Michael was extremely helpful and youll live his personality. I felt no pressure to buy. In fact, I ended up going back to the store within an hour to purchase my mattress. I we t back the next day to. Uy an adjustable base that hadnt planned on needing right away because I wanted him to get credit for the sale.

Michael was great! I needed last minute to buy a mattress. They had what I was looking for. I also bought a couple of pillows. Michael was very pleasant and helpful answering all my questions. If youre looking for a great nights sleep, we unequivocally recommend Mattress Firm in Kingstowne Center. We needed a new mattress due to hip and back pain. The last mattress we bought, at a department store, did not retain its firmness over time. We walked into this stores large showroom and immediately felt like we could find a good fit. This feeling was reinforced when we met Michael, the sleep expert. Michael explained his process, which was to try, compare and eliminate. He asked us about how we slept and what we wanted and recommended certain mattresses to try. He had us go back and forth, similar to when an eye doctor offers you different lenses to see which one helps your eyesight the most. He did not pressure us and he continued to listen as we talked about the options. He did not steer us toward the most expensive solutions, instead steering us toward mattresses he felt would best meet our needs. We ended up buying a Tempur Pro Adapt Firm King Prime. Weve been sleeping on it for almost three weeks and we LOVE it! It is really firm...this is not a bed you will want to swan dive into. Your immediate, initial experience is one of lying on top of the mattress. But within 5 seconds, you sink to a perfect depth that aligns your entire body. My wife had been experiencing hip pain and after 3 weeks, her hip pain has almost completely dissipated. My back pain has appreciably improved, and for the first time in years, I can sleep on my stomach again without any back pain. Michael says the bed is warrantied not to sink more than .75 and if that remains true over time, this will have been the perfect purchase. We all spend about 30% or more of our lives on our mattresses; if you want a great experience picking out your next sleeping surface, go see Michael!

I went in and picked out a mattress with my girlfriend a couple of weeks ago. We had been sleeping on one that sounded like a wooden puppet on strings when ever we moved around...it was painful. We stopped in twice and talked with Keith to figure out what we needed.It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I am always skeptical when going to a car dealership or a mattress store, always expecting to have something that I dont need pressured on me to purchase. This was nothing like that. Keith was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with our backs and how to improve our sleeping posture to fix it. I was surprised to find out that even my chiropractor is familiar with this guy and sends some of his clients there.About half an hour in we had settled on a mattress that was a little out of our price range but we knew was worth it. In the long run, Keith helped us with a financing plan and also saved us over $900. Nonetheless, two weeks later both my girlfriend and me are pain free.I would highly recommend anyone who wakes up in pain to go in to this location and talk to Keith.
