I was told my oil change was going to be $20 the bill came out to $84. I was only aware of one more charge for a air filter that was $16 don’t come here they are scammers.

Its clean, no appointment. 300K miles on the van, still runs good after their work. Price is fair. Wait time is not more than 1-3 customers (some are not morning people) when its still early.

Not only did they destroy my bumper pulling it out, they drilled into the radiator support with cheap screws not even using the factory holes or hardware. Got a new bumper and extra holes in my ride now, thanks for letting me spread the word not to take any tuners near you guys.

Fantastic!!! We were 1,000 miles from home, got a big hole in our tires of our new truck on the highway. Had a gas station put on a spare to get to hotel. Came here into Big O’s tires to see how soon we could get 2 new tires put on. They explained that they didn’t have our tires in stock but would go pick them up and put them on the old rim ASAP. Wow! Price was awesome on tires, service was awesome. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. You just don’t see service like this anymore! In and out in an hour!

Jeff and his team are amazing! I got hit by a truck, and not having a lot of money he still got me the temporary replacement tire and rim I needed to make it to work until I could purchase an exact match to my other tires. Everyone was so kind, understanding, and they pushed me in between other customers to get it done. Big O, you guys saved me a lot of time and frustration and Im forever grateful. Just called Jeff back today to try an order an exact match!

Been coming here for 20+ years. Jeff and crew is the best, they fixed many flats for us and install wheel weights as you ask. Fair prices and great service all around! Very happy with this place. Get a clean car back, never a greasy steering wheel.

I expected more knowledge on tires as ive known Jeff for over 30 yrs and come to find out the tires on both vehicles i took to him are over sized and scrape on the car and under sized on my pickup.

AMAZING!! Went in for 4 tires and an alignment. They helped me find the best tires at the price point I was looking for. I had also applied online for credit, so that expedited the process. So biggest props to them. An issue arose with the alignment, and they fought tooth and nail to correct it. Same owner for 20+ years, SHAZAAM!!

I dropped off my SUV to get an alignment done and I was told to leave it there until they had the time to get the job done (1:30pm). I got a call to pick up truck (5:00pm) and the clerk had told me that they couldnt do the alignment because of bad ball joints on my car. I thought okay it seems like a valid reason not to get it done. So, I picked up my car and got an estimation on what the repair would cost and it would have been $1274. The $1274 included the ball joints, two tie rods, and the alignment. The clerk told me that the ball joints for my car only came bundled with the entire front end assembly. I looked online at a local parts store and found that the ball joints were sold in a package of two for less then $50. If I would have just got the ball joints replaced by them it would costed $850 for the lower and upper joints on both sides of my car. I think they should just stick replacing tires.
