Monique and Reyna were AMAZING!!! They gave me the best service Ive ever had at a Verizon store. They were funny, knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue with my account so I went to the store instead of calling from home because I knew theyd straighten everything out. And they did just that! And they got me bill credits (which I didnt think to ask them to do). Id recommend you pay them a visit for any of your Verizon needs. Theyll definitely go the extra mile for you and youll have a blast while youre there!

Every time i come in they’ve handled all my issues with my phone. when i got my new phone they helped me top to bottom to get my phone completely set up! i unfortunately suffer from anxiety but never when i come in here! it always feel so comfortable and so friendly because of Reyna & Monique!!

I dreaded having to replace my dead phone and set up a new one, but Monique made the process not just painless but actually enjoyable. She was welcoming, totally professional, knowledgeable about the products, and interesting to talk to. It’s pretty rare to meet people who are great at their jobs and seem to enjoy doing them, but she definitely does both. I dislike tech stuff even as prosaic as phones, but I will definitely go back there the next time I need something. Ten stars.

My experience with anything telecom related always seems to be expensive, confusing, and takes forever to transact. Yesterday’s experience was a breath of fresh air. The customer service was fantastic and the staff were highly competent in addressing all questions while also explaining the various options and discounts available. I went in to the store on a Sunday afternoon. The store had one associate, Eric. He was already helping two other customers, but he made sure that I was greeted promptly. I was there to purchase a new phone. I hadn’t decided which phone to purchase yet so I waited on the couch and decided to text some friends about their experiences with certain models. Eric came over and introduced himself before he sat down. Before I knew it he had pulled up my information and showed me how I could save money monthly because I wasn’t using my entire data package. We went through a few phone options before I settled on one. I purchased a phone and a case. This is typical for a phone store. What made this experience enjoyable—I will be following him around wherever he is located; I’ve never designated a salesperson as a personal agent—is that he was professional and conversational. It felt like dealing with a friend who was looking out for your best interests. He is also very knowledgeable on the model phones available, the app technology that is available. As long as he is at this location I will be coming back.

I had the best experience here today with Monique Thibodeaux. My Pixel 4XL was going into decline and she helped me get a new Samsung phone that is just beautiful and responsive. On top of that she helped me even lower my monthly bill!!!! She made my day with her personality and professionalism. I have not had a customer service experience this good in ages. I bought my phone 3 months ago online, i never had any help with setting up auto pay or anything else when it came to Verizon systems. I came into the store honestly ready to leave Verizon due to my phone was not working nor my jet pack. I just made a payment on the 8th and was very confused as to why....? Upon coming into the store i was meet by a rep by the name of Brandell he quickly informed me that he would first had figure out what was going on. He soon figured out that my auto pay stopped back in October and with me forgetting i got a new debit card last week enlightened me on the fact it was only due to non payment. its amazing how a employee in store can be more help then Verizons own financial service department. I can gladly say this will be the ONLY Verizon store i come to due to the fact that he cared and could have easily turned me away with me being upset as i was when i walked in.

When I came to the store Reyna was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with understanding and explaining differences between phones, either IPhone or Samsung, and also between the phones each provided. I had quite an old phone and that caused some delay in processing the switch from that phone to my new phone, she was patient and a ton of fun to talk to during that time. Thank you Reyna!

Terrance at the Exchange store location in Allen Texas has been great the first day we started working with him. He has helped my twin get a new phone and also helped wipe out her old phone. He has been patient with both of us and has been positive through out the whole process. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this store location and ask for Terrance.

I bought a new iPhone for my 84 year old father. I thought it would be a challenge as the elderly need special features to make phone use easier, but the manager sold us exactly what my dad needed. The manager was helpful, not pushy, and very efficient. More importantly, my dad loves his new iPhone! We have bought three or four iPhones from this location and will return to this location in the future.

We found this location by accident coming home from an event that was not close to home. We were extremely happy with the expertise and service from the representative, Vin. As we were simply looking at the new iPhone, we were very happy to upgrade all 5 phones and leave Sprint, after 20 years. Although this location is not near our home (30 min), we fully trust Vin with all of our customer service and sensitive issues. Coincidentally, there are 4 Verizon stores within a 2 mile radius of our home, but are more comfortable heading to Wireless Zone in Allen, TX.

The customer service here is amazing! The representative took the time to walk me through each different option, explaining the pros and cons of each. After I elected an option, he spent over 4 HOURS taking the necessary steps to get my phone fixed! And believe me, the Verizon tech. support that he was in contact with did not make the process easy. The Verizon tech. support should take a lesson about customer service from the representative at this store. If you have any issues with your phone, bring your phone here and you will be in great hands!

Ordered a phone online through verizon, said i could pick up at this store. the store never called to notify me that the phone was actually not sealed and able to be sold. they then offered to sell the same model if i paid taxes and setup fee again like its my fault they didnt properly inventory. manager now saying they cant sell the last model of their phone.

Worst customer service ever with unexperinced people try to buy I phone 11 cash, took them almost 45 minutes to figure out how to set up evrything I need trying to making calls for help and they never solve the problem, beside that they never apologize for the delay .

I wish I had paid more attention to the name of the man who obviously does not believe women know anything. This was a horrible experience. My husband and I were there together, Im the one who handles the cell phones as he has his through his work, but this man chose to try and talk to my husband. This salesman should not be one. He spoke down to me and talked to me as if I didnt know what I was talking about. Ive probably had cell phones longer than he has known they existed. Ive worked in IT and am fairly well read in technology. I guess when I walked in and he asked me how he could help me and I told him he could convince me why I should go with Verizon, and he said he didnt have to, I was already there - that should have been a red flag. And that was the high point of the visit, and my first experience with Verizon.

Great customer experience. We received expert assistance when asking about options for expanding our current plan. I highly recommend this store which is a preferred secondary store for Verizon capable of handing just about every customer need.

We haven’t been told that there is an activation fee $30 per line while we transfer from other carrier until we registered an account on Verizon website. We came back and asked a guy who worked at night and he told us to ask the manager for help because he has the authorization to do something. We came back again next day morning and the manager cannot do anything unfortunately....totally waste our time!

I flew in to visit family, while trying to get out of the airport, my phone wouldn’t make calls or text. It froze up, and I couldn’t even shut it down. My family took me to the store where I met Eric.Eric took his time with me to help with my device. He was there alone, and had other customers coming in and out. I respected how he always excused himself to help the other customers while not making me feel abandoned through the whole process.Less that 45 mins later, Eric had me back up and running. He did also call later that day just to make sure my device was still working.thank you Eric!

Unexperienced staff. On Sunday I went to add a line to my business account the guy alone didnt know how to do it he was sleepy and kept talking to his girlfriend over the phone. I left and went to the location on Plano PKWY day after added a line in 5 minutes. what a waste of time.
