Great work and always dependable.. Got a college student in the city and these guys communicate with me so we can get her rolling.. I live in northern New Mexico and drive the two hours or have it towed to Victory if I need work done.. Honest work and reasonable pricing keeps me going back.. Wonderful service. Great price! I was impressed to see nothing but women while waiting, lets me know I was gonna get a good deal and not burned. Being new to the state it made me comfortable knowing I was at the right place for my car repair and my car is driving good as new.

Not only are they fast and friendly, they are experts and transparent. I have gone to these guys for the past 2 years since they opened and keep coming back for all my needs-oil changes, brake changes and any repairs. They are quick to see me, take time to give me their honest appraisal and fair on price. I could not ask for a better automotive repair shop to see, especially being a single woman-I do not have any worries or feelings that they are not completely honest and do not take advantage of their customers. They are in it to help and build long lasting relationships.

Knocked it out of the park again with a repair to the rear end gears and bearings in my 05 Suburban. They diagnosed the issue correct the first time and had me back on the road quickly. The level of experience, knowledge and customer service is hard to match here at Victory Automotive!!

This place really took care of me in installing a new engine in my 89 Mustang. After the machine shop, some valves need adjusting and they were quick to get my car in and tune it so it was running great. The guys here really know what they are doing and dont try to sell you things that you dont need. The owner really cares about every person that brings their car in.If youve been to one of the big dealerships and they give a huge quote for a job, get a second opinion here and make sure you actually need what they were trying to sell you.

This is the best mechanic in Albuquerque, hands down. Will has earned my trust and my business for as long as I live here. He treats me with respect, quotes fair pricing, and goes out of his way to guarantee excellent customer service. I trust him with my Prius and I highly recommend him and Victory Automotive.They are excellent at what they do.

The mechanics are awesome! The Manager Will is very friendly, understanding and helpful in organizing appointments and giving awesome Customer Service! In the past year the guys at Victory Automotive have been great with all of my vehicles. Purchased a lemon from a dealer in town and Victory Automotive completed the work faster and much more willing to work with the vehicle to make it right. Traded that car in, but still entrust them to complete a great job on any and all of my cars, including my Mazda Miata, which is my baby.

Fair and honest, veteran owned. I bring all my vehicles here and I dont even live in Albuquerque. Call and make an appointment first so your car gets worked on even faster. Closed Mondays but open on Saturdays. They may even be willing to work on your motorcycles. If youre stranded and dont have Auto Club or towing on your insurance, they work with a tow service guy and can get your vehicle towed to the shop. Id highly recommend this place and would never take my vehicles elsewhere.

Matt did a great job for us. At $85/hr labor, this place is cheaper than many other places in town. They might even be the cheapest. Will definitely return and I recommend this place!

Victory Automotive is an A+. Amazing customer service, skilled technicians and unbelieveably fast service. We took our car in on a Tuesday and got it back repaired on Wednesday. We are so thankful we found this place!

I had fantastic service here. Got a battery replaced, oil change and had my air conditioning fixed. The guys here couldnt be more helpful. Everyone was professional, quick and easy. They kept me from spending an arm and a leg as well. I highly recommend them!

Recently I took my car to Victory Automotive due to an unresolved and undiagnosed issue. After explaining the symptom to Will, he made an appointment for me the same day. The mechanics diagnosed the problem and sent me with a diagnosis code to my Ford dealership where the rapair was done under warranty. I appreciated the thoroughness and honesty I was provided by Will and the other mechanics. I have a strong hunch that Victory Automotives staff and ownership are men of integrity and I aim to make it my go to place for my future automotive maintenance.

I had a wonderful experience . Not only is Matt highly professional he is a pleasure to work with . Im not sure about the person above with a negative review but you must be high and not on life or JESUS . Get a life and dont go into shops being rude expecting to be treated like gold . Remember the saying Treat people the way you expect to be treated . In any case I will continue to send business to Victory automotive as they are Veteran owned and highly experienced . They worked on my Mercedes with no issues and Im a timely manner . Also look at the hours before going in the hours are 8-5 and you show up at 7:30 the expect Matt to get there late haha.

Single female beware! This is not a female friendly place. I found this out after 2 weeks of frustration. Shawn sold me a vehicle 4/3/2018. It had issues..occasionally died when taking off at a stop, motor hesitated during long drives, one rim needed to be replaced. Left vehicle at shop 4/17, never a phone call from anyone with status of vehicle, and each day inquired I got attitude and same answer, Someone would call..never happened. Lie after lie, is all I got! someone is retrieving the rim- 2 days now NO vehicle in sight. I was told shop closes at 5 on Saturday, but was closed at 4 when i arrived. I sat in driveway until 5 . After hearing i would be going to BBB and Attorney Generals Office on Monday, mechanic came out running after me. I had enough of their excuses and lies.
