We had made an appointment to check our electrical system and battery, but after Tim’s quick evaluation he determined what we really needed was a few new batteries. We were treated with respect and professionalism. We travel 80 miles to get serviced at Power Ford, and always look forward to coming in. Thank you for your professionalism and quick service.
Make sure they let you test drive the car you wanted. Salesmen will try to test let you test drive a completely different car so they can make money. The Salesman kept saying the car/truck I wanted couldnt be found. Highly doubt it, but other than that it was an okay buying experience, definitely nothing special.
Fast, friendly and efficient staff. They left me smiling after the car service. I expected to be there for more than 3hrs for my 5k service but it was done under 2hrs. The car felt like the day I bought it!
Kevin was so awesome right from the start! He was not pushy at all but went over a ton of info with me before I committed to my car. He got us snacks while we waited for finance and paperwork since it was taking longer than expected and topped my new car off with a big red bow! Such a great experience. I must start by stating that Power Ford employee Jessica Keck is a really good customer service representative and service advisor. I also perceive Power Ford Foreman Bobby Bachechi to have done his best through this. I appreciate his attempts to help.I will now attempt to summarize the following events as they are very complex and lengthy in nature. It is important to note that the F150 only had approximately 20,000 original miles. All of the following claims were documented on paper by me and Power Ford and I did extensively photograph every notable detail as described below. For the sake of time and space in this review, I am summarizing greatly. Too many photos to share so posted some relevant ones.Power Ford Service SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED with the most simple task, repair or maintenance item. All I wanted at the start was to receive my F150 back in the same or better condition as I had left it.In March 2021, I brought my 2018 F150 SuperCrew in to Power Ford Service with/ for three primary concerns, which at the time was and still is under full factory warranty as of this day, August 17, 2021. My concerns/ the trucks issues were as follows: The factory dash in these specific trucks are known to warp prematurely/often. My dash was warped significantly. The carpet sound barrier between the cab and truck bed was separating from the cab and was slapping against the cab during travel which created an obnoxious noise. Lastly, the oil needed to be changed (OLF). During the course of the initial work, Power Ford Service managed to damage the unrelated/undamaged portions of the interior while (attempting) to replace the dash. The technician did not replace any clips and therefore the dash moved and trim was falling off. The new dash was severely scratched and was already slightly warped. The original dash which they removed was in better condition than the dash they replaced it with. There were new, fresh oil stains on all four main seating positions and large chunks of garage grease and debris were left under my brand-new rubber floor mats. The console of the truck, which was in perfect new condition prior to Power Ford touching it, was scratched (and still is) in several places. Upon running the air conditioning the day after picking the truck up, just moments after I had noticed the damage to the interior, I found that it was inoperable. Until this day, Power Ford denied ever having removed the liquid/gas from the system. I checked my newer, warrantied F-150 for further damage. I found that during the work performed to fix the carpet sound barrier between the cab and the bed, Power Ford Service had gouged/ sliced into the cab of the truck with the removed bed of the truck. The bumper had also been damaged during this same work. The bed, and separately, the bumper, had been installed incorrectly, unevenly and without replacing the bed bolts (a major safety issue) after having removed them, which is allegedly mandatory per Ford and two other independent sources. To correct the paint issue, Power had my 20,000 mile F-150 SuperCrew 4x4 302A-level trim truck SPRAY PAINTED with an incorrect/mismatched color! Over spray all over. The dash had been sanded, not repaired. Grease stains still remain to this day. Over the course of approximately four (4) months, nine (9) separate trips AND one (1) TOW!!!! to Power Ford Service, issues related to workmanship by Power still remain with my F-150 to this day. Ford Corporate stated that I had to take it back to Power to allow them more chances to correct the problems. I refuse to take it back to them after 9 failed attempts and am still weighing out my options to handle the issues. To be Continued with photos soon. Ford Customers, always be skeptical.
I always feel right at home when i come to the service dept. I am always treated with respect and have everything explained to me. The workers are so awesome.
My wife and I had a pleasant experience with the salesman (Caiden), and sales staff. However, once we were turned over to Ricky Montoya in finance we were greeted with hostility, disdain and what we suspected to be racially motivated treatment. My wife and I are an interracial couple, she is Hispanic and I am white. Ricky Montoya treated us like dirt. He then proceeded to accuse both of us of lying, and insinuated that we were attempting to pull one over on the dealership. When I pointed out the prices he was using were incorrect, he insisted that I had agreed to and signed for them. My wife and I were both irate and began leaving his office. Instead of attempting to figure out the problem, he stared at us like he was ready to fight. Neither my wife nor I are going to engage in this level of childish behavior. Eventually, management became involved and rectified the problem. I am not writing this review to reflect negatively on Power Ford as a dealership, rather to highlight the inappropriate conduct of one employee (Ricky Montoya). I rarely write reviews, however this one is necessary. Power Ford needs to take a stance and either retain employment of someone who will treat people this way based on prejudice, or remove him from their well respected dealership. I can assure that if they stick with the latter, I will take my business elsewhere.

Great customer service from My sales person Logan. He is very knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at and answered any questions that I had. He was also very nice an patient as I had a few cars that I wanted to test drive. I was offered complementary water upon walking in which was very nice. I recently had my oil change performed at Power Ford. I usually take my vehicle to the dealership closer to my house, but Ive been very dissatisfied with their service. I decided to give Power Ford a chance.I made my appointment online very easily and showed up at the appointed time. The service representative met me at my car and informed me that the appointment should take about an hour. I decided to wait and browse the dealership. I received a text message a few minutes later informing me of my service representatives name and that I could text any questions directly to him.Approximately 45-minutes later I received another text informing me that my car was ready. I was flabbergasted! The other dealership always took 2-4 hours for my oil change, even with an appointment! I honestly didnt believe that this appointment would only take 1 hour, especially on a Saturday, but I was proven wrong. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Power Ford for all my service needs!

Love Ford Vehicles, hate unethical Power Ford service department.F-150 having serious 10R80 transmission problems. Dealer told me no problem - dont worry it will get better. I informed them of several Ford recommend technical service bulletins, eventually & reluctantly they took the vehicle. I got it back in exactly the same condition, I dont know if they performed work or even moved it. When I attempted to check in, the service manager was difficult, when i picked it up the service tech told me, he was unfamiliar with the vehicle. New F-150, dealer incompetent, lazy, and unethical service dept. !--------------I have already sent 5 emails and called. No response... Dealer hides all management contact info. Upper level management does not want to hear about problems or be bothered by customers. They dont want to hear about the problems.

The service was easy to schedule and my truck was promptly taken into the shop. The work was done quickly and the results well-explained. My only reason for not giving them five stars is that I was quoted one price over the phone when I scheduled the service but a different, 50% higher price when I arrived to have the service done. That higher price might have influenced my choice of shops had it be quoted over the phone.
Had my 2011 F250 service at Power Ford in March 21, here it is August 21. Was driving down the road and kept smelling coolant/antifreeze, pulled over and opened my hood and could not find the coolant cap as it seemed to have blown off. Stopped by Power Ford and bought a new cap and put it on, thought all should be good. Now two days later, smelling coolant/antifreeze again. Opened the hood to check fluids and found the old cap wedged in by the hood release. The tech Stephen O. did not put the cap back on when the truck was serviced in March. Here I am back at Power Ford, why? This is not the 2nd issue I have had here.
Patrick is a great salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He did a great job with informing us of the facts yet not making us feel pressured into making the purchase. Moving our daughter across country, her car met its end in Albuquerque. Not the situation we wanted to find ourselves in to spontaneously buy a new (used) car, but the sales team at Power Ford could not have been more helpful. Ill keep it short - there were a number of complicating factors for the purchase. Our salesman, Jose, and his manager, Marcus, and their team went above and beyond for several hours helping us out - all staying past closing to take care of us. Weve bought many cars over the years, but this was by far one of the best experiences - and in a very difficult situation. God bless!
I’d like to start with this could be a good review but I’ll tell you what turned it bad. I bought a Mustang Gt from these guys around a month ago or so. The experience was okay but now I’ve ran into some issues down the road. My biggest complaint is that they LIED to make the sell. Spending 50k on a almost mustang gt premium one of the key things that I really wanted was the DIGITAL SPEEDOMETER so since this didn’t have it they said they would make sure that they worked it into the deal to make the sale. After speaking with the parts department so they supposedly said the Digital speedometer was only 650$ that they supposedly took off the price. Now that I’m going to try and get the digital speedometer I see that it is actually $2500 and lying about the price to make the sale is totally unprofessional and wrong when the car is already upwards of $50,000. Also had the car in there shop for three weeks after purchasing it and that makes you wonder how good their inspections really are. If this company can make it right on the digital speedometer I would love to delete this review and give them a good one.

Bought a new company van April 6.A week later noticed the tire was low, took it to discount and their aired it up twice.Called power ford to inquire about warranty info. The lady that answered the phone initially wasn’t too helpful, or didn’t offer a solution i felt was acceptable.Called back and spoke to “Bobby” who identified himself as the shop foreman.He reassured me to come down and he will make it right.As vague as he was, i went down there.Long story short they resolve my issue, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.The level of service Bobby provides was the best service I’ve ever received at a car dealership. Made me think i had just bought a $100,000 Mercedes instead of the $25,000 work van that i purchased.Thank you Bobby.This reassured me that buying my second vehicle from power ford was not a mistake.Thank you
A very customer centric dealership that wants your business! Helpful service staff greeted me at my appointment time and listed planned work. All went well, including a quick turnaround to complete service. The only sour note was having my truck finished quickly but having it sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes while I sat in the waiting area uninformed. I even texted the Service rep for an update but it went unanswered.
Not the best experience EVER !! Purchased a 37,000.00 dollars SUV from them a month ago! Less than 3 days. After getting the car And radio stopped working! Side panel to unlock the door and buttons are NOT WORKING!!TOOK IT FOR THE SECOND TIME IN LESS THAN A MONTH TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND STILL CAN NOT HAVE IT FIX!! ALMOST TIME TO MAKE TO FIRST PAYMENT AND THE INSTITUTION THAT FINANCED THE VEHICLE HAS NOT EVEN CONTACTED ME WITH INFO TO MAKE PAYMENT!! WHEN I BROUGHT ALL THE PROBLEMS THAT IM HAVING TO THEM. ONE THE SALES MANAGERS TELLS ME THAT THE DONT HAVE A MAGIC BALL TO SEE THE FUTURE!!!??? REALLY? WHY DONT YOU GUYS CHECK THE CARS BETTER INSTEAD BEFORE SELLING THEM TO CUSTOMERS?????? I bought a certified pre-owned 2017 F-150 with 30k miles. After 12k miles, the check engine light came on and they took it in right away. Diagnosed the problem as a common f-150 cam shaft failure. They promptly ordered the parts, fixed, and got me on my way. Thank goodness for warranty and no out of pockets costs.
From the moment I walked in an explained my issue with a recall, the Service Department including its manager, agent and head mechanics, were all very helpful. It really does make a difference when you have people who are present and aware. I bought my Transit from a used dealership, and Power Ford will be my Ford dealership for my Transit. Thank you.

Gave me a great deal on my trade in and worked with us to make a sale on a brand new Expedition, which ended up being less than what we were going to pay for a used one from the other dealer! David was so patient with my little girls. The Bronco Sports were out which was a bonus and we crawled around all of them as well. Great experience from start to finish!

I purchased a Dodge Durango a year ago, mind you paid it off completely in a year, it recently broke down so I had it towed to Power Ford and they turned me away and told me it has to be serviced at a Dodge dealership. Makes no sense. Now I have to take it to a different dealership with no appointment and wait extra time that I’ve already waited for it to even be looked at. Why would they sell me a Dodge Durango if they cannot service it?

Worse experience ever! Bought a car on April 4th and in just 1 week had tons of issues! Back up camera would stay on, car transmission would shift hard enough the car shook, they performed an oil change and couldnt reset the notification so now the car is stuck on displaying that I need an oil change and keys they provided magically stop working. Ive been locked out of the car countless times and their answer was they can figure out how to do it and I should pay another dealership to fix it!.So I decide you know what just take this car back and lets try something else and now theyre saying since its now my car all they can do is take it as a trade and and Ill have to refinance and put another down payment on something else and I havent even had the car for a year. Funny thing was there was another gentleman there complaining about similar issues with the car he just purchased.

Service tech stated tailgate was fine despite it not working. Tire rotation not included as per Ford site. DEF not refilled as listed under 10K service. Disappointed considering I bought the truck at Power Ford
Powerford has always treated us like family. This is probably the 9th or 10th car purchased through Ace,,,
Servicing department needs to do a better job with their scheduling. Twice now, I’ve scheduled an appointment just to be told when I showed up that it will take a ridiculous amount of time, this time 2 hours for an oil change. Then the technician checking me in asks if I just want to leave my car. He goes on to tell me that they don’t have enough technicians, yet the scheduler keeps over booking them and that their next “slow” day is a week from now. I won’t be fooled again. Nobody wants to spend that amount of time for an oil change, I can only imagine if I needed any other service done.
Service Dept never seems to have critical parts in stock. Have had to go back three times, each time PF promising to have the part, but not so when I arrive. Very hard to get a service advisor on the line. Messages left are not returned. They offer a conversation via texting, but they haven’t responded to that either. In another instance, I made an online appointment, showed up, and they told me to come back next week and leave my truck for a few days. Another dealer was able to do the work, on-appointment, in 90 minutes. PF has also messed up a previous vehicle’s wheel with a torque drill (scratched up the wheel during a rotation), and left a whole sound-proofing curtain (or some-such fabric)dangling after an oil change. Had some other work done on the truck and they neglected to put all the body plugs back in place, so I had to get some from ebay. Just a mess.
They love to scam $$$$ for unnecessary repairs, not so much when they realized it was warranty work. Scammers and Cheats. Never Again!
Making an appointment for service was a breeze, and they did exactly what I wanted. The only piece that annoyed me was when I got back in my truck the front passenger seat was left in a strange position with the seat folded all the way back into the rear passenger seats. What’s with that?
Dishonest service practices…. Proceed at your own risk. Called and asked them how much to perform coolant flush on 2017 F250 power stroke. Was quoted 250 which is an incredible price so made an appt. Took truck in for service and the checked me in and asked again about the price. Once again they said $250. Left dealership and expected it to happen. Get a call 5 min later saying computer is wrong and price will be more around $400 because computer says 3hrs labor to do. I asked them to honor what was agreed too and they refused. Tell them to pull my truck back out and I’ll pick it up. When I get there they continue to apologize about the mistake and try and give me a card for 10% off next service. Lol, like 10% off covers the fact that you just raised the price 50%. It’s one thing to be up front with your pricing but another to quote a low ball price and then refuse to honor it. Very deceptive and dishonest. Use them if your desperate or have no other options.
I bought my truck here in 2016. I’ve done all my services with Power Ford! The y have kept my truck rolling for 95k miles so far! I needed some codes fixed and they knocked it out and had my truck back to me in 2 days!! Always great!!!

$75 for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. They actually quoted me $60 beforehand, but at checkout added shop fees and a data processing fee (the service advisor couldnt even explain what that fee was for).FYI - Capitol Ford in Santa Fe charges $60 flat (tax included) for the same service.
They completed the service quickly and were very precessional.

Power Ford was so accommodating to us, as we were traveling across country. They gave us a same day!! appointment, which is unheard of where we come from. They changed our oil and treated us like we were local customers. Our service advisor, Tim, was so kind to our situation and made great suggestions as to the needs of our vehicle as well as checking out any recalls that may not have been addressed previously.
I was informed of what was available to me according to what I was searching for. I wasnt talked into buying something that I didnt want or that I could afford. The Power Ford team worked hard for us.

I’ve been here in the past with good results. Not this time. I order a part over the phone, but then have to deal with three different people not knowing who had the part, or where the invoice was. They wanted to double charge the part. After a headache of going back and forth, I call the service department a fourth time and they call sales and confirm the ordered part. Today, three weeks later, I find that they didn’t use the part..So now, they have to have me come in, in person to return the part to get my money back. 3 hours of a headache, an hour of drive time for $111.62 in parts. I will not return to this location or recommend my other family members to go. I hope the disorganization and the $111 is worth the $10,000 they’ll lose this year from me recommending their shop to my family & friends.

Requested service was completed in a timely manner. Suggested services identified during vehicle health check were clearly explained. Very pleased with the service, will be back.

Power Ford was difficult to work with at first but have really turned it around and has taken good care of me since. Tim did an outstanding job getting my truck in and serviced in a timely manner. In addition to the power ford family. There are a few select employees that really go out of their way to help you, and then theres the sales team! I have purchased a 2016 Mustang GT 50. I have purchased a 2018 F-150 and also a 2019 F-250. All from Power Ford. Loyalty I tell you does not mean a thing. I recently wanted to sell the 2019 F-250. Custom wheels, leveling kit, visors, low mileage etc. Immediately I am like oh Power Ford will take care of me. I got appraisals at two other places before I went to Power Ford and Power Ford was not even close. Low balled me so much I felt insulted. After seeing my disappointment in there offer Then they wanted to talk. Their offer was $6500.00 dollars less than the lowest offer I received. I will no longer be purchasing any more vehicles from them. They could have done good with the truck considering the empty lot they had.

Buying a new car can be as stressful as it is exciting. Isiah, was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with me despite my many questions. He helped me look through the inventory to find the car that met my needs.Justin tag teamed with Isiah and these guys got me the financing - no small feat in my case.Gary in finance wrapped it all up nicely and there was an actual bow on it when I picked it up.Ahhhh! Horrible car buying experience as I was ready to purchase vehicle they sold the car right out under me for a person whom was reviewing car previously with no purchase deal. I even called prior to arrival to ensure car was available
Dont have your vehicle serviced here! I had a new battery installed. Several weeks later while driving on the interstate, I lost complete power. My vehicle was towed to the nearest mechanic. He was shocked that my battery wasnt installed correctly which caused an arc and the battery to melt the wires. You would think that Ford would have replaced the wiring with the new battery or at least install the battery correctly for as much as they charge. I reached out to them and their solution wasnt an apology or to see what went wrong, it was to offer me the option to purchase a new vehicle. Purchasing a vehicle with them was seamless, but their service department...STAY AWAY! Go to your local mechanic

The service department was very helpful in getting this major repair done. They kept me informed when the needed part was back ordered and the part can two weeks earlier than expected. The cost of the repair was less then what I expected after I researched the cost on goggle.Thank-you to the Service Department.

Anthony Gutierrez was our salesman and he was excellent! He told us he had only been at Power Ford for 5 days, but he was awesome to work with. He was patient, not pushy. Really friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. We went in saying we were NOT BUYING and drove off in a new Powerstroke and couldnt be happier. We bought an explorer sport at Power Ford last year and had the same experience. Everyone was friendly. From the sales staff to the finance department. We will keep our business with Power Ford in the future.

I took my 2018 F-150 in for an oil change and to check a concerning grinding noise in the transmission. That work and some other odds and ends were all covered by the warranty. Power Ford ordered all the necessary parts and once they arrived the service department was able to complete the repairs in a few days. Darren was conscientious and attentive, keeping me up to date during the entire process. They even rotated the tires at no charge. I am satisfied with the experience and the repairs. The location is convenient and accessible.
As a young woman buying a car on my own, I dealt with other dealers that were dishonest and deceptive, but once I started working with the team at Power Ford, all of that changed. They were so respectful and straightforward. Angelo was so helpful and was always available to answer my questions. The day I picked up the vehicle, they were very busy and we had to wait a few hours before we could meet with the finance team, and they took $100 off the price just for the inconvenience. My next car will definitely be from Power Ford!

Tanner in the Service Department at Power Ford is great to work with. He gives you status updates throughout the day on the progress of your vehicle. If you need service I highly recommend you ask for Tanner when scheduling you vehicles service needs.

I was extremely happy with the service department at Power Ford. My new F-150 needed to go in for repairs because of an issue with the transmission that was difficult to diagnose and ultimately needed input from Ford’s engineers. The service department and particularly Javier kept after it and kept me informed throughout. I had a customer of mine with a similar issue and we both happened to have Javier as our service rep. We agreed he was such a help

Horrible service no one wants to help they send you to Multiple people back and forth just because nobody wants to help you. Service department is a joke do not take your vehicle their.
