Very happy with the service at this location. 100% worth the drive from Plano.Pretty much everything went wrong when we were trying to activate my phone and Jessica was great.A lot of other people would’ve given up and told me I had to call tech support for Apple to get the problem fixed. Instead she took the reins and worked it out and now my phone is up and running.Thank you very much for all the hard work and diligence Jessica

Poor customer service, long waiting time for the time delay safe almost 10 minutes of looking at the wall before we could go on. just a long, boring, and unprofessional visit. Also, told me that they could not accommodate requests that i was told over the phone with AT&T said i could do as well as another store doing.if the phone is in-stock somewhere else i would go there.

Went to this location to upgrade my phone. Just got my first bill since then to find that it is several hundred dollars more and a new line of service was added without my permission! Not only is the bill for existing lines far more than what I was quoted in store, a new line that I don’t need? What kind of service is that? Don’t waste your time going here. I’m sure I’ll be on the phone with AT&T for hours to get these mistakes corrected. JERKS!

Went to get a new phone. Service was good and fast but I didn’t know the sales rep added features to my phone and plan that I am not aware of. She didn’t ask me if I wanted the Next Up or Protect Advantage. I wouldn’t find out until a few weeks later after getting my bill.Be aware and make sure to ask features added on to your plan.

Stay far, far away from this store (maybe this company)! Benjamin and Sameer served us well the day of but now 6 months later - were still paying $80 more per month than what they promised. Its either incompetence or fraud. Either way, stay far, far away. To be clear, it was the trip to the store that caused the problem in the first place.

This location scammed us, saying if we added a line (which we already intended to), we could take advantage of the buy one get one free iPhone promo. Instead, we’ve been paying for that iPhone on our monthly bill. We have dealt with them kindly and patiently for 18 months, trying to get our credit for the phone. But honestly it’s probably time to cut our losses. The manager here appears to have been lying to us all along. Be careful.

You may want to stay away from the store. I decided to return to give ATT and give them a chance, while talking to the associate he asked my social, thinking he was looking up my prior but no he ran my credit for phone approval and said congrats no deposit. I showed him Grace.Ton and ton of mistake were made in Dec 2019 when I bought a brand new iPhone 11 Pro. Within 2-3 weeks it had ton of issues, but store refuse to participate in handling these issues but rather I was advices to contact Apple. Apple wanted to charge me brand new $1099 to send a phone out to me overnight it’s their usual practice to ensure customers do not end up keeping both phones but they refused to send it to original store where I couldn’t just picked up. Att this location from managers to assistant who claimed to help me but beer accomplished anything. 4 months later all lies and me put promises. They only treat the new comers with respect but 0 service after the sale. 1 year and 3 months has passed executive was involved and apparently the district manager (who I had conversation with) is another example of someone who promises but not just once but over 7 times told me he would call me and didn’t keep up his promises as someone in his role should have been careful. This guy had audacity to tell me he is looking into things and he will call me, every time he chose not to call the customer back. I had to chase this guy. 0 service after the sale. 0 you guys. The big shot district managers name His name is Ali) complete liar y’all. Then Heather chief of staff was involved from the home office, since I had left several messages with Prime Communications that’s who owns this store and they have over 2000 units. Apparently they never choose to call their customers back. I had left several voice mails and even spoken to a live person (in HR division that only division that had someone live. I was told several times that guy name Stephen would call back not once. I have gone up farther ten most would. 14 months after and 4 months of communication since Dec 4 2020 I was told by next week everything would be situated, yet I still haven’t got my original document when I signed a contract with them in December 2019 and after speaking to district manager and the chief of staff it’s been 3 1/2 weeks with the chief of staff and nearly 2 months I still haven’t got my original document they refused to give it to me I don’t know why?. These spokes on the business folks do not AT&T corporate do the franchise and this company does not know how to operate the customer service level that they should know when they run operation like this. I advice you folks to stay away from these pet monkeys and take your business somewhere. Read prime commutations reviews and Google it and do your homework, you would be shocked what you would find.I don’t want anyone to go through what I have experienced with these clowns who make a complete mockery of their company by caring so irresponsible and do not have respect for themselves or their clients. I still haven’t obtained my original contract that legally they are suppose too. I’m not asking for anything free as I was offered adjustments but as of today just to see the account is a hot mess.They do not care, not have respect foe themselves. Unfortunately you plant what you seed.From store level to executives- all incompetent, even the chief of staff who happened to be a very professional candidate in the company ams seemed to be involved yet it’s been a month and yet no answer. This saddens me. Go directly and deal with ATT corporate store then got to a franchise store just to hear their untrained hearts and lies. Customer’s are smart these day and don’t want to put up with this kinda of non-sense. Keep this in mind, after having 6 major surgeries last year and I’ve been trying to ask for assistance and yet the problem hasn’t been solved. Their excuse is I’m going to check on it/ and call you back yet either thy end up going on their sweet vacation or blames everything on season. These folks are lazy.

Ben is very very disrespectful and not worthy of a sales job. I walked in and I can immediately feel the negative energy coming from him. He didn’t even put in the effort to walk towards me and try to help me. When I asked him to check my data plan and see what kind of plan I have so I can upgrade it if needed, he rolled his eyes and didn’t look happy about it. I then told him to not bother and that he is a very terrible sales representative. I worked with AT&T as a sales representative before and it’s shame to see a company like AT&T have this type of service in their stores. Throughout all the sales experiences I’ve had in the past as a sales representative, he is BY FAR THE WORST sales representative I’ve ever met.

Let me just start off by saying that I have a strong dislike of ATT - when I call the it’s an automated nightmare before getting anything resolved in the call. Once you get a person it’s an outsourced call center communication nightmare. I really do not like dealing with ATT. Now let me explain why I gave 5 stars... I’ve experienced some life changing phone losses - phone falling in water, a phone left on the roof of my car and being run over on Bethany, and the saddest was when my phone slowly died in front of my eyes after I was caught in a random torrential Texas rain storm - Sameer at this store has been a life saver... I leave 5 stars because it’s been Sameer who every single time I’ve walked into this store has taken the care to getting me a phone same day, helping me save photos, helping me gain access to the cloud, waiting patiently for me to reset my passwords... Sameer - each and every time. Over the weekend my family experienced a tragic phone fatality on Interstate 35... Guess who saved the day today person reading this review... Sameer. I’m leaving this review because today Sameer took the time and expertly reviewed my plan - he made sense of the contract money grubbing bologna that AT&T contracts are comprised of and reviewed all the costs and options with us, and he helped us find a really sensible solution and equipped us to be better prepared for any future phone hazards that may come our way. Sameer has been my go to “Phone Whisperer” and deserves having a statue put up at city hall for the work he does. This man is a local hero - if you have signed over your soul to AT&T and experience a tragic phone loss please save yourself the time and just go see this AT&T Grandmaster.

Worked with Brent on Black Friday to get an iPhone 11 Pro. He was awesome!The AT&T systems were extra slow due to high volume of upgrades and such but he kept us in the loop while we waited. Explained our upgrade options and the trade in credit very well.Also they had phones in stock unlike many other AT&T stores and retailers.

That was very nice of her to do. I needed a couple of car chargers which she found and since they had a buy-2-get-1-free special she found an external, rechargeable battery for me that I got for free. So pleased with my experience with Kreshaun!!!! I was on the phone during two separate occasions trying to fix my phone number and my husbands, not a single representative was of any use. I went to the store and didn’t really get the help I needed. The next day we went to see Kreshaun and he helped within 20 minutes!!! Honestly, I wouldn’t have been an AT&T customer anymore if it wasn’t for his REMARKABLE service!!!! If y’all go to this store I highly, highly recommend asking for Kreshaun!! Awesome!!!

I even ask for details on my bill and he gave me the amount my phone bill would go up.. of course you have to wait a month to see the correct amount but he was right on. I ened up getting watches also so I dont have to carry phone with me all the time. Yes my watch works without being connected to phone. Even the Huge table works on my att account. No wifi required. I travel a lot and Sameer set my wife and I up perfectly.

The worst company ever !!!!!! they offered me a deal in January which must be better than what I had in price for two phones. It was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made, because they are charging me triple the price every month. I get a bill for about 400 dollars every month and the deal was for two line about 150 dollars a month after I asked the customer service representative many times that I want to make sure that I will not pay more than what she told me The deal is, and I made sure I asked her many times what was the deal she gave me, and how much it will be every month including taxes, and she agreed about what I said that she told me. Actually it was my biggest mistake that I believed her ... they are stealing my money every month and I’ve been calling them for about 5 month now and every one transfered me to another department and they said that I had to pay the bill as is!!!!I paid all the bills because I don’t want them to affect my credit but the bills are so high unbelievable.I kept calling them and made a complaint many times and I asked them to retrieve the calls that happened between me and the customer service representative who gave me that deal, and of course nobody called back or care about my situation and every time I call them they say we don’t know what’s her name and we don’t have the conversation and we don’t know who talked to you at that time. I told them the calls should be recorded they say yes ok we will see what we can do and we will call you back and no body of course as usual ever did.I tried to cancel my account they said I have to pay full for the two phones and the bills on top of that with another extra charges on top of every thing for long distance that I didn’t even made.Now I called the loyalty department for explanation they told they will upscale the situation to the back office department but also they told me that I have another phone added to my account (means third phone) from January and I don’t have any idea about that third line. I told him that I don’t know the number you told me about that I have under my account he kept telling me you have this number and we are charging you for it.This company made me sick for real I am wasting my time and energy for five months now with no solution and I am paying because I don’t want to ruin my credit and I can’t afford to pay this much every month at all. My bills are so high and nobody is answering or resolving this big problem for me and plus, it’s their stupid agent ‘s mistake. I am so frustrated from AT&T and I don’t know what to do with this big problem!!!

I went in to add a phone to my plan along with an Ipad and Apple Watch. Basically wanting to combine an existing plan with mine to reduce cost on a separate account. After looking at my existing bill and adding the 3 other devices, I was quoted that my bill would be $289/month. My previous bill had been $209. This sounded like a good idea so we proceeded to add the new devices to my existing account. Two days later I get an estimate of my new bill and the monthly cost more than double to $495. The guy helping me had talked to someone on the phone to help change my plan and that is where the quote of $289 came from. When I went back to question the new charges the guy now tells me that the type of plan I had is no longer available and the new charges are more for the exact same thing I had before. This is unexcusable customer service and very false actions on the part of AT & T to change my plan and give me a quote that is not correct and now tell me I cant get my old plan back. Dont be decieved by their tactics. Very unprofessional!!!

Dishonest sales pitch. Was here a year ago to sign up for internet, tv and home security. The salesman conveniently left out IMPORTANT details that is causing me more money than signing up with someone else!First, the prices they quoted me for the internet was $50 a month but the bill came in at about $20 more. Called in to ask and was told there wasnt such thing as a $50 plan.I had to find out the hard way that I need to apply for a seperate permit with the city for home security... again not mentioned by the salesman.Lastly, now that I have to disconnect because my house lease was over, theyre charging me about $700 for early termination. Turns out I was on a 2 year contract, never mentioned by the salesman there again. If I knew about the 2 year contract I would not have agreed because my lease was only for 1 year!
