I went to buy a new phone (Motorola One 5G Ace) and everything was fine thanks to the help of Claudia. She is so professional attending customer like me (sometimes out of technology knowledge). Short history; I also buy a Alcatel tablet, that was in offert. And so far, both devices working great. So I recommend this place and the company Metro PCS or now Metro by T-Mobile.

I love this location. I’ve been here several times and the staff is always helpful. Today, Nina helped me and my family switch back to their services and she was above and beyond helpful! She was very cheery and had so much patience for us. Not once have I been disappointed from this location.

Claudia was amazing! She took the time to explain my options, was thorough and did not rush me. She was helpful in transferring my apps and data from the old phone to my new one. She ensured all of us (customers) remained a safe distance from each other. If she is not your store manager, she should be!

This Metro PCs beats all the stores in North Texas. They have multiple people working and are always in stock of their phones. I dropped my iPhone SE about a year ago and it had a lot of damage so Friday 8/2/19 I decided it was time for a replacement. I had to go to two other metros because they were all out of stock of their iPhones and thats what i had my heart set on. I was referred to this store and I couldnt be happier. Sales associate Christopher made the process easy, he was very professional, and honestly a darn good conversationalist! I was able to walk out with my iPhone 7 all set up and ready to go quickly and efficiently. Ill be coming here for my phone needs from this point on! Highly recommended!!

Still best place to go in area for metro pcs. No probs w cash or attitudes. They have cash machines for payments too. Best customer service ive had with phones in years. Great price too. Very impressed.

My wife and I stumbled across this Metro store and felt like we found a Gold Mine! Jessica was our customer service rep and did an amazing job! We came in to get a new phone for our son, and ended up coming out saving $50 a month off our family plan. She went through each phone on our plan and helped us trim our plan down based on each phones data usage. She also helped with doing a warranty change out on my phone because it wont update. We will NOT go anywhere else. This is what customer service is supposed to be like!

They couldnt fix my problem. Told me I had to go back to the store where I bought my phone. Will not be staying with metro and do not recommend it to any one.

PARENTS BEWARE! This store sells cell phones to minors. Any child with $50 can get a phone with full Internet and calling capability without parent consent. When I found out and confiscated the phone from my minor child, I called the store manager, who informed me he was not required to perform age checks before making a sale and would not allow me to disable the account. This is not an ethical practice and is a nightmare for parents with teenagers.

By far the best metro shop. I drive the extra distance because the staff are amazing and always help me with a great attitude.

So the website says 7 pm.I dropped my phone late Saturday.Nothing cracked or broken.I work Uber and Lyft at night to keep food on the table. Rush to their store after my day job. I arrived at 6:03 pm I was distraught .Phone wouldnt turn on and had no groceries in my house.Needed to find out what to do .They wouldnt help me .I wasnt trying to buy anything just trying to figure out how or where to go or what to do about my phone.I already couldnt work Saturday night and my son can only stay at my ex-husbands a Friday or a Saturday .Had no way to call or anything. No way to make the money to buy food. The young girl customers walked out and as the guy was telling me to press699 or what ever it is I was telling him my phone wont come on or I would.They just shut the door.The sad thing is if the website would have been right I could have maybe asked my day job boss to let me off earlier just to get there in time. The sweet customer used her phone to call 5 other stores all closed but one more on Park and Jupiter that was open until 8 pm but phone# was out of order .She looked and said well still current reviews .so I went there.I felt like no one cared at that Allen store.I felt defeated .All I wanted was to be pointed in a direction so I could get the help I needed to go work my second job and feed my son!Thank God for the kindness of a young lady,a customer, not an employee, with compassion.I was at the other store until after 8 pm and he used his personal phone to help me pay off my other phone, start a new contract .I got a new phone and then went too work using my new phone with Uber and Lyft.Made enough to buy food for breakfast and dinner. I wont ever go to the Allen store again .Life is hard but its the little acts of kindness that make all the difference.

It was ok. Went there for an issue with promotion, no one really stepped up to help. Manager said he couldnt do anything because promotion wasnt being offered a few days ago when I started service.
