For having the name Quick in it even with an appointment a basic oil change takes 3hrs....

I used to do all my vehicles repairs, other than very heavy mechanical. I was happy to find an honest vehicle servicing business.One of my tests is to see what a repair facility charges for parts. The Chalmers Quick Lane parts were priced just about what I would pay for them (retail).Dan was very professional, and had a great sense of humour.Although I hope to not return too soon, I would trust the folks at Chalmers Quick Lane on Coors the next time I need service on my truck.

They did all 5 of my upgrades on my 2020 lariat f250 superduty, with absolutely no problems. They put in a k&n intake, light bar across the top, wheels and tires, airbags, and a leveling kit to fit the brand new 35s (which are pretty good with only the leveling kit. I went in to check the progress the first day, they showed me everything they were doing, they let me get 35 tires instead of the 33s that they had in hand at the time with no issues what so ever. These guys are good and they really do know what they are doing.

Went in for a recall on my truck. Great service

Rolled in on a Saturday afternoon with a hissing sound coming from my right rear tire. Raymond greeted me and immediately offered to take a look at it. That was truly unexpected. I fully expected to wait awhile to be seen. Minutes later Demetrius located the nail in a good place and told me he could definitely repair it. The price to repair and balance was very reasonable. The store including the garage area was clean inside and out, and spacious. Lastly, they have complimentary ice cream bars while you wait! Overall, a great customer experience that rivals the Acura dealer where my car is maintained.

Got us in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Good prices too. They did our oil change on a Class A motorhome with a Ford V10.

Every time I have been to this quick line I have had exceptional service, both technical and customer service. It is a nicely set up building with free water and soda while you wait, and they explain things very well. When I didnt even have a coupon, they offered me one. I am a very loyal customer now, as they fixed the problem that was caused elsewhere. Thank you for your exceptional service

We purchased our tires from this location to include the road hazard warranty and free rotations. The problem is every time we go in to have our tires rotated its always a big deal. The first time we came by to have our tires rotated they wanted to charge us telling us that what we bought didnt include rotations. After some discussions they finally agreed to rotate them this time for free. The next time we came in there was no issue with payment but we did ask them to check the air pressure in the spare tire. Fortunately we mark everything so we know when something has been done or not. They claimed to have checked the pressure but before leaving we pointed out that they had not. I showed them how I knew they had not done it and begrudgingly they checked the air pressure. This time we were not going to take any chances so we marked the wheels on one side of our vehicle so that we could see that the tires changed locations on the car. If they had been done right the markings would have moved to the other side of the car. One did and one didnt so I asked the manager about it. He brought up the camera feed from the shop to show me. What I saw was that one tire did go to the correct location but it was extremely difficult to see from the video what happened with the other tires. He claims that they rotated as we asked. Yet if that was true then the marked wheels would have both moved to the opposite side of the vehicle. He wouldnt run the video again but said he had to get back to work. Fine I was not going to argue with him anymore. The marked wheels show that the work was not done correctly. Once we got home we checked the spare tire. The valve cap had not been removed so how he checked the tire pressure and added two pounds like he said he did Im not sure. Unfortunately were stuck coming here since the warranty is only for Chalmer locations. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless you can verify that the work they claim to have done was actually done.

Was the only tire shop in the area willing to help me last minute.Fixing my tire that had a nail in it. Would go again for the great service.

Open until midnight and this really helped when our car wouldn’t start late afternoon. They worked on it that evening and we got it back in a couple hours.Russell Robertson, the Service Advisor, was very professional and helpful with our issues.

I had a nitrogen tire pressure concern, and the issue was resolved promptly and professionally. My initial experience was exceptional. The environment/work area is clean, inviting, well maintained, and professionally managed. All personnel seem to take pride in themselves, their work, work area, and the vehicle theyre working on. From my observation; safety, neatness, cleanliness, and awesome customer/professional service appears to be stressed and practiced. I highly recommend Don Chalmers quick lane on Coors for your service/maintenance questions and/or concerns. I feel Dan will ensure you are a satisfied customer. However, I suggest patience because at times, between in house customers and in coming calls, he can be extremely busy. But, trust me, you shouldnt be disappointed.Update #1 dated 19 Mar 2018.Again received first class customer service, support, and care. Took my vehicle in to get oil change and tires air checked and rotated. Accomplished were the above and fluids checked and filled (if needed), brakes checked; remaining battery life checked; double check for any leaks; second check of tire pressure; and oil system reset. Tyler was my service advisor/maintenance professional technician. He explained everything he completed and ensured I was satisfied. I also received an extra $5.00 off. Dont forget any available coupons! I strongly recommend this location. Highly suggest spending the extra money instead of the $20 or $30 specials especially if you have a vehicle one to three or four years old. I spent approx. $57.00, for their service. So far, no leaks; and nitrogen pressure is at 35 psi or within 1 or 2 psi. I was also told if there was an unforseen vehicle problem, return and will solve any issue. Thanks Tyler and Dan. Great and Friendly Staff. Had alignment done 2 times, still after the 2nd try it was out of alignment. They could not explain to me what went wrong. Instead of going back a 3rd time I decided to take it to the dealer to get aligned with no problem.

My main go to spot for oil changes. They are nowhere near as pushy as jiffy lube and get my car done quickly. They explain why an optional service will help your car and why they are decently priced to have the services done, but are ok with taking no for an answer the first time. A recent price increase is disappointing, but the service is great.

I was driving through town when my truck started making a troubling noise under heavy load. They looked at it within minutes of my arrival at the shop, and took the time to figure out what was going on, including a test drive on the highway to reproduce the issue. They had parts delivered and the vehicle repaired for a very reasonable price within a couple of hours. I could not have asked for a better experience in a very stressful situation.
