like we were family. She got us to the ZEN Genius that is Mustafa. This dude Rocks!!! He handles EVERYTHING! With a calm of Yoda. He was hung up on 4 times by customer service while being switched to a different agent. But he just calmly dialed back and got another person and explained it all again. For FOUR Hours!!! which ran into 20 minutes after closing. Never once did it get the best of him, never once did he get frustrated. This guy is a rock-star. Amber and everyone else continued to ask if we needed anything. If you want The best customer service make the drive here. They were not the same people when I came here several years ago. But it speaks volumes on the manager and the training the staff get here. It reflects in every aspect of their personality and mannerisms. You can tell they love helping people. I own a Logistics company and this store was able to provide me with trackers for my trucks that came with ELD (electronic logging device). It’s required by law now so was able to get hooked up through these guys. They connected me with their business rep Ramon. My employees also get discounts on T-Mobile service since I have a business account. Definitely recommend these guys 100%, the manager Moe and the Rep named Alex were awesome!

We went in to get a phone upgrade and take advantage of the $300 trade in rebate. I traded in my Samsung Galaxy S7 so my wife could get the Galaxy S20 and I got her Galaxy Active 8 because my S7 would not hold a charge like it used to.But her phone would not charge through the USB port so we had to transfer Data WiFi. WoW. That took forever and they were very accomodating since we showed up 45 minutes before closing (6pm). After we got her data on her new S20 one of the guys there looked at the phone and put a Sim tool to pop the card out down in the USB connect and pulled out some lint that had gotten in it from being in a pocket.WOW. Not it worked perfect on the USB port. And I was going to take it to a repair center that probably would have just said they fixed it and charged me a lot of money..These guys are great and that is why I have my business account with T Mobile. Not to mention my wife goes to Germany a lot and there is no roaming on data since Duetsche Telecom owns them...Verizon is the pits. Dumped them years ago and never looked back. ATT.. Nope Family member has them and he is always asking Can you hear me now then callimg back because he couldnt hear me. What a joke for Phone service. T Mobile rocks for more reasons than I have time to list. And so does that sales person that fix my phone.. He knows who he is... Thank You....

Everyone at this store is friendly and outgoing. Jessica particularly helped me and stuck with me through a long process of transferring phones and iPads in separate locations (east Texas and Allen Texas) to T mobile. We got a really great rate moving from consumer cellular with a 10 gig cap on data to unlimited with T mobile at the same price. This surprised me! But what a nice surprise! At times a new recruit may not know the answer to someones question that doesnt always merit a bad review if they could address the concern in the end. PS. It is very disappointing to visit a store of t mobile and experience this very poor service. The manager ( moe) was very helpful and friendly in the first visit. However; when I went back Moe was not there to finish the process of my purchases. Unfortunately the guy was there has a very poor customer service and Needs to be retrained to customers service first.I have told him about my purchase and what the manager promised me and he said that the manager didn’t know about the store policy and had me cancel my order.Thank you Moe for trying to help but the other employee caused you to lose a valuable customer.

Ran to my closest T-mobile last night to do some last minute christmas shopping, placed an order for am ipad for me, bought my boyfriend a watch, paid the bill. We spent 20 minutes waiting patiently as they helped others. Then at that point a worker started writing down the names of the people on a wait list. Rather than asking for our names (we were sitting near the register waiting) she asked the people who had just walked in the door and skipped right over us. There was only one other person that should have been ahead of us. I am a very patient person and had convinced my husband to stay ten minutes longer than he wanted to wait. It was very rude!!

Took 3 phones in, 6s, and bought 3 8s iPhones. No one told me they had a promotion going to $200 EACH for trading them in. When I called TMobile, they said it had to have been done when I bought the new ones. Cost me $600!AMENDED:After discussing the situation with the manager at the Allen store on Stacy Road, he agreed to take care of the situation as if I had done it that day. He went above and beyond to make it right. I believe things happen in all businesses, but what really shows the character of the business, is how they handle situations when they arise. Kudos on handling this perfectly!

As a long time AT&T Customer, I was concerned about the service quality. T-Mobile has the best deals (from what I can tell) when it comes to monthly billing simplicity and price. After making the switch, all I can say is Awesome. Service has been great and the LTE network is on par with my WiFi speed. Haven’t had any dropped calls or hiccups in any way. For those concerned about the quality, I am confident you won’t have any concerns. They seem to provide the most value from the major carriers.

At this time I noticed a lady walk in and she also asked for his help, and once again he was of no use. To add on that he seemed like a bit of a racist. Not only did he not help, but he kept blowing her off and refusing to even try to help. At this time I decided it was time for me to leave. So I left without purchasing anything. I will not return till proper actions are taken towards the employee. This is not how you treat customers. Very disappointed. One star for this place.

My wife and I just switched from AT&T to T-Mobile including making the switch from Apple to the Samsung Note 8. We were extremely hesitant at first, being big time Apple users. However, we have had some bad experiences with apple products and have been reviewing our budget. Our mobile expert was Ryan Nichols and he was extremely helpful with answering all of our questions and making the transition. T-Mobile had an awesome promotion going on with their Samsung Note 8 and Samsung 8! We are saving almost $50 a month on our two lines compared to AT&T. Service is just as good, if not better! An awesome perk with T-Mobile which we were both excited to hear about was the T-Mobile Tuesdays, where you get free stuff EVERY Tuesday just for being with T-Mobile. Examples would be free movie tickets, free pizzas at dominos, money off gas, etc. Im the type of person that doesnt like change and also likes to go with what everybody is doing, which is why we were with AT&T for so long. However, when you really do the research look at the prices, perks, and actual service I would NEVER go back to AT&T!! Just because Joe Shmo is with AT&T and looks cool doesnt mean Joe Shmo is saving money. In my opinion, $50 every month just made my weekends even better! Its time for a change, go with T-Mobile.
